Seperti negara lain di dunia, Indonesia turut menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Dalam rangka percepatan penanganan pandemi dilaksanakan PPKM. Sektor non-kesehatan melaksanakan kegiatan secara terbatas dan/atau jarak jauh. Sedangkan sektor kritikal seperti kesehatan beroperasi 100% staf (termasuk tenaga kesehatan) tanpa pengecualian. Selama pandemi covid-19, beberapa negara telah melakukan penelitian tentang risiko psikologi yang harus diterima tenaga kesehatan. Di Indonesia, 83% tenaga kesehatan mengalami burnout syndrome selama pandemi covid-19. Pemerintah turut mengambil peran dalam meningkatkan semangat kerja dengan memberikan kompensasi. Kompensasi dan stres kerja dapat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan stres dan kompensasi dengan motivasi kerja tenaga kesehatan RS X di Kota Bogor selama pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik cross sectional. Dilaksanakan di RS X Kota Bogor pada Juli 2022. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan purposif sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Cara yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah dengan kuesioner online. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis chi square. Hasilnya didapatkan adanya hubungan antara stres kerja dan kompensasi dengan motivasi kerja tenaga kesehatan RS X di Kota Bogor selama masa pandemi. Tenaga kesehatan diharapkan dapat melaksanakan strategi koping stres dan manajemen RS dapat melaksanakan rotasi kerja rutin, mengevaluasi jadwal dan beban kerja, pelaksanaan K3RS dan komunikasi efektif terkait pemberian kompensasi pada tenaga kesehatan.
Indonesia is currently dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak, just as other nations around the globe. PPKM is implemented in order to quicken the pandemic response. Limited and/or distant activities are carried out by the non-health sector. Meanwhile, essential industries like the health sector run completely on staff, especially healthcare professionals. Several nations have researched the psychological hazards that healthcare professionals must take during the COVID-19 epidemic. During the COVID-19 epidemic, 83% of health professionals in Indonesia reported having burnout syndrome. By offering rewards, the government contributes to raising morale as well. Health professionals' motivation to work can be impacted by compensation and workplace stress. The goal of this study is to ascertain how the COVID-19 pandemic's stress and compensation levels relate to the job motivation of healthcare professionals at Bogor City's X Hospital. Cross sectional analytic design was employed in this investigation. held in July 2022 at RS X Bogor City. Purposive sampling was used to collect samples, and it was based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. An online survey is the tool used to gather the data. Chi square analysis was used to analyze the data. The findings revealed a connection between work-related stress and pay and the motivation of health professionals at RS X in Bogor City during the epidemic. Health workers must be able to use stress management techniques, and hospital management must be able to implement K3RS, carry out normal work rotations, assess workloads and work schedules, and effectively communicate with regard to health workers' compensation.

Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan yang di lakukan di RSUD Kota Mataramtahun 2017 lebih dari 50% perawat merasakan kurang puas, hal ini dikhawatirkanmempengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus denganpendekatan potong lintang untuk menganalisis hubungan antara karakteristikindividu, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi jasa pelayanan dengan kepuasankerja perawat. Jumlah responden sebanyak 290 orang yang memenuhi kriteriainklusi dan eklusi. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari wawancara dengan informanWadir Umum dan Keuangan,Wadir Pelayanan Medik dan Keperawatan, KepalaBidang Keperawatan, Kepala Bagian Umum, Ketua Komite Keperawatan, KepalaRuangan dan 5 orang perawat.
Hasil studi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antarakarakteristik individu, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi jasa pelayanan dengankepuasan kerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja perawat perlu ditingkatkan lagi denganmemperhatikan lingkungan kerja yang baik, karakteristik individu dankompensasi jasa pelayanan. Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Turnover Perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUP Fatmawati Tahun 2017. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Turnover Perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUP fatmawati Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan kuisioner menggunakan skala linkert. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat rawat inap RSUP Fatmawati Tahun 2017. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 82 perawat dengan metode pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan Uji Validitas Kuisioner, Uji Reabilitas Kuisioner, Uji korelasi, dan Uji Regresi Linier sederhana dengan dengan menggunakan SPSS 20,0 for windows. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Kompesasi berpengaruh negatif, kuat, dan signifikan, sebesar 82% terhadap turnover perawat dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif dan lemah, terhadap turnover perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUP Fatmawati sekitar 18%.

Sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu tonggak utama dan pengerak keberlangsungan organisasi. Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik diharapkan dapat mewujudkan pegawai yang puas akan pekerjaannya dan hasil pekerjannya. Setiap pegawai mengharapkan kompensasi dari pekerjaannya dan merupakan alasan seorang pegawai bertahan pada pekerjaannya tersebut. Selain kompensasi, komitmen afektif yang merupakan keterikatan pegawai terhadap organisasi juga berkontribusi terhadap ketahanan seseorang dalam bekerja. Kompensasi dan komitmen afektif berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap intensi berhenti bekerja yang merupakan prediksi terjadinya turnover pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apakah variabel kompensasi, komitmen afektif dan kepuasan kerja berhubungan dengan intensi berhenti bekerja kelompok tenaga kesehatan Rumah Sakit Jiwa Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 230 sampel, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Path Analysis (analisis jalur) dengan program SPSS AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures). Besarnya koefisien determinasi yang ditunjukan oleh nilai Squared Multiple Correlation (R2 ) 0,702 yang berarti variabel kepuasan kerja yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel komitmen dan kompensasi sebesar 70,2% dan 0,308 yang berarti intensi berhenti bekerja yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kompensasi, komitmen afektif dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 30,8%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel kompensasi dan komitmen afektif memiliki hubungan langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan hubungan langsung negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berhenti bekerja. Hubungan langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi berhenti bekerja negatif dan tidak signifikan. Kepuasan kerja bukan merupakan variabel intervening hubungan tidak langsung kompensasi dan komitmen afektif terhadap intensi berhenti bekerja. Human resources are one of the main pillars and factor of organizational sustainability. Good human resource management is expected to create employees who are satisfied with their work and the results of their work. Every employee expects compensation from his job and is the reason an employee stays on the job. In addition to compensation, affective commitment which is an employee's attachment to the organization also contributes to a person's resilience at the job. Compensation and affective commitment are related to job satisfaction which can affect the intention to quit which is a predictor of employee turnover. This study aims to explain whether the variables of compensation, affective commitment and job satisfaction are related to the intention to quit of the health workers group at mental hospital Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Jakarta. The sample of this research is 230 samples, data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used Path Analysis with the SPSS AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) program. The coefficient of determination shown by the value of Squared Multiple Correlation (R2 ) is 0.702 that means job satisfaction variable can be explained by the affective commitment and compensation variable is 70.2% and 0.308 which means the intention to quit can be explained by the variable compensation, affective commitment and job satisfaction by 30.8%. The results of this study indicate that the variables of compensation and affective commitment have a positive and significant direct relationship to job satisfaction and a negative and significant direct relationship to the intention to stop working. The direct relationship of job satisfaction to the intention to quit is negative and not significant. Job satisfaction is not an intervening variable, there is an indirect relationship between compensation and affective commitment to the intention to quit. Permasalahan produktivitas tenaga kesehatan akibat manajemen institusi yang belum optimal masih sering terjadi, termasuk di Rumah Sakit Jiwa dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi (RSJMM). Perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan terbanyak di rumah sakit dengan tingkat intervensi pasien tinggi, bila terdapat perlakuan yang tidak tepat berisiko pada menurunnya produktivitas kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi finansial, kompensasi non finansial, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas perawat di RSJMM. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner pada 205 perawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial (1) kompensasi finanisal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas perawat (nilai sig. 0,953 > 0,05, β=0,002); (2) kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas perawat (nilai sig. 0,016 < 0,05, β=0,073); (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas perawat (nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, β=0,293). Variabel disiplin kerja (0,293) paling dominan mempengaruhi produktivitas perawat. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh moderat terhadap produktivitas perawat sebesar 0,576 atau 57,6%, sedangkan 42,4% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Hasil ini memiliki keterbatasan yaitu didasarkan dari persepsi responden. Disarankan RS perlu mengoptimalkan produktivitas perawat dengan meningkatkan fasilitas RS, pelatihan, kesempatan jenjang pendidikan, transparansi dan keadilan sistem kompensasi, pengakuan dan umpan balik bagi kinerja pegawai, serta kepatuhan disiplin kerja.
Problems in the productivity of health workers due to suboptimal institutional management still often occur, including at the dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Mental Hospital (RSJMM). Nurses as the most health workers in hospitals with a high level of patient intervention, if there is improper treatment risk decreasing work productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial compensation, non-financial compensation, and work discipline on nurse productivity at RSJMM. The study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 205 nurses. The results showed partially (1) financial compensation did not have a significant effect on nurse productivity (Sig. value 0.953 > 0.05, β=0.002); (2) Non-financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on nurse productivity (Sig. value 0.016 < 0.05, β=0.073); (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurse productivity (Sig. value 0.000 < 0.05, β=0.293). The variable of work discipline (0.293) most dominantly affects nurse productivity. Simultaneously, the three variables had a moderate effect on nurse productivity by 0.576 or 57.6%, while the remaining 42.4% was influenced by other variables. This result has limitations that are based on respondent’s perceptions. It is suggested that hospitals need to optimize nurse productivity by improving hospital facilities, training, educational opportunities, transparency and fairness of compensation systems, recognition and feedback for employee performance, and compliance with work discipline.

Abstrak:
Rumah Sakit Bhakti Yudha mengalami turnover tenaga kesehatan khususnnyaperawat dan dokter lebih dari 10 % setiap tahunnya. Angka turnover yang tinggiakan berdampak buruk bagi rumah sakit. Tujuan dilakukannya analisa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan intention to quit agar dapat memberikangambaran dan rekomendasi kepada rumah sakit untuk masalah ini. Sampelpenelitian sebanyak 100 perawat dan 25 dokter. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitiankuantitatif yang dilanjutkan dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa34% tenaga kesehatan memiliki keinginan untuk keluar dariRumah Sakit. Dari analisis multivariat, terdapat empat variabel yang memilikipengaruh signifikan terhadap keinginan untuk berhenti kerja yaitu kepuasan kerja,usia, persepsi terhadap kompensasi dan manfaat serta gaji yang diperoleh. .Proporsi tenaga kesehatan dengan kepuasan kerja yang rendah memilikikecenderungan lebih besar untuk intention to quit. Proporsi tenaga kesehatan yangberusia muda, persepsi terhadap kompensasi dan manfaat yang kurang sesuai, gajidibawah UMRjuga memiliki kecenderungan untuk intention to quit. Kepuasankerja yang rendah terjadi terkait kepedulian manajemen terhadap karyawan dansistem jenjang karir yang kurang baik.
