Abstrak:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor risiko individu dan organisasi terhadap perilaku tidak aman atau substandart action pada pekerja konstruksi.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei hingga Juni 2021 yang melibatkan 165 pekerja konstruksi di proyek pembangunan stadion sport centre-Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi yang bersifat cross-sectional. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data antara lain kuesioner berkaitan dengan perilaku keselamatan (safety behavior), pengetahuan keselamatan (safety knowledge), motivasi keselamatan (safety motivation), psychological capital, dan pandangan terhadap faktor organisasi terkait keselamatan.

Industri garmen merupakan salah satu industri dengan serapan tenaga kerja paling banyak di Indonesia. Faktor lingkungan dan inovasi sistem produksi-bisnis sangat berpengaruh pada keberhasilan produksi pakaian jadi. Keterlibatan pekerja dan mesin yang lebih besar dan cepat, meningkatkan risiko keselamatan kerja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk menjelaskan dan memahami bagaimana proses produksi, bahaya dan risiko yang ditemukan, dan rekomendasi pada proses produksi pakaian jadi industri garmen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Busana Remaja Agracipta yang bergerak pada sektor industri garmen yang berfokus pada pakaian dalam wanita. Identifikasi bahaya dilakukan dengan menggunakan Job Hazard Analysis. Kemudian, analisis risiko dilakukan dengan metode semi-kuantitatif mengacu pada AS/NZS 4360:2004 dan menggunakan rumus yang dikembangkan oleh William T. Fine (1971). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan 48 bahaya dan risiko yang tersebar pada 11 proses kerja. Pengendalian yang telah diimplementasikan Perusahaan berhasil menurunkan level of risk setidaknya pada 22 risiko yang ditemukan menjadi acceptable.
The garment industry is one of the industries with the highest labor absorption in Indonesia. Environmental factors and innovations in the production-business system greatly influence the success of ready-made clothing production. Increased involvement of workers and faster and larger machinery escalates the risk of occupational safety. This research was conducted to explain and understand the production process, the hazards and risks identified, and recommendations for the ready-made garment production process in the garment industry. This research was carried out at PT. Busana Remaja Agracipta, which operates in the garment industry sector with a focus on women's underwear. Hazard identification was conducted using Job Hazard Analysis. Subsequently, a risk analysis was performed using a semi-quantitative method referring to AS/NZS 4360:2004 and utilizing formulas developed by William T. Fine (1971). Based on the results of this research, 48 hazards and risks were identified across 11 work processes. The controls implemented by the company have successfully reduced the level of risk for at least 22 identified risks to an acceptable level.

Eye strain, atau asthenopia, merupakan suatu kondisi di mana mata mengalami ketegangan akibat terlalu sering digunakan dalam waktu yang lama, terutama pada aktivitas yang melibatkan penggunaan komputer. NIOSH menyebutkan bahwa sekitar 75 – 90% pengguna komputer yang menghabiskan waktu selama tiga jam atau lebih mengeluhkan gangguan penglihatan. Sebuah studi oleh Kowalska et al (2011) terhadap pekerja kantoran yang menggunakan komputer secara intens menyebutkan bahwa prevalensi eye strain pada pekerja wanita sebesar 50,7% dan pada pria sebesar 32,6%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pencahayaan, reflektansi, dan kekontrasan area kerja terhadap keluhan eye strain pada karyawan office di PT. X. Penelitian dilakukan dari April – Juni 2023 dengan total sampel sebanyak 134 orang secara simple random sampling. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu cross-sectional serta pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, yang diadopsi dari Haeny (2009) dan Ramadhani (2012), dan pengukuran langsung menggunakan lux meter. Adapun variabel independen yang diteliti yaitu tingkat pencahayaan, reflektansi, kekontrasan area kerja, durasi kerja, usia, gangguan penglihatan, dan riwayat gangguan kesehatan mata sedangkan variabel dependennya yaitu keluhan eye strain. Hasil uji analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 113 orang karyawan (84,3%) mengalami keluhan eye strain dengan gejala yang paling sering dirasakan yaitu terasa tegang di bagian leher dan bahu (43,3%) dan gejala yang paling jarang dirasakan yaitu terasa nyeri di bagian kelopak mata (8,2%). Sementara, dari hasil uji analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pencahayaan (p-value = 0,000), reflektansi (p-value = 0,001), kontras area kerja (p-value = 0,027), durasi kerja (p-value = 0,000), dan usia (p-value = 0,022), namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara gangguan penglihatan (p-value = 0,749) dan riwayat gangguan kesehatan mata (p-value = 0,918) terhadap keluhan eye strain.
