Sejak penerbitan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor: 890/MENKES/PER/VIII/2007 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Politeknik Kesehatan, di lingkungan Departemen Kesehatan (kini Kementerian Kesehatan) terdapat tiga puluh tiga (33) Politeknik Kesehatan. Dari kesemuanya yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, terdapat institusi pendidikan Jurusan Kesehatan Gigi atau disingkat JKG yang belum pelaksanaan implementasi nama jenis pendidikan Diploma bidang kesehatan sebagaimana tertuang di dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan nomor:1192/MENKES/PER/X/2004 tertanggal 19 Oktober 2004 yaitu Jurusan Keperawatan Gigi dan bukan Jurusan Kesehatan Gigi -sebagaimana yang digunakan hingga kini-.Tesis ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap implementasi PerMenKes tersebut (faktor komunikasi,sumber daya dan disposisi) dan sebagaimana teori yang terkait sebagaimana peneliti George C.Edward III,2006 dalam riset implementasi kebijakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan pendekatan studi deskriptif cross sectional terhadap Pejabat Pelaksana Jurusan Kesehatan Gigi pada 18 Poltekkes seluruh Indonesia. Dari 36 orang yang masing-masing Jurusan diambil data dari Ketua dan Sekretaris Jurusan. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah nonprobability sampling. Pengolahan datanya menggunakan SPSS Complex Sample versi 13. Analisis datanya menggunakan chi square dan regresi linear ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum semua responden siap mengimplementasikan PerMenKes tersebut sedangkan menurut pernyataan Edward III(1984:P.1) bahwa implementasi kebijakan adalah aktivitas yang terlihat setelah dikeluarkan pengarahan yang sah dari suatu kebijakan yang meliputi upaya mengelola input untuk menghasilkan ouput atau outcomes bagi masyarakat. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh atau dominan terhadap implementasi kebijakan adalah pemberian wewenang Exp.(b) =Hasil penelitian menyarankan perlunya pemberian wewenang secara formal agar perintah dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif, berkenaan pula dengan bagaimana kebijakan dikomunikasikan pada organisasi dan atau publik. Dengan demikian melakukan hubungan dan mengaktifkan berbagai saluran komunikasi secara baik, serta ketersediaan sumber daya dalam hal ini adalah Standar Operasional Prosedur sebagai petunjuk dan pedoman. Dan kesemuanya sangat diperlukan dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan untuk implementasi nama jenis institusi pendidikan Jurusan Keperawatan Gigi berlangsung lancar.
Since the publication of Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 890/MENKES/PER/VIII/2007 on Organization and Administration of Health Polytechnic, in the Ministry of Health (now Ministry of Health) there were thirty-three (33) Health Polytechnic. From all of which spread across Indonesia, there are educational institutions or abbreviated Dental Health Programs JKG but until now there has been implementation of the name of the type of education diploma in the field of health as contained in the Minister of Health number: 1192/MENKES/PER/X/2004 dated October 19, 2004 the Department of Nursing and Dental Health Programs Dental-not as used up to now-.This thesis discusses the factors that influence the readiness of the implementation of the Health Minister (individual factors, communication, resources and disposition) and as relevant as the researcher's theory that George C. Edward III, 2006, inresearch policy implementation. This study uses primary data in a cross-sectional descriptive study approach to Officer Executing Dental Health Programs in 18 polytechnic entire Indonesia.Dari 36 people who each retrieved data from the Department Chair and the Secretary of the Department. Sample collection techniques are nonprobability sampling. Processing the data using SPSS Complex Sample version 13. Analysis of the data using chi square and logistic regression.The results showed that not all respondents are ready to implement it while according to a statement Health Minister Edward III (1984: P.1) that policy implementation is an activity that looks after the legal directives issued from a policy that includes efforts to manage the inputs to produce outputs or outcomes for the community . Variables of the most influential or dominant over the readiness of policy implementation is the empowerment Exp. (b) = The results suggest the necessity of giving formal authority to command can be executed effectively, is also concerned with how policy is communicated to the organization and or the public. Thereby engage and activate a variety of communication channels are good, and the availability of resources in this regard is the Standard Operating Procedures as instructions and guidelines. And all of them indispensable in the implementation of policies for implementation type name Programs Nursing Dental education institutions takes place smoothly.
