Background: The key factor needed to achieve success and prevent accidents is the safety climate. Based on PLN data, the majority of INSPEKTA reports are unsafe behavior. Safety climate can be measured by several dimensions and several studies assess the dimensions of safety climate that have a relationship with behavior to reduce the occurrence of accidents. Objective: To analyze the relationship between dimensions of safety climate and safety behavior of workers at PLN PUSMANPRO in the PST JATENG I electricity development project. Methods: This cross sectional study involved 120 workers at the PLN PUSMANPRO PST JATENG I Project. Primary data were obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire that referring to the questionnaires from several previous studies. Results: In the dimension of safety climate, the results of the univariate analysis of all dimensions are more in the low category and bivariate analysis results in the dimensions of commitment and values with P value = 0.000 and correlation value 0.268, training dimension with P value = 0.000 and correlation value 0.318, communication dimension P value = 0.002 and correlation value 0.274, emergency preparation P value = 0.000 and correlation value 0.362, safety priority dimension P value = 0.001 and correlation value 0.318, risk justification dimension P value = 0.000 and correlation value 0.503, subcontractor involvement dimension P value = 0.000 and the correlation value is 0.390, safety incentive dimension P value = 0.001 and the correlation value is 0.309, the safety program management dimension P value = 0.000 and the correlation value is 0.435, safety knowledge dimension P value = 0.000 and the correlation value is 0.372, safety motivation dimension P value = 0.000 and a correlation value of 0.416 can be seen at the value of it has a positive relationship with safety behavior except for the work environment dimension with P value = 0.904 and a correlation value of 0.011. Conclusion: There is a positive relationship between the dimensions of safety climate and safety behavior so that the application of work safety at PLN PUSMANPRO PST JATENG I to shape safety behavior in workers can be through improving the safety climate and facilities that support safety programs that can reduce accidents on the project
Skripsi ini membahas adanya representasi identitas budaya tertentu yang disampaikan melalui humor dalam karikatur karya Loriot yang terangkum di buku Männer und Frauen passen einfach nicht zusammen. Pembahasan ini dilakukan secara deskriptif dan bersifat argumentatif, dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam kumpulan karya Loriot ini terdapat representasi identitas budaya berdasarkan gender dan kelas sosial, serta kritik terhadap stereotip yang menyertai kedua identitas budaya tersebut. Kritik yang dimaksud disampaikan melalui ironi dan satir yang menimbulkan humor sehingga menarik perhatian pembacanya, sekaligus mengajak pembacanya untuk merefleksikan kembali penerapan stereotip-stereotip tersebut di masyarakat.
The focus of this study is on the representation of cultural identity in Loriot?s work: Männer und Frauen passen einfach nicht zusammen, which presented in the form of caricatures. The purpose of this study is to prove that Loriot used humor to represent the cultural identities based on gender and social class, and eventually criticize it. His critic served in the form of irony and satire, which are funny and in the same time make the readers of his work conscious about the stereotypes and reconsider the application of stereotypes in community. This study will use the framework of analyze.
