Abstrak:
Pekerja Administasi berisiko terkena GOTRAK (gangguan otot rangka). Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran risiko ergonomi terkait keluhan GOTRAK pekerja administrasi pada aktivitas mengetik. Metode penilaian yang digunakan adalah RULA, QEC, ROSA dan NBQ. Penilaian mendapati hasil yang selaras, bahwa aktivitas mengetik berisiko tinggi, perlu diteliti lebih lanjut secara berkala dan perubahan diperlukan secepatnya. Postur yang berhubungan dengan alat kerja komputer berada pada kategori area yang membutuhkan intervensi ergonomi. Leher, bahu kiri, bahu kanan, punggung atas, dan punggung bawah merupakan bagian yang paling banyak dikeluhkan, baik selama 1 tahun maupun 1 minggu terakhir. Mengetik merupakan aktivitas paling berisiko pada pekerjaan administrasi.

Penelitian ini bertujan untuk melihat gambaran risiko yang ada di tempat kerja terkait keluhan GOTRAK pegawai kasir Supermarket X Rawamangun dan Depok. Abstrak:
Penanganan beban manual (PBM) merupakan aktivitas yang dapat menimbulkankeluhan gangguan otot rangka pada pekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untukmengetahui gambaran tingkat risiko ergonomi pada aktivitas PBM dan gambarandistribusi keluhan gangguan otot rangka pada pekerja di back end area Toko XDepok tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasionaldengan desain crossectional. Penilaian tingkat risiko ergonomi dilakukanmenggunakan metode BRIEF dengan menilai postur, berat beban, durasi, danfrekuensi. Penelitian ini juga menggambarkan karakteristik pekerja yangmelakukan aktivitas PBM di back end area, seperti jenis pekerjaan, umur, lamakerja, kebiasaan merokok, pendidikan, dan jenis kelamin. Data keluhan gangguanotot rangka diambil menggunakan kuesioner NMQ dengan jumlah 11 orangresponden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa aktivitas PBM di back end areatoko mempunyai risiko tinggi terhadap bagian tubuh siku kiri, siku kanan, bahu kiri,bahu kanan, dan punggung. Keluhan gangguan otot rangka banyak dirasakanpekerja pada bagian tubuh bahu kanan dan punggung bawah dengan persentasesebesar 45,5%. Upaya perbaikan untuk mengurangi aktivitas PBM dapat dilakukandengan menggunakan alat memindahkan barang (pallet stacker) yang dapat diaturketinggiannya dan edukasi pekerja terkait bahaya ergonomi.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui risiko ergonomi pekerjaancleaning service yang dilakukan dan keluhan MSDs pada pekerjaan cleaning service diFakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas IndonesiaPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatancross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 38 orang petugas cleaning service. Tingkatrisiko ergonomi per bagian tubuh terkait postur, beban, durasi dan frekuensi dinilaimenggunakan REBA serta tingkat keluhan MSDs per bagian tubuh yang dirasakan olehpekerja menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map.Hasil analisis risiko ergonomi dengan metode REBA terhadap tahapan pekerjaancleaning service memiliki tingkat risiko ergonomi paling tinggi pada tahapanmenyiapkan peralatan kebersihan, membersihkan kloset, menyikat lantai, memotongrumput dan menanam tanaman. Hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map, paling banyakmerasakan bahu kanan (39%), betis kanan (39%), bahu kiri (34%), betis kiri (32%) danpinggang bagian bawah (24%). Distribusi keluhan MSDs berdasarkan umur palingbanyak pada pekerja umur >25 tahun, berdasarkan jenis kelamin paling banyak pada laki-laki, berdasarkan masa kerja paling banyak pada pekerja dengan masa kerja >1 tahun,berdasarkan perilaku merokok paling banyak yang merokok, berdasarkan IMT palingbanyak IMT Normal, dan pekerja yang terpapar getaran 67% mengalami keluhan MSDs.

