Compliance with health protocols has decreased after the COVID-19 vaccination was implemented. The implementation of health protocols in Ciracas District, East Jakarta still below the standard of compliance with health protocols in each region, while the vaccination program has been carried out since January 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with post-vaccination health protocol compliance in the community in Ciracas District in 2022. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design using primary data. The sample of this study amounted to 178 samples. The results showed that the respondents were obedient with an average value of 80.18 from a scale of 100. Statistical tests showed that gender (p value = 0.001), knowledge (p value = 0.005), perception of vulnerability (p value = 0.037), perception severity (p value = 0.037) and perceived benefit (p value = 0.001) were associated with post-vaccination health protocol compliance. The results of the study suggest strengthening community communication, more massive education to community leaders, religious leaders to regional leaders by making them as health promotion agents, as well as strengthening online platforms to be simple, attractive and easy to understand health promotion media.

The cause of death because of non-communicable diseases are increasing every year. Moreover, heart and bloodvessel diseases, as an example of non-communicable diseases is the major cause of death in Indonesia. Hypertensionis one of the major risk factors of cardiovascular disease. It is marked by an increase of blood pressure within thearteries, indicated by the amount of systolic pressure which is ≥ 140 mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90mmHg. Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo is one of health clinics in East Jakarta wich is actively implementing anearly detection of risk factors for the cardiovascular disease. This research applies cross-sectional study design withtwo variable wich are a dependent variable (hypertension) and independent variables (gender, age, obesity, diabetesmellitus, smoking habit, physical inactivity). The population in this research is the overall of people in Pasar Rebodistrict and people with 15 years and over. The prevalence of hypertension in Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo ,East Jakarta, which is 67.8 %. The risk factors related to hypertension in the Pukesmas Kecamatan Pasar Rebo, EastJakarta are sex, age , smoking habit, and physical inactivity . Hypertension is more likely to occur to malerespondents,which amount is 1.6 times higher than for female respondents. The hypertension risk of 40 years old2Faktor Risikorespondents and over is 3.3 times higher than the respondents who have not reahed 40 years old. The hypertensionrisk of respondents with smoking habit 3 times higher that non-smoker. Meanwhile, the hypertension risk of peoplewho do less activities is 9 times higher than the ones who have tight activities. Therefore, early detection is requiredand healthy lifestyle to prevent and control hypertension.

Stunting is a public health problem that needs to be addressed both in Indonesia and the World. The real impact of this problem is hampered motor development, mental growth and increased risk of morbidity and death. One of the risk factors for stunting in children is the lack of nutritional intake of infants, especially exclusive breastfeeding. This study aims to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding with stunting in toddlers aged 12-36 months in Tamansari sub-district, Bogor district, 2019. The research design used was cross-sectional using primary data. The sample in this study amounted to 500 toddlers obtained by Proportional Random Sampling. This research was conducted in July 2019. Data collection was carried out by measuring height, body length, interviews with questionnaires and food recall. Stunting status was assessed based on the TB / U indicator <-2 z-score. The analysis used in this study uses multivariate cox regression analysis and the magnitude of the effect is expressed in the prevalence ratio (PR) with a 95% confident interval (CI). The results showed that the prevalence of stunting in toddlers aged 12-36 months in Tamansari sub-district, Bogor district in 2019 was 39.2%. The results of multivariate analysis showed that toddlers who were not given exclusive breastfeeding had a chance of 1.37 (95% CI: 1.03-1.83) times stunting compared to toddlers who were given exclusive breastfeeding after being controlled by maternal education and toddler calorie intake. It is necessary to improve maternal education at least high school and to provide toddlers food intake that is high in energy and protein and affordable by the community.
As the increasing of the covid-19 case by January 30, 2020, WHO makes the final decision as the PHEIC. According to the data, by June 22, 2021, 23% of cases have been confirmed in Jakarta and 6.393 people have been infected in Pademangan district. This research aims to analyze the covid 19 impacts on the Maternal and Child Health in Pademangan district. This is qualitative research that uses a design of rapid assessment procedure with primary data of inclusive interview and secondary data from the documents that have been analyzed. The result of this research shows that there are distinctions from the input, process, and output before and during pandemic. In the input component, there is the main distinction in refocusing the cost budget as the result the budget for Maternal and Child Health has been reduced from the previous year, they also provide delivery rooms that cause the healthcare workers has been split up for dealing the patients in delivery rooms. In-process component, planning method becomes a non-face to face to minimize the outdoor activity and to follow health protocol. In the output component, most of the monthly work target in 2020 is lower than in the year 2019