Tingginya persentase penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal (pil dan suntikan) tidak diikuti dengan tingginya angka kelangsungan. Angka putus pakai untuk metode pil mengalami kenaikan dari 32% (SDKI 2002-2003) menjadi 39% (SDKI 2007). Sementara itu, angka putus pakai metode suntikan juga mengalami kenaikan dari 18% (SDKI 2002-2003) menjadi 23% (SDKI 2007). Kualitas pelayanan keluarga berencana merupakan salah satu elemen yang penting dalam mencapai pemakaian alat kontrasepsi yang berlangsung lama (lestari). Salah satu elemen kualitas pelayanan keluarga berencana adalah informasi yang diberikan kepada klien dan mekanisme follow-up dan kontak kembali. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional (studi potong lintang) yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis survival.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan keluarga berencana dengan kelangsungan pemakaian kontrasepsi hormonal (pil dan suntikan) (p-value = 0,000) dan terdapat interaksi antara variabel kualitas pelayanan keluarga berencana dengan keputusan menggunakan alat/cara KB serta interaksi antara kualitas pelayanan KB dengan keinginan mempunyai anak. Adapun kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah akseptor yang mendapatkan pelayanan keluarga berencana yang berkualitas dengan keputusan suami saja dan orang lain dalam menggunakan alat/cara KB memiliki risiko untuk gagal mempertahankan kelangsungan pemakaian kontrasepsi hormonal (pil dan suntikan) lebih tinggi 1,7 kali dibandingkan dengan akseptor yang mendapatkan pelayanan keluarga berencana yang berkualitas dengan keputusan bersama dalam menggunakan alat/cara KB (p-value = 0,008) setelah dikontrol oleh kesamaan keinginan anak antara suami dan isteri, jumlah anak dan efek samping. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemberi pelayanan (provider) yang mampu melayani kebutuhan KB dan kesehatan reproduksi laki-laki dan perempuan yang meliputi pelayanan KIE (Komunikasi, Informasi dan Edukasi) serta pelayanan KB dan kesehatan reproduksi yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan perempuan dan laki-laki, yaitu pelayanan Komunikasi Interpersonal (KIP)/konseling dan pelayanan medis berkaitan dengan KB dan kesehatan reproduksi. The high percentage using of hormonal contraceptives (pills and injections) are not followed by a high rate of survival. The drop out rate for the method of pill use rose from 32% (IDHS 2002-2003) to 39% (IDHS 2007). Meanwhile, the dropout rate used method of injection also increased from 18% (IDHS 2002-2003) to 23% (IDHS 2007). Quality of family planning services is one of the important element in achieving contraceptive use long-lasting (sustainable). The element is information given to clients and recontact and follow-up mechanisms. This study uses a descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach were analyzed using survival analysis. Based on the results of the study there is a relationship between the quality of family planning services with continuity of use of hormonal contraceptives (pills and injections) (p-value = 0.000) and there is interaction between the quality of family planning services with decisions using of tools/methods of family planning and the interaction between the quality of family planning services with the desire for more children. The conclusions in this study is acceptors are getting a qualified family planning services by husband decision maker and others to using tools/methods of family planning has failed to maintain the continuity of risk for using hormonal contraceptives (pills and injections) 1,7 times higher than the acceptors who received family planning services qualified by a joint decision to using tools/methods of family planning (p-value = 0.008) after controlled by a common wishes of children between husband and wife, number of children and side effects. Therefore required provider which capable of serving the needs of family planning and reproductive health of men and women includes IEC (Information, Education and Communication) service as well as family planning and reproductive health services that can meet the needs of women and men, Interpersonal Communication (IPC)/counseling and medical services related to family planning and reproductive health. As a workplace, office environments have significant hazards and risks associated with the interactions between human and computer. The consequences that may arise are related with the healthy state of worker, direct and indirect financial impact, and company productivity impact. In order to protect the workers, company assets and facilities; a comprehensive office ergonomics program is required to manage the risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders. As a start, necessary measures are required to improve the knowledge and perceptions of workers in the aspects of office ergonomics. Knowledge and perception are the foundation to achieve healthy behavioral changes. The healthy behavioral change is required for workers to control the risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders. Education, in the form of training, acts as one of critical factors to increase knowledge and perception. This study is performed to analyze the effect of office ergonomics training intervention on the knowledge and perception of office workers at PT XYZ. Quasi-experimental research was selected by involving both, the intervention and comparison groups. Two treatments were given to the intervention group, they are self-learning type intervention and online office ergonomics training intervention. Only one treatment was given to the comparison group, the self-learning intervention. Based on the research, it is concluded that the online office ergonomics training increased the knowledge and overall perceptions of the office workers of PT XYZ. Online office ergonomics training gave a more significant influence than the self-learning type intervention.