Eye strain, or asthenopia, is a condition where the eyes are strained due to prolonged overuse, especially in computer-based activities. Kelelahan pada pekerja dapat berakibat pada kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor baik tidak terkait dengan pekerjaan atau terkait dengan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran kelelahan dan faktor risikonya pada pekerja PT.X tahun 2023. Faktor risiko yang diteliti pada penelitian ini meliputi faktor tidak terkait pekerjaan berupa usia, Body Mass Index (BMI), kuantitas tidur, dan faktor terkait pekerjaan berupa durasi kerja, masa kerja, dan beban kerja. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Kelelahan dalam penelitian ini diukur menggunakan kuesioner subjektif The Swedish Occupational Fatigue Inventory (SOFI). Dalam penelitian ini, didapatkan bahwa sebanyak 93 pekerja (81,6%) dari 114 pekerja memiliki tingkat kelelahan sedang dan 19 pekerja (17,7%) memiliki tingkat kelelahan tinggi, sementara 2 pekerja (1,8%) lainnya memiliki tingkat kelelahan rendah. Dimensi SOFI dengan nilai rata-rata tertinggi pada penelitian ini adalah dimensi Lack of Motivation. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa BMI memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kelelahan pada pekerja PT.X tahun 2023.
Fatigue in workers can result in work accidents caused by various factors either unrelated to work or related to work. This study aims to describe fatigue and its risk factors at PT.X workers in 2023. The factors examined in this study include factors unrelated to work, such as age, Body Mass Index (BMI), and sleep duration, and factors related to work, such as working duration, working period, and workload. This research has quantitative method by using cross-sectional design. Fatigue in this study was measured using The Swedish Occupational Fatigue Inventory (SOFI) subjective questionnaire. In this study, 93 workers (81,6%) out of 114 workers found had moderate levels of fatigue, 19 workers (17,7%) had high levels of fatigue, while two other workers (1.8%) had low levels of fatigue. The Lack of Motivation dimension in the SOFI questionnaire had the highest average score in this study. The analysis in this study found that BMI had significant relationship to fatigue at PT.X workers in 2023.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan antara tekanan panas dengan fatigue atau kelelahan pada pekerja di Depo LRT Jabodebek tahun 2021. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Bidang konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor industri yang memiliki risiko fatigue. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2021 dengan melibatkan 185 Pekerja Depo LRT Jabodebek. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah tekanan panas dengan faktor risiko, yaitu faktor lingkungan, faktor pekerjaan (masa kerja dan beban kerja), faktor pakaian kerja, dan faktor individu (usia dan status gizi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara tekanan panas dan fatigue.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko stres kerja pada pekerja kesehatan di remote site. Peneliti melakukan studi potong lintang pada Januari-Juni 2023 dengan melibatkan 103 responden dari berbagai industri. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen penelitian COPSOQ III untuk mengukur stres kerja dan faktor risikonya. Pada 103 responden industri Oil & Gas, pertambangan, dan konstruksi menunjukkan usia, durasi shift, dan lama kerja tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan stres kerja. Namun, jenis industri dan jenis kelamin memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan jenis stres tertentu. Pekerja kontrak lebih cenderung mengalami stres kerja, burnout, dan stres kognitif. Faktor risiko psikososial seperti tuntutan pekerjaan, konflik peran, kecepatan kerja, dan tuntutan emosional juga berhubungan dengan stres kerja. Tuntutan pekerjaan, kecepatan kerja, dan konflik peran mempengaruhi skor stres kerja, menjelaskan 26,5% variasi skor stres. Pekerja pelayanan kesehatan di remote site PT. X mengalami stres kerja yang signifikan, dipengaruhi oleh faktor seperti beban kerja, kecepatan kerja, dan konflik peran. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar ada penyesuaian beban kerja, fleksibilitas shift kerja, dukungan sosial, serta kejelasan peran dan penghargaan untuk mengurangi stres kerja. Penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk memahami dan menangani stres kerja di kalangan pekerja pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya di remote site.

