Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas tentang identifikasi system tanggap darurat kebakaran di PT.X yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pemenuhan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran di PT.X pada tahun 2020 yang mengacu kepada National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1600 edisi 2019: Standard on Continuity, Emergency, and Crisis Management. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik, yang menggunakan dua jenis data, yaitu data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan, serta data sekunder melalui telaah dokumen perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemenuhan system tanggap darurat di PT.X dengan NFPA 1600 edisi 2019 sebesar 77%, tidak terpenuhi sebesar 21%, dan yang tidak teraplikasikan sebesar 2%. Persentase tidak terpenuhinya dikarenakan perusahaan belum menunjukkan komitmen dan perencaan program sampai pasca kebakaran (keberlanjutan, pemulihan, dan analisis dampak bisnis). Persentase tidak teraplikasikan dikarenakan tidak seluruh subelemen yang ada pada NFPA 1600 edisi 2019 kompatibel dengan kondisi perusahaan dan kondisi di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan komitmen dan perencanaan program tanggap darurat kebakaran yang lebih komprehensif hingga pasca kebakaran agar program dapat berjalan dengan lebih baik. Kata Kunci: Sistem tanggap darurat, kebakaran, NFPA 1600 This thesis discusses the identification of fire emergency response systems at PT.X, which aims to identify the fulfillment of fire emergency response systems at PT.X in 2020 which refers to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1600 edition 2019: Standard on Continuity, Emergency, and Crisis Management. This study is qualitative with descriptive analytic approach, which uses two types of data: primary data was obtained through interviews and field observations, and secondary data was through documents review. From this study, it can be concluded that the fulfillment of the emergency response system at PT.X with NFPA 1600 2019 edition is 77%, not fulfilled by 21%, and that was not applied by 2%. The percentage was not fulfilled because the company has not shown commitment and program planning until post-fire (sustainability, recovery, and business impact analysis). The percentage was not applied because not all sub-elements in NFPA 1600 edition 2019 are compatible with conditions in company and in Indonesia. The company is required to improve the commitment and planning in order to be more comprehensive for fire emergency response program to post-fire so that the program can run better. Abstrak:
Pertumbuhan industri manufaktur dan konstruksi yang terus meningkat dapat meningkatkan potensi terjadinya kecelakaan dan keadaan darurat, sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem tanggap darurat untuk meminimalisir dampak serta kerugian yang ditimbulkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian sistem tanggap darurat yang dimiliki oleh pabrik fabrikasi baja PT Wijaya Karya tahun 2019 mengacu pada persyaratan NFPA 1600 edisi tahun 2016 sebagai upaya untuk menangani keadaan darurat. Penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi deskriptif ini menggunakan dua jenis data, yaitu data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan, serta data sekunder melalui telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesesuaian implementasi sistem tanggap darurat pabrik fabrikasi baja PT Wijaya Karya berdasarkan NFPA 1600 adalah sebesar 74%, sedangkan ketidak sesuaiannya adalah 26%. Meskipun keseuaian sudah cukup baik, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan perencanaan dan upaya manajemen keadaan darurat yang lebih komprehensif

Abstrak:
Keadaan darurat adalah suatu peristiwa yang tidak direncanakan/diinginkan, menyebabkan kematian/cedera serius, mematikan/mengganggu proses bisnis, mengganggu kegiatan operasional, menyebabkan kerusakan fisik/lingkungan, mengancam kerusakan fasilitas bangunan, kondisi keuangan atau citra perusahaan di masyarakat. Pada saat ini PT X telah mengoperasikan stasiun penyaluran gas dan kapal FSRU di perairan Lampung Timur untuk menyuplai kebutuhan gas di wilayah sumatera bagian selatan dan wilayah jawa bagian barat. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi yang menunjang kegiatan operasional penyaluran gas akan berpengaruh terhadap masalah keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) sehingga dapat berpotensi menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat hubungan kerja karena lokasi fasilitas berada di tengah laut dan jauh dari fasilitas umum sehingga dibutuhkan evaluasi kesiapsiagaan penanganan kondisi emergensi medis. Berdasarkan pendapat responden didapatkan bahwa terdapat 3 (tiga) elemen yang memiliki kategori excelent ( > 90% ) antara lain : elemen Kesisteman & Prosedur dengan nilai sebesar 95,05%; elemen Jumlah, distribusi dan isi kotak P3K dengan nilai sebesar 93,09%; elemen Klinik dan Sarana dengan nilai sebesar 92,09%. Elemen yang memiliki kategori sangat siap (81-90%) antara lain : elemen Komunikasi dan simulasi dengan nilai sebesar 88,56 %; elemen Pelatihan P3K dengan nilai sebesar 88,28%; elemen Jumlah, Distribusi dan kompetensi P3K dengan nilai sebesar 83,98%; elemen RS Rujukan dan Kerjasama Dengan Organisasi Eksternal dengan nilai sebesar 82,03%. Sedangkan elemen yang memiliki kategori tidak siap (<60%) adalah elemen Kompetensi Dokter & Paramedis dengan nilai sebesar 35,16 %.

