Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi kecemasan ringan sebesar 37,8%, kecemasan sedang sebesar 27,3%, dan kecemasan berat sebesar 15,4%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara coping (PR=1,79 95%CI: 1,33-2,41; p=0,000) dan dukungan sosial (PR=1,85 95%CI: 1,38-2,48; p=0,000) dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa S1 Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Indonesia selama pandemi COVID19. Kemudian, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia, jenis kelamin, tempat tinggal, tingkat ekonomi keluarga, riwayat penyakit, dan riwayat kontak COVID-19 dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa S1 Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Indonesia selama Pandemi COVID-19.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara penghasilan (p=0,001), riwayat penyakit selain COVID-19 (p=0,006), aktivitas fisik (p=0,000), stress (p=0,000), dan dukungan sosial (p=0,000) dengan kualitas hidup mahasiswa S1 Reguler Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Indonesia selama pandemi COVID-19.

Prediabetes is a golden period in delaying the occurrence of type 2 diabetes mellitus because in this period the course of the disease can still be stopped. The study aim was to knowing the impact of stress on the conversion of prediabetes to type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. This study used retrospective cohort design. The data used are secondary data from the Cohort Study of Risk Factors for Non-Communicable Diseases in Bogor, Indonesia. Data collection in this study was carried out since 2011 until 2015 with a total population of 5890. Based on the exclusion and inclusion criteria, the total of study participants were 1059. During 5 years of follow-up, among prediabetic adults there were 169 subjects categorized as T2DM and 219 subjects categorized as stressed. Bivariate analysis shows that stress and age at baseline is a risk factor on the conversion of prediabetes to T2DM (p < 0,05). Final model on multivariate analysis, shows the hazard ratio of stress was 1.815 (95% CI: 1.307 - 2.520) with p < 0.05. This findings, expected to be used as information and motivation in an effort to make prevention and control of T2DM. Especially in individuals with prediabetes who suffer from stress because it has an impact with conversion of prediabetes to T2DM.

Anxiety is one of the mental disorders with the largest prevalence in the population, making mental health one of the world's major health problems, especially in Indonesia. Due to the numerous hurdles they must overcome, final-year students are at higher risk for developing anxiety; however, there is currently a dearth of study on this topic. The goal of this study was to identify the variables associated with anxiety in FKM UI regular undergraduate final-year students in 2022. Cross-sectional research was conducted in this study using a quantitative methodology. There were 161 final-year students that participated in this study, and data were collected online utilizing a google form. The Chi square test was used in the analysis to examine the association between six independent variables and anxiety, and multiple logistic regression was used to identify the main causes of anxiety. According to the findings, 82.6% of students reported having anxiety. Based on the multivariate analysis's final model, it was shown that sleep quality and difficulties with thesis writing were substantially correlated with anxiety. The faculty is expected to increase mental health promotion and prevention initiatives by identifying factors that contribute positively or negatively to mental health and collaborating with the Klinik Satelit UI Makara and the Faculty of Psychology UI to provide affordable, high-quality, and comprehensive mental health services at FKM UI.

Anxiety is a basic emotion in the form of negative thoughts of uncertainty that arise when there is a threat, often accompanied by headaches, palpitations, mild gastric disturbances or sweating. Excessive anxiety will inhibit a person's function in life. In the world, the prevalence of anxiety disorders reaches 5% of the population, while in Indonesia mental emotional disorders (depression and anxiety) reach 9.8%. In 2018 the proportion of anxiety found in FKM UI students was 87.2%, the highest proportion was at the severe level (25.3%) and the lowest was at the moderate level (18.3%). The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with anxiety in FKM UI students in 2020. The approach was carried out quantitatively, with cross-sectional study design, and analysis with the Chi Square test to see the relationship between 8 independent variables with anxiety. The research sample of 146 people from a population of 1121 people. The instrument used was the DASS-21 questionnaire, and data collection using google forms. The proportion of anxiety found in regular S1 FKM UI students in 2020 was 83.6%, the highest proportion was at the extremely severe level (39.7%), and the lowest was at the mild level (4.1%). Statistical tests show there is a relationship between sex and age factors with anxiety. It is hoped that UI and FKM UI can improve promotive and preventive interventions related to mental health, especially anxiety, and improve the quality and quantity of human resources at the Makara Clinic so that they can handle mental health cases more optimally in the future.

Adolescents have a higher susceptibility to depression during puberty. Early menarche prevalention increased to 9% based on 2017 IDHS data on Adolescent Reproductive Health. The data was obtained from IFLS-5 years 2014. This study was a cross sectional study which aimed to examine the associations between early menarche and depression among adolescents in Indonesia. The sample for this study were 714 adolescents aged 15-21 years. The results of this study proved that there was a significant relationship between early menarche and depression in adolescents after controlled by neuroticism personality traits. Adolescent girls who experienced early menarche were 0,48 times (OR 0,479; 95% CI; 0,319-0,719) to experience depression than girls with normal menarche. This study recommend to teacher and adolescent health services to increase awareness of adolescents so they can manage themselves and emotions as the effects of puberty.
Patients with mental disorders often receive treatment that is not in accordance with the fulfillment of human rights. The safeward model is a nursing intervention designed to reduce conflict and the incidence of restraint and exclusion in psychiatric inpatient services with ten evidence-based interventions. The PHCU (Psychiatric High Care Unit) room is a psychiatric treatment room used to treat acute patients. This research is a descriptive analytic study with cross sectional method which was conducted in the PHCU Room of RSJ dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. The research population is PHCU room nurses with total sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire in digital format. The results showed that the characteristics of nurses were mostly women, aged 31-60 years, education level D-III Nursing, working experience in the PHCU Ward more than five years and most of them had never attended safeward training. The type of conflict that is often encountered is the patient refusing to take medication and the type of restraint that is often used is to bind the patient. From the results of statistical analysis using the chi-square test with a significance level of 95% and a value of 0.05, it is known that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the attitude of nurses, but there is no relationship between the level of knowledge of nurses with the incidence of restraint and exclusion and there is no relationship between the level of knowledge of nurses and the incidence of restraint and exclusion. attitude with the incidence of restraint and seclution. Management should immediately complete clear regulatory tools to encourage the implementation of a more structured safeward model, carry out monitoring and evaluation related to the application of the model, prepare an innovation program that supports the implementation of the model, make efforts to accelerate the fulfillment of facilities, facilities and infrastructure, especially those related to integrated information systems. and begin to examine the possibility of burnout from nurses who work in the PHCU Ward
