Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas analisis faktor risiko ergonomi dan keluhan musculoskeletal disorder di PT X tahun 2016. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan disain cross sectional. Dari penilaian risiko ergonomi dengan mengunakan metode Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) didapatkan pekerjaan menggunakan komputer di office termasuk ke dalam level 3 atau risiko tinggi dan pekerjaan manual di workshop dan di warehouse termasuk ke dalam level 4 atau risiko sangat tinggi. Postur janggal yang terbentuk saat melakukan pekerjaan dipengaruhi oleh disain workstation dimana dari hasil pengukuran diketahui beberapa workstation pada masing-masing area kerja belum sesuai. Hasil survey Nordic Body Map (NBM) menunjukan sebanyak 88,4% responden memiliki keluhan MSDs dengan persentase area kerja yang mengalami keluhan tertinggi pada area warehouse 100%, area workshop 94,4%, dan area office 83,7%. Bagian tubuh yang paling banyak mengalami keluhan MSDs pada area office adalah pada bagian pinggang 48,8%, leher bagian atas 46,5%, bahu kanan 30,2%, dan bahu kiri 27,9%, pada area workshop adalah pada bagian pinggang 50%, leher atas 50%, punggung 38,8% dan pinggul 38,8%, dan pada area warehouse adalah pada bagian pinggang 50%, leher atas 50%, punggung 38,8% dan pinggul 38,8%. Disarankan adanya perbaikan disain workstation dan program edukasi kesehatan kerja terkait ergonomi.

Pekerja forklift merupakan salah satu jenis pekerjaan yang memiliki risiko terkenamusculoskeletal disorders karena faktor individu, lingkungan, dan pekerjaan.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran pekerjaan forklift, faktor individu dan lingkungan yang berhubungan dengan musculoskeletal disorderspada pekerja forklift di PT X tahun 2013 dan melihat gambaran risiko pekerjaan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain studi potonglintang dengan kuesioner dan tools REBA.

Abstrak:
Aktivitas di dalam ruang kantor seperti menggunakan komputer merupakan pekerjaan yang paling sering dilakukan. Penggunaa komputer yang terus-menerus setiap harinya akan menimbulkan risiko pekerja mengalami musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko ergonomi dan keluhan subjektif MSDs pada pekerja pengguna komputer di kantor PT XYZ. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat risiko ergonomi, usia, jenis kelamin, masa kerja, durasi kerja, indeks massa tubuh, kebiasaan merokok, kebiasaan olahraga, dan keluhan subjektif MSDs. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 26 pekerja dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada kecenderungan antara indeks massa tubuh, kebiasaan merokok, serta kebiasaan olahraga terhadap keluhan subjektif MSDs.

Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui risiko ergonomi pekerjaancleaning service yang dilakukan dan keluhan MSDs pada pekerjaan cleaning service diFakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas IndonesiaPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatancross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 38 orang petugas cleaning service. Tingkatrisiko ergonomi per bagian tubuh terkait postur, beban, durasi dan frekuensi dinilaimenggunakan REBA serta tingkat keluhan MSDs per bagian tubuh yang dirasakan olehpekerja menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map.Hasil analisis risiko ergonomi dengan metode REBA terhadap tahapan pekerjaancleaning service memiliki tingkat risiko ergonomi paling tinggi pada tahapanmenyiapkan peralatan kebersihan, membersihkan kloset, menyikat lantai, memotongrumput dan menanam tanaman. Hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map, paling banyakmerasakan bahu kanan (39%), betis kanan (39%), bahu kiri (34%), betis kiri (32%) danpinggang bagian bawah (24%). Distribusi keluhan MSDs berdasarkan umur palingbanyak pada pekerja umur >25 tahun, berdasarkan jenis kelamin paling banyak pada laki-laki, berdasarkan masa kerja paling banyak pada pekerja dengan masa kerja >1 tahun,berdasarkan perilaku merokok paling banyak yang merokok, berdasarkan IMT palingbanyak IMT Normal, dan pekerja yang terpapar getaran 67% mengalami keluhan MSDs.

Abstrak:
Pekerja di pabrik pembuatan tempe di Desa Citeureup beresiko mengalamikeluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders yang berasal dari proses kerja. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran keluhan MusculoskeletalDisorders. Penelitian dilakukan pada 15 pekerja di 3 tempat dengan desain studideskripstif observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan proses kerja pembuatan tempe di Desa Citereup mempunyai tingkatrisiko ergonomi yang cukup tinggi. Dari 10 (sepuluh) Terdapat 4 (empat) aktivitasyang mempunyai tingkat risiko tinggi. Keluhan paling dominan yang dirasakanpekerja yaitu pegal-pegal. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan perbaikan postur tubuhkerja untuk meminimalisasi keluhan Musculoskletal Disorders dan faktor risikoergonomi.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian postur kerja, peralatan kerja, danworkstation yang menyebabkan pada keluhan gejala MSDs pada pekerja pengguna komputerhead office PT X. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Data yang dikumpulkan daripenelitian ini berasal dari data primer hasil observasi berupa postur kerja, peralatan kerja,keluhan yang dirasakan pekerja, dan workstation. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapatketidaksesuaian pada beberapa postur kerja dari pekerja saat bekerja, peralatan kerja yangdigunakan, serta workstation. Hasil penilaian keluhan gejala MSDs menggunakan metode ROSAmenunjukan hasil yang bervariasi, yaitu skor akhir ROSA 1-4 (tindakan perbaikan tidakdiperlukan sesegera mungkin) bdan 5-10 (tindakan perbaiakn diperlukan sesegera mungkin).Hasil obseravasi keluhan gejala MSDs menunjukan 92 (87%) responden merasakan keluhanpada minimal satu area tubuhnya. Area tubuh yang paling banyak dikeluhkan adalah leher bagianatas (67%), pinggang (62%), dan leher bagian bawah (53%). Disarankan untuk melakukanpenyesuaian peralatan kerja dengan pekerja, melakukan peregangan di sela-sela pekerjaan, dansosialisasi pentingnya ergonomi pada pekerja.