Pertumbuhan pembangunan gedung bertingkat maupun perkantoran yang terus meningkat memiliki potensi akan bahaya dan bencana misalnya kebakaran sehingga perlu diperhatikan sistem tanggap darurat guna meminimalisir dampak kerugian baik dari segi material maupun manusia melalui upaya mitigasi, pencegahan, dan deteksi dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran sistem tanggap darurat (Emergency Response Preparedness) pada fase pra, saat, maupun pasca kebakaran di Gedung Balaikota Depok berdasarkan NFPA 1600 edisi 2013: Standard on Disaster/Emergency Management and Business Continuity Programs. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem tanggap darurat bahaya kebakaran di gedung Balaikota Depok masih belum maksimal dan komprehensif. Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan sistem proteksi aktif, proteksi pasif,dan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran di PT. Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industri(PPLi). Tujuan dibuatnya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaiansistem proteksi aktif, sistem proteksi pasif, dan sistem tanggap darurat kebakarandengan standar Keputusan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan standar National FireProtection Association, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodepenelitian deskriptif melalui observasi dan telaah dokumen yang beradadiperusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem proteksi aktif,sistem proteksi pasif, dan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran belum seluruhnyamemenuhi standar.

Tujuan dibuatnya penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana sistem proteksi aktif, sistem proteksi pasif, dan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran dengan mengacu standar Keputusan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan standar National Fire Protection Association, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif melalui observasi dan telaah dokumen yang berada di Gedung Vokasi UI. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem proteksi aktif, sistem proteksi pasif, dan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran belum seluruhnya memenuhi standar.

Abstrak:
Pembangunan infrastruktur yang dilakukan secara besar-besaran membuat banyaknya proyek konstruksi di kota besar dengan karakteristik pekerja yang beragam. Penelitian ini membahas tentang gambaran pemenuhan kesesuaian pelaksanaan system tanggap darurat dan keberlangsungan usaha pada proyek pembangunan rusun padat karya, PT. Wika Gedung pada tahun 2020 dalam upaya mempersiapkan proses tanggap darurat jika terjadi keadaan darurat/bencana. penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan studi deskriptif yang menggunakan dua jenis data, yaitu data primer yang didapatkan melalui wawancara dan data sekunder melalui telaah dokumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesesuaian implementasi system tanggap darurat dan keberlangsungan usaha di proyek pembangunan rusun padat karya PT. Wika Gedung ditinjau dari National Fie Protection Association 1600 (NFPA 1600) edisi tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian implementasi system tanggap darurat di proyek pembangunan rusun padat karya PT. Wika Gedung berdasarkan NFPA 1600 adalah sebesar 74%, sedangkan ketidak sesuaiannya adalah 25%. meskipun kesesuaia sudah cukup baik, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan perencanaan dan upaya manajemen keadaan darurat yang lebih komperhensif. From this study, it can be concluded that the conformity of the emergency response system implementation based on NFPA 1600 in Padat Karya Flat Contructuin PT. Wika Gedung is 74%, while the unconformity is 25%. Although the result is acceptable, the company is required to improve the emergency response system planning and implementation in order to be more comprehensive.
