Abstrak:
Obesitas adalah faktor risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Skripsi ini merupakan penelitian dengan desain studi cross-sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kejadian obesitas berdasarkan asupan gizi, aktivitas fisik, dan faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini melibatkan 104 responden yang merupakan PNS di Kantor Dinas Kesehatan kota Depok. Obesitas diukur menggunakan Indeks Massa Tubuh. Sebanyak 50% PNS mengalami obesitas (IMT > 25 kg/m2 ). Dari beberapa variabel yang diuji, terdapat perbedaan bermakna kejadian obesitas berdasarkan asupan energi, karbohidrat, dan lemak, serta kebiasaan makan di luar rumah baik pada pria maupun wanita. Setelah dikontrol oleh jenis kelamin, perbedaan tersebut hanya bermakna pada wanita. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, PNS disarankan untuk mengurangi makanan yang mengandung karbohidrat dan lemak yang berlebihan, serta mengurangi frekuensi makan di luar rumah untuk mencegah obesitas.

From the tested variables, there were significant differences in proportion of energy, carbohydrate, and protein intake, as well as eating out of home on the prevalence of obesity in both men and women. After controlled by sex, the differences were only significant in women, but not in men. The results suggest that civil servants to reduce energy, carbohydrate, and fat intake, as well as the frequency of eating out of home.

Abstrak:
Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit gangguan metabolik yang ditandai dengan tingginya kadar glukosa darah akibat kelainan pada sekresi insulin, aksi insulin, atau keduanya. Tingginya kadar glukosa darah pada penderita diabetes berhubungan dengan kerusakan jangka panjang, disfungsi, dan kegagalan pada beberapa organ tubuh terutama mata, ginjal, jantung, saraf, dan pembuluh darah. Kadar glukosa darah pada penderita diabetes dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti asupan, aktivitas fisik, dan lainlain. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan proporsi kadar glukosa darah pada penderita diabetes berdasarkan aktivitas fisik dan faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada penderita diabetes di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pasar Minggu pada bulan April 2018. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel 110 orang. Kadar glukosa darah diketahui melalui catatan medik responden, aktivitas fisik dan asupan diketahui melalui kuesioner aktivitas fisik (GPAQ) dan Semi-quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SFFQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 57,3% penderita diabetes memiliki kadar glukosa darah terkontrol. Uji chi-square menyatakan bahwa variabel aktivitas fisik, kepatuhan minum obat, asupan serat, durasi penyakit, dan stres memiliki perbedaan bermakna dengan kadar glukosa darah. Untuk meningkatkan angka kadar glukosa darah terkontrol pada penderita diabetes, disarankan untuk diberikan edukasi mengenai aktivitas fisik, kepatuhan minum obat, asupan serat, dan manajemen terhadap stres apabila diperlukan kepada penderita diabetes.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan pemberian suplemen vitamin A pada balita usia 6-59 bulan di Indonesia berdasarkan analisis data SDKI 2017. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional yang melibatkan 1.728 balita usia 6-59 bulan di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan ibu, usia balita, riwayat imunisasi balita, kunjungan Antenatal Care (ANC), kunjungan Postanatal Care (PNC), tempat persalinan, dan keterpaparan media televisi dengan kepatuhan pemberian suplemen vitamin A. Riwayat imunisasi adalah faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kepatuhan pemberian suplemen vitamin A pada balita. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyarankan agar penguatan program imunisasi pada balita, edukasi kesehatan, kualitas kunjungan ANC dan PNC, serta pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan dan media terus ditingkatkan guna mencapai cakupan suplementasi vitamin A pada balita yang lebih baik.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan penerapan strategi koping terkait konsumsi rumah tangga selama pandemic COVID-19 di DKI Jakarta tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari penelitian yang berjudul "SituasiKetahanan Pangan Keluarga dan Coping Mechanism dalam Kondisi Pandemi COVID-19 di Wilayah Urban dan Semi Urban Tahun 2020", dengan total sampel sebanyak 247 rumah tangga.Analisis data menggunakan uji McNemar, uji chi-square, dan regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 30,8% rumah tangga tergolong tahan pangan, sedangkan 69,2% rumah tangga tergolong rawan pangan.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pola makan pada masyarakat dewasa DKI Jakarta selama pandemi COVID-19 dibandingkan dengan sebelum pandemi COVID-19 berdasarkan variabel usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, anggota rumah tangga, dan pendapatan menggunakan kuesioner online. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crosssectional dengan subjek pada penelitian ini masyarakat dewasa di DKI Jakarta yang berusia 20-45 tahun dengan menggunakan teknik purposive dan snowballing sampling. Hasil menunjukkan sebagian besar masyarakat dewasa di DKI Jakarta memiliki perubahan pola makan menjadi tidak sehat selama pandemi COVID-19 (41,8%).