Proses kerja di bagian Bagging Off memiliki risiko MSDs untuk pekerja.Penelitian ini menggambarkan tingkat risiko ergonomi yang berpotensimenyebabkan gangguan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja dan gambaran dari keluhansubjektif gangguan muskuloskeletal dari pekerja di PT. JAPFA ComfeedIndonesia Unit Tangerang. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional denganmenggunakan REBA dan RULA untuk menilai tingkat risiko ergonomi padasetiap tahap proses kerja dan Nordic Body Map (NBM) untuk mengetahui dimana keluhan pada pekerja. Berdasarkan penilaian REBA pada proses palletingbekerja menunjukkan tingkat risiko sangat tinggi, penilaian RULA pada prosespenjahitan menunjukkan tingkat risiko yang sangat tinggi dan penilaian REBApada proses pengantongan menunjukkan tingkat risiko tinggi dan tingkat risikosedang. Penilaian NBM menunjukkan ada 20 pekerja memiliki keluhan dipinggang, 8 pekerja mengeluh di bawah pinggang dan 7 pekerja memiliki keluhandi leher bagian atas dan bahu kanan. Tingkat risiko dapat dikurangi denganmenyediakan Pallet Adjustable Berdiri untuk proses kerja palleting, mendesainulang tempat kerja pada proses penjahitan dan memberikan kursi yang cocokuntuk pekerja pada proses pengantongan. Selain itu, pekerja harus meregangkanotot sebelum bekerja, di tengah-tengah bekerja dan setelah bekerja, dan kemudianbekerja dengan postur tubuh yang benar.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang gambaran tingkat risiko ergonomi dankeluhan subjektif muskuloskeletal disorders pada pekerjaan pengantongan PupukUrea PT. Pupuk Sriwidaja Palembang Tahun 2016. Faktor risiko yang dikaji dalampenelitian ini adalah faktor risiko ergonomi (postur kerja, durasi, frekuensi danbeban) dengan metode RULA dan REBA serta faktor individu (umur, masa kerja, dankebiasaan merokok). Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftif dengan desain studi crosssectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 72 pekerja pengantongan pupuk urea. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan risiko tinggi terdapat pada proses kerja penyusunan karungdi atas pallet. Risiko sedang terdapat pada proses kerja mengisi urea dan penjahitan.Sedangkan risiko rendah terdapat pada proses kerja melipat inner bag danmenggunting benang. Keluhan subjektif Muskuloskeletal Disorders terbanyak adalahpinggang (87,5%), bahu kanan (86,1%) dan bahu kiri (86,1%). Untuk itu perlu upayapengendalian secara teknik dan administratif untuk menurunkan tingkat risiko dankeluhan Muskuloskeletal Disorders.

This study about description of ergonomics risk level and musculoskeletaldisorders complaints from the job fertilizer packing at PT. Pupuk SriwidjajaPalembang 2016. The risk factors studied in this study is ergonomics risk factors(work posture, duration, frequency and load) with RULA and REBA methods andalso individual risk factors (age, working time, and smoking). This study isdescriptive with cross sectional study design. The sample study are 72 workerspacking fertilizers. Result of this study is high risk level is found in working processarranging of sack in pallet. Medium risk level are found in working process fillingurea and sewing sacks. While, low risk level are found working process folding innerbag and cutting the yarn. Musculoskeletal Disorders complaints is the most at waist(87,5%), right shoulder (86,1%), and left shoulder (86,1%). It is important to controlthe risk with engineering control and administrative control.

This study about description of ergonomics risk level and musculoskeletaldisorders complaints from the job fertilizer packing at PT. Pupuk SriwidjajaPalembang 2016. The risk factors studied in this study is ergonomics risk factors(work posture, duration, frequency and load) with RULA and REBA methods andalso individual risk factors (age, working time, and smoking). This study isdescriptive with cross sectional study design. The sample study are 72 workerspacking fertilizers. Result of this study is high risk level is found in working processarranging of sack in pallet. Medium risk level are found in working process fillingurea and sewing sacks. While, low risk level are found working process folding innerbag and cutting the yarn. Musculoskeletal Disorders complaints is the most at waist(87,5%), right shoulder (86,1%), and left shoulder (86,1%). It is important to controlthe risk with engineering control and administrative control.