Penelitian ini merupakan penilaian ergonomi di tempat kerja konstruksi Proyek Apartemen Pejaten Park Residence PT PP Persero tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dekskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional, melalui observasi langsung pada seluruh tahapan kegiatan. Penilaian tingkat risiko ergonomi menggunakan metode Ovake Working Assesment (OWAS) dan Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC), sedangkan keluhan MSDs per bagian tubuh yang dirasakan pekerja menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Maps. Berdasarkan metode OWAS hasil analisis risiko ergonomi pada pekerjaan plesteran, pengecatan, pemasangan keramik, dan pemasangan plafon memiliki tingkat risiko menengah, sedangkan berdasarkan metode QEC tingkat risiko ergonomi per bagian tubuh rata- rata pada setiap pekerjaan, pada punggung memiliki risiko tinggi, bahu/lengan dan pergelangan tangan memiliki risiko sedang, dan leher memiliki risiko sangat tinggi. Hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Maps, paling banyak merasakan keluhan gangguan otot rangka pada pinggang (62,9%), leher bagian atas (61,4%), punggung (60%), bahu kanan (58,6%), dan bahu kiri (55,7%). Upaya untuk mengatasi pajanan ergonomi dan keluhan MSDs dapat dilakukan dengan meninjau kembali desain kerja, peralatan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja.

Sebagai salah satu perusahaan inspeksi yang melakukan maintenance dalam area industri industri minyak dan gas bumi, PT. X memiliki fasilitasdigunakan untuk menunjang pengujian katup pengaman. penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Data didapatkan dari wawancara, observasi, serta hasil kuisioner dan pengukuran. Adapun instrument yang digunakan mengacu kuisioner SNI 9011 : 2021, subjek penelitian total pekerja pada area workshop di PT X sebanyak 30 orang. Identifikasi keluhan gangguan otot rangka, sebanyak 21 responden ( 70%) merasakan keluhan dan tidak nyaman pada bagian bahu kanan, bagian lengan kanan, pinggul kanan, bagian punggung atas dan 9 responden ( 30% ) tidak mengalami keluhan. Pada kategori umur >35 Tahun, berjumlah 84,6 % dengan hasil statistiknya Pvalue 0,22 > 0,05. Keluhan gangguan otot rangka dengan lama kerja 5-10Tahun berisiko itu sebanyak 10 orang (35,7%), hasil Pvalue 0,33 > 0,05, Inspektor yang mempunyai kebiasaan merokok berisiko keluhan gangguan otot rangka yaitu sebanyak 20 orang (76,9%) dengan hasil Pvalue 0,28> 0,05. Risiko pekerjaan dilakukan penilaian tingkat risiko dan analisis risiko ergonomi untuk ukuran katup pengaman 1x2 inch mendapatkan tingkat risiko dengan level rendah dengan skor 2 dan analisis resiko ergonomi di skor 3, Dan tingkat risiko dan analisis risiko ergonomi untuk ukuran katup pengaman 6x6 inch mendapatkan tingkat risiko dengan level sedang skor 6 dengan analisis resiko ergonomi di skor 6. Analisis risiko ergonomi untuk pengujian katup pengaman perlu diperlukan tindakan perbaikan untuk rekayasa teknik dan kontrol administrasi.
As one of the inspection companies that carries out maintenance in the oil and gas industrial area, PT. X has facilities used to support safety valve testing. The research used was descriptive qualitative research with a cross sectional approach. Data was obtained from interviews, observations, as well as the results of questionnaires and measurements. The instrument used refers to the SNI 9011: 2021 questionnaire. The total research subjects were 30 workers in the workshop area at PT X. Identification of complaints of musculoskeletal disorders, as many as 21 respondents (70%) felt complaints and discomfort in the right shoulder, right arm, right hip, upper back and 9 respondents (30%) did not experience complaints. In the age category > 35 years, the number was 84.6% with the statistical result being Pvalue 0.22 > 0.05. Complaints of musculoskeletal disorders with a length of work of 5-10 years are at risk of 10 people (35.7%), the Pvalue result is 0.33 > 0.05. Inspectors who have a smoking habit are at risk of complaints of musculoskeletal disorders, namely 20 people (76.9 %) with a Pvalue of 0.28> 0.05. Job risks were carried out by assessing the risk level and ergonomic risk analysis for the safety valve size 1x2 inch, getting a risk level with a low level with a score of 2 and ergonomic risk analysis with a score of 3, and the risk level and ergonomic risk analysis for the safety valve size 6x6 inch getting a risk level with Medium level score 6 with ergonomic risk analysis at score 6. Ergonomic risk analysis for safety valve testing requires corrective action for engineering engineering and administrative control.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas tentang faktor risiko keluhan gangguan otot dan tulang rangka (Gotrak) akibat kerja di industri manufaktur PT Croda Indonesia tahun 2022. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara faktor individu, faktor pekerjaan, dan keluhan Gotrak, dilakukan pada buan Februari ? Mei 2022 dengan menggunakan kuesioner SNI 9901;2011, RULA, REBA, dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari penelitian sebelumnya. Desain studi cross-sectional dengan melibatkan seluruh pekerja sebanyak 58 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan 41% pekerja memiliki tingkat risiko Gotrak sedang, dengan keluhan paling banyak dirasakan berturut-turut pada bagian leher (52%), punggung bawah (45%), dan punggung atas (43%). Terdapat hubungan antara faktor individu yaitu indeks massa tubuh, faktor kerja yaitu postur kerja, gerakan berulang, dan kejadian Gotrak. Pola hidup sehat utamanya menerapkan pola makan sehat, gizi seimbang dan menu bijak sesuai kondisi kesehatan dan pola kerja sehat utamanya postur tubuh tidak menyimpang dari garis tubuh, perlu ditingkatkan untuk meminimalisir keluhan Gotrak.