Standard precautions are one of the principles of infection prevention and control efforts with the aim of preventing disease transmission in the environment around health care facilities. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the standard vigilance behavior of Tanjung Priok Class I Port Health Office officers in 2023 based on the theory of the Health Belief Model. This study used a cross sectional study design. A sample of 140 officers was taken by simple random sampling. Data collection by means of respondents filling out the questionnaire themselves. Univariate, bivariate (Chi Square), and multivariate (multiple logistic regression) analyzes were performed in this study. The results showed that Tanjung Priok Class I Port Health Office Officers had good standard precautionary behavior. The individual perception factor associated with standard vigilance behavior is self-efficacy. The modifying factor associated with standard vigilance behavior is training. Self-efficacy is the most dominant factor associated with standard vigilance behavior of officers, officers who have low self-efficacy are 4.07 times more likely to have less standard vigilance behavior than officers with high self-efficacy (OR= 4.07 95% CI 1.788 - 9.286). For this reason, the Ministry of Health and the Tanjung Priok Class I Port Health Office can work together to make efforts to increase the self-efficacy of officers through the implementation of intensive and comprehensive training programs for officers so that the implementation of standard precautionary behaviors can be maximized. Tanjungpinang is a city endemic to Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) wheremosquitos fogging is widely used as dengue precautionary measure. This steam-up technique employs motorized machine that produces noise exceeds 90 dB.Noise induced hearing loss (NIHL) is one of the occupational diseases commonlyfound at workplaces. NIHL is associated with noise dose exposure, over 5 yearsof service, age above 40 years, smoking habit, use of personal protectiveequipment (PPE), disease related hearing loss and noise related hobbies .This is a cross-sectional analytic study where data was obtained by questionnairesand audiometric tests. Univariate and bivariate statistics were utilized for dataanalysis. Noise related factor variables that cause hearing lossarewere statistically tested with Fisher's Exact Test. Fogging workers with noise doseexposure below threshold value was 87.5%, where as prevalence of hearing lossamong fogging workers was 5%. No significant correlation is found between testresults and noise related factor variables which are noise dose exposure, years ofservice, age, smoking habit, use of personal protective equipment, disease relatedhearing loss and noise related hobbies.
Peningkatan kinerja, produktivitas dan keefektifan perusahaan merupakan usaha yang sulit, memerlukan kerja sama antara manajemen, karyawan dan perusahaan. Puskesmas Perawatan Merlung merupakan sarana layanan kesehatan di wilayahnya yang tentunya sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat setempat. Bila dilihat dari hasil evaluasi penilaian puskesmas dari tahun 2009 sampai 2011, pencapaian indikator Puskesmas Perawatan Merlung mengalami penurunan yaitu dari 45,17% pada tahun 2009 menjadi 37,79% pada tahun 2011.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara kepuasan kerja dan kepatuhan terhadap kinerja petugas layanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Perawatan Merlung.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan menggunakan cross sectional study. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh petugas Puskesmas Perawatan Merlung berjumlah 40 orang yang berhubungan langsung dengan pelayanan kesehatan. Dimensi kepuasan kerja, kepatuhan petugas dan kinerja diukur dengan menggunakan semantic differential scale, selain mengukur sikap dan karakteristik juga mengukur 5 dimensi pelayanan seperti tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy. Keseluruhan analisis menggunakan program SPSS ver. 20.0 dengan tingkat kemaknaan uji p<0,05.
Hasil akhir dari keseluruhan analisis pada penelitian ini didapati regresi linier antara variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap variabel kinerja petugas, menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja sebagai prediktor untuk kinerja petugas. Oleh sebab itu perlu senantiasa perbaikan dan evaluasi dari kebijakan yang sudah ada untuk peningkatan kepuasan kerja dan kepatuhan petugas sehingga menghasilkan peningkatan kinerja yang baik terhadap pelayanan kesehatan.
This study is an observational research using cross sectional study. Population were all officers Merlung Service Health Care Centers are 40 people who are directly related to health care. Dimensions of job satisfaction, compliance officers, and performance was measured using semantic differential scale, in addition to measuring attitudes and characteristics were also measured 5 dimensions of service such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Overall analysis using SPSS ver. 20.0 with a significance level of test p <0.05.
The end result of all this research is the analysis of the linear regression was found between job satisfaction variable on the variable performance officer, indicated that job satisfaction variables as predictors for performance officer. Therefore it is necessary to constantly repair and evaluation of existing policies to increase job satisfaction and compliance officers resulting performance improvement is good for health care services.