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas hubungan pengetahuan gizi dan faktor lainnya denganasupan vitamin C. Penelitian menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dengantotal sampel 290. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan UniversitasIndonesia dengan sasaran mahasiswa RIK UI angkatan 2013 pada tahun 2014.Analisis hubungan menggunakan chi square, uji t independen, dan regresi logistikganda. Hasil yang didapat adalah sebanyak 62,4 % mahasiswa tidak mencukupikebutuhan vitamin C perhari dan faktor yang berhubungan secara bermakna adalah konsumsi buah dan sayur, uang saku, dan konsumsi suplemen vitamin C.Tetapi tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna dengan pengetahuan gizi, kebiasaan sarapan, jenis kelamin, perilaku diet, ketersediaan buah dan sayur, dan durasimenonton televisi. Faktor dominan pada penelitian ini adalah konsumsi suplemenvitamin C.

Abstrak:
Stunting terjadi dimulai didalam Rahim dan berlanjut setidaknya selama 2 tahun pertama kehidupannya, menentukan potensi individu untuk kehidupan kedepan dalam hal risiko morbiditas dan mortalitas, prestasi sekolah, produktivitas kerja, kekuatan fisik, dan risiko penyakit kronis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk Mengetahui Potret Anak Stunting di Desa Pangkalan, Kecamatan Teluk Naga, Kabupaten Tangerang Tahun 2017. Penelitian Kualitatif dengan Rapid Assessment Procedures (RAP), dilakukan kepada informan yang memiliki anak stunting usia < 23 bulan dan 24-59 bulan pada bulan Juni 2017. Penggalian informasi melalui Diskusi Kelompok Tearah, Wawancara mendalam serta observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, sebagian besar informan memiliki tinggi badan < 150 cm, usia antara 20-25 tahun dan jarak antar kehamilan > 3th, tinggal di wilayah yang sanitasinya kurang baik karena sebagian besar masih BAB di kali dan sampah keluarga yang dibakar disekitar rumah. Anggota keluarga lain selain ibu ikut terlibat dalam pengasuhan anak. Sebagian besar informan tidak melakukan IMD dan ASI Eksklusif. Pola asuh makan informan terhadap anaknya tergolong kurang baik karena anak sering diberikan makanan jajanan, saat anak sakit, makanan yang diberikan lebih sedikit, dan anak makan sambil jalan-jalan, untuk keanekaragaman makanan juga masih kurang dimana sayuran sebagian besar hanya diberikan kuahnya saja sementara buah jarang diberikan. Kemudahan akses terhadap pelayanan kesehatan tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik terlihat sebagian besar informan hanya mengimunisasi anaknya 2-3 kali dan pengetahuan tentang gizi seimbang masih kurang, dan masih mengikuti budaya untuk memantang beberapa makanan selama hamil.

Most informants do not do IMD and Exclusive Breast Milk. Feeding patterns of informants to their children are not good enough because children are often given food snacks, when children are sick, the food is given less, and children eat while walking, for the diversity of food is also still lacking where most vegetables are only given sauce only while the fruit Rarely given. Ease of access to health services is not well utilized seen most informants only immunize their children 2-3 times and knowledge about balanced nutrition is still lacking, and still follow the culture to challenge some food during pregnancy.