One part of population growth can not be separated from the number of children ever born. One of the factors thought to be related to the number of children ever born is economic status. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between economic status and the number of live births in women aged less than 45 years who are married whose reproductive period is still running and those aged 45-49 years who are married who have entered the end of their reproductive period. This research was conducted using a cross-sectional study design using data from the Indonesian Demographic Health Survey (IDHS) in 2017. This study found that in both age groups it was known that there was a significant relationship between economic status and the number of children ever born. It was also found that greater odds were found for very poor, poor, middle, and rich economic status compared to women whose economic status was very rich. Furthermore, it was found that in women aged less than 45 years, it was found that the variables of education, employment status, age at first marriage, contraceptive use, and preference for number of children were confounders between economic status and the number of children ever born. Meanwhile, for women aged 45-49 years, the variables of area of residence, employment status at the age of first marriage, contraceptive use, and preference for number of children become confounders between economic status and number of children ever born.

Abstrak:
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran postur yang berisiko penggunaan mobile phone pada lansia di PSTW Ria Pembangunan Tahun 2019 dengan melihat gambaran faktor individu dan faktor pemakaian terhadap keluhan subjektif gejala gangguan otot rangka dan mata pada lansia pengguna mobile phone. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Penilaian postur berisiko dilakukan melalui observasi dan pengukuran pada lansia pengguna mobile phone (n = 20) yang diukur dengan metode REBA. Gambaran faktor individu, faktor pemakaian, keluhan subjektif gejala gangguan otot rangka, dan gejala gangguan mata didapatkan dari pengisian kuesioner dengan responden lansia pengguna mobile phone (n = 20). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan postur paling berisiko saat menggunakan mobile phone adalah duduk dengan penopang (skor REBA 9) dan berbaring (skor REBA 9). Sebesar 55% responden menghabiskan waktu < 30 menit/hari untuk menggunakan mobile phone, 75% menggunakan mobile phone < 5 kali/hari, dan 60% responden telah menggunakan mobile phone > 6 tahun. Keluhan subjektif gangguan otot rangka dialami 80% lansia pada pinggang (30%), jari tangan kanan dan kiri (20%), dan pergelangan tangan kanan dan kiri, serta bahu kanan (15%).
