Abstrak:
Kegagalan pada sistem transportasi saluran pipa gas bawah laut dapat mengakibatkan beberapa risiko yang dapat membahayakan bagi manusia dan lingkungan di sekitar saluran pipa apabila terjadi kebocoran atau bahkan ledakan. Kegagalan tersebut dapat disebabkan beberapa faktor, antara lain terjadinya kebocoran (leaking) karena risiko korosi. Berbagai penelitian dan laporan kasus membuktikan tingkat kecelakaan atau kebakaran dan kebocoran pipa gas bawah laut masih terus terjadi. Analisis safety barriers risiko korosi pipa gas bawah laut dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat performa pipeline safety barriers risiko korosi dengan studi kasus pada jaringan pipa gas bawah laut sumur A di PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain deskriptif analitik melalui data sekunder yang ada di perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggambarkan performa pipeline safety barriers risiko korosi, merujuk kepada pipeline risk level, dan pada akhirnya akan diperoleh pipeline safety level sebagai acuan dalam operasional jaringan pipa gas bawah laut. Kata kunci: Bawah laut, gas, pipeline, safety barriers, risiko, korosi, pipeline risk level, pipeline safety level Failure on the offshore gas pipelines can cause some risks that can be harmful to humans and the environment around the pipeline in case of leakage or even an explosion. The failure may be due to several factors, including leaking to the lining of pipelines due corrosion risks. Various studies and case reports indicate the level of accidents or fires and leaking offshore gas pipeline is still going on. Analysis of safety barriers corrosion risks offshore gas pipeline conducted to determine the performance levels of pipeline safety barriers with a case study on an offshore gas pipeline A wells, PT. XYZ. This research was conducted with descriptive analytic design using secondary data that has available in the company. This study illustrates the performance of the pipeline safety barriers, refers to the pipeline level of risk, and ultimately will be obtained a pipeline safety level as reference in the operation. Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas Manajemen risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dipabrik tahu x tahun 2012, penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Desain studi yangdigunakan merupakan desain studi berdasarkan standar AS/NZS 4360:2004 dengan metode semi kuantitatif menggunakan Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).Analisis risiko dilakukan menganalisis nilai konsekuensi, peluang serta frekuensidan dianalisis menggunakan metode Fine yang ada pada AS/NZS 4360:2004.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan level risiko yang belumacceptable pada setiap proses pembuatan tahu yaitu very high, priority 1,substansial, dan priority 3. Oleh karena itu, diberikan rekomendasi yang bersifatengineering, administrative, serta penggunaaan alat pelindung diri.

Abstrak:
Proses kerja pada pembuatan furniture berisiko terjadi MSDs pada pekerja.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran tingkat risiko ergonomiyang berpotensi menimbulkan musculoskeletal disorders pada pekerja IndriaFurniture Depok. Desain studi adalah cross sectional, menggunakan metodeQuick Exposure Check (QEC) dan Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) untukmenilai tingkat risiko ergonomi di tiap tahapan kerja. Hasil penelitian berdasakanpenilaian QEC menunjukan level tindakan 3 pada proses pembuatan pola danfinishing dan level tindakan 4 pada proses pemotongan, perakitan, dan loading.Berdasarkan penilaian REBA, terdapat level tindakan 3 pada proses finishing,level tindakan 4 pada proses pembuatan pola, pemotongan, dan perakitan, danlevel tindakan 5 pada proses loading. Memperbaiki desain meja kerja yang sesuaidengan antropometri pekerja, sosialisasi, dan pemberian informasi mengenai ergonomi di tempat kerja merupakan rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah tingginya tingkat risiko ergonomi pada pekerja.

Abstrak:
Proses produksi karkas sapi memiliki risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan yang dapatmengganggu produktivitas. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada rumah potong hewan KotaBogor di mana ditemukan perilaku pekerja yang tidak aman. Kajian risiko perludilakukan untuk mencegah kerugian material maupun terganggunya proses produksisecara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan desain studi berupasurvei. Penilaian risiko dilakukan berdasarkan pada standar AS/NZS 4360:2004dengan metode semi kuantitatif dan Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa ditemukan level risiko very high, priority 1, substantial danpriority 3. Oleh karena itu, diberikan rekomendasi yang bersifat engineering,administratif serta penggunaan alat pelindung diri.