Pembangunan infrastruktur dan kegiatan konstruksi menjadi salah satu cara bagi pemerintah Indonesia untuk membangun perekonomian nasional. Namun disisi lain proses kerja kegiatan konstruksi memiliki bahaya dan risiko, salah satunya bahaya fisik yang menjadi bahaya paling tinggi salah satunya adalah unsafe condition seperti lingkungan kerja panas yang merupakan kombinasi dari suhu udara, kelembaban udara, kecepatan udara, dan suhu radiasi. Apabila kombinasi tersebut dihubungkan dengan produksi panas tubuh maka akan menyebabkan tekanan panas (heat stress). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan hubungan tekanan panas (heat stress), dan faktor individu (usia, indeks massa tubuh, riwayat keturunan hipertensi, dan status hidrasi) dengan kejadian hipertensi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Agustus-Desember 2021 pada pekerja konstruksi proyek Depo Light Rail Transit (LRT) Jabodebek Jatimulya, Jawa Barat. Pendekatan menggunakan kuantitatif observasional deskriptif analitik dengan studi cross sectional dan melibatkan 185 responden yang diambil menggunakan cluster proporsional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 67% pekerja mengalami tekanan panas, 69,7% berusia < tahun, 76,8% memiliki IMT tidak berlebih, 73% tidak memiliki riwayat keturunan hipertensi, 91,9% mengalami dehidrasi tidak berat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, variabel yang memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian hipertensi adalah variabel tekanan panas (heat stress), usia, dan riwayat keturunan hipertensi (P value= 0,05)

Abstrak:
Pembangunan Depo Light Rail Transit (LRT) Jabodebek memiliki luas sekitar 12 ha yang mana 80% areanya merupakan area terbuka (terpajan panas). Mekanisme terjadinya heat stress terjadi karena kombinasi dari faktor lingkungan, faktor pekerjaan, dan karakteristik pekerjaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional yang telah dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2021 dengan 185 responden (126 pekerja outdoor dan 59 pekerja indoor). Hasil penelitian menunjukan indeks WBGT outdoor berada pada kisaran 25,9º C - 33,1º C dengan rata-rata 29,4º C dan WBGT indoor yaitu berada diantara 25,9º C - 35,3º C dengan rata-rata 30,4º C. Setelah dilakukan observasi dan perhitungan antara beban kerja, pola kerja dan faktor koreksi pakaian yang merujuk dari Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan nomor 70 Tahun 2016, diketahui bahwasannya 100% responden penelitian mengalami kejadian tekanan panas. Pada pekerja outdoor terdapat 56,35% merasakan keluhan ringan dan 43,65% merasakan keluhan berat. Persentase keluhan/gangguan kesehatan tertinggi yang dirasakan yaitu jarang buang air kecil (98,41%), lemas (88,89%), dan banyak keringat (85,71%). Sedangkan untuk pekerja indoor terdapat 67,80% merasakan keluhan ringan dan 32,20% merasakan keluhan berat. Persentase keluhan/gangguan kesehatan tertinggi yang dirasakan yaitu kurang konsentrasi (62,71%), kram otot tungkai bawah (57,63%) dan kram otot lengan (55,93%). Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan berbagai upaya pengendalian terhadap pajanan panas yang terdapat di proyek pembangunan depo LRT Jabodebek agar dapat meminimalisir dampak keluhan/gangguan kesehatan pada pekerja sehingga pekerja tidak menderita Heat Related Symptoms

Kecelakaan yang berkaitan dengan lalu lintas dan insiden yang berkaitan dengan kendaraan menjadi penyebab utama kecelakaan di area pertambangan. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kelelahan pada operator truk tambang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk menjelaskan gambaran kelelahan subjektif dan menganalisis faktor-faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan subjektif pada operator kendaraan tambang batu bara di area mining dan hauling PT Adaro Indonesia. Faktor-faktor risiko yang diteliti meliputi faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan (usia, status gizi (IMT), lingkar leher, keluhan kesehatan, kuantitas tidur, dan kualitas tidur) dan faktor risiko terkait pekerjaan (area kerja, masa kerja, shift kerja, commuting time, dan lingkungan kerja terutama temperatur, kebisingan, getaran, dan pencahayaan). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari hingga Juli 2022. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan secara dalam jaringan (daring), yang meliputi kuesioner karakteristik individu dan pekerjaan, Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan uji chi-square serta uji regresi logistik ganda model prediksi. Besar sampel minimal dalam penelitian ini adalah 436 operator, namun data yang berhasil dianalisis adalah sebanyak 440 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 130 operator (29,5%) mengalami kelelahan subjektif. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan, yaitu status gizi (IMT gemuk dan obesitas), keluhan kesehatan, dan kualitas tidur terhadap kelelahan subjektif pada operator. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor risiko terkait pekerjaan, yaitu masa kerja, temperatur, kebisingan, getaran, dan pencahayaan, terhadap kelelahan subjektif pada operator. Sementara itu, hasil analisis inferensial menggunakan uji regresi logistik ganda model prediksi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas tidur merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kelelahan subjektif pada operator.
Accidents related to traffic and incidents related to vehicles are the main causes of accidents in mining areas. One of the causes is fatigue on mining truck operators. This study was conducted to describe subjective fatigue and analyze risk factors related to subjective fatigue in coal mining vehicle operators in mining and hauling area of PT Adaro Indonesia. The risk factors studied included non-work-related risk factors (age, nutritional status (BMI), neck circumference, health complaints, sleep quantity, and sleep quality) and work-related risk factors (work area, length of work, shift work, commuting time, and work environment, especially temperature, noise, vibration, and lighting). The study was conducted from February to July 2022. The data used in this study came from a questionnaire distributed online, which included a questionnaire on individual and job characteristics, the Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS), and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with chi-square test and multiple logistic regression test for prediction models. The minimum sample size in this study was 436 operators, but the data that were successfully analyzed were 440 respondents. The results showed that as many as 130 operators (29.5%) experienced subjective fatigue. The results of inferential statistical analysis using the chi-square test showed that there was a significant relationship between risk factors not related to work, namely nutritional status (fat and obesity BMI), health complaints, and sleep quality on subjective fatigue in operators. The results of inferential statistical analysis also show that there is a significant relationship between work-related risk factors, namely working period, temperature, noise, vibration, and lighting, and subjective fatigue on operators. Meanwhile, the results of inferential analysis using multiple logistic regression test predictive models indicate that sleep quality is the most dominant variable associated with subjective fatigue in operators.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran penerapan manajemen K3 terhadap kepatuhan keselamatan pekerja di proyek konstruksi PT.XYZ. Variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah kepatuhan keselamatan pekerja, sedangkan variabel independennya adalah aspek penerapan manajemen K3 (kepemiminan manajemen, partisipasi pekerja, identifikasi dan penilaian bahaya, pencegahan dan pengendalian bahaya, pendidikan dan pelatihan, evaluasi dan perbaikan program, serta komunikasi dan koordinasi pekerja). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiana dengan desain studi cross sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan April sampai Juli 2021 dengan metode pengisian kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat. Penelitian ini melibatkan 163 pekerja lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel yang paling memenuhi dalam penerapan manajemen K3 adalah variabel partisipasi pekerja, dan yang paling tidak memenuhi adalah variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan, serta kepatuhan keselamatan pekerja di proyek konstruksi PT.XYZ dikategorikan patuh. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan dan pelatihan (p = 0,026) dengan kepatuhan keselamatan pekerja, sedangkan kepemimpinan manajemen, partisipasi pekerja, identifikasi dan penilaian bahaya, pencegahan dan pengendalian bahaya, evaluasi dan perbaikan program, komunikasi dan koordinasi pekerja tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kepatuhan keselamatan pekerja.
