Abstrak: PENELITIAN INI BERTUJUAN UNTUK MENGANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEPATUHAN PEMBAYARAN IURAN JKN PADA PESERTA MANDIRI BPJS KESEHATAN JAKARTA PUSAT TAHUN 2017. RUANG LINGKUP PENELITIAN YAITU PESERTA MANDIRI YANG SEDANG BERADA DI BPJS KESEHATAN JAKARTA PUSAT UNTUK MELAKUKAN PERUBAHAN DATA. JENIS PENELITIAN INI ADALAH PENELITIAN KUANTITATIF DENGAN PENDEKATAN STUDI CROSS-SECTIONAL. BERDASARKAN HASIL PENELITIAN, FAKTOR PENGETAHUAN, UMUR, DAN STATUS KESEHATAN MEMILIKI HUBUNGAN YANG SIGNIFIKAN TERHADAP KEPATUHAN. DARI HASIL PENELITIAN INI, BPJS KESEHATAN DAPAT MELIHAT GAMBARAN PESERTA BERDASARKAN KEPATUHAN PEMBAYARAN IURAN JKN SERTA DAPAT MENGETAHUI HUBUNGAN ANTARA VARIABEL YANG DITELITI DENGAN PERILAKU KEPATUHAN PEMBAYARAN IURAN. DIHARAPKAN HASIL TERSEBUT DAPAT MENJADI PEDOMAN STRATEGI UNTUK PEMASARAN CALON PESERTA BARU DAN JUGA MENAMBAHKAN PERSENTASE KOLEKTABILITAS IURAN KATA KUNCI :BPJS KESEHATAN, PESERTA MANDIRI, KEPATUHAN PEMBAYARAN IURAN JKN THIS STUDY ATTEMPTS TO ANALYZE THE FACTORS THAT RELATED WITH COMPLIANCE JKN PAYMENT AMONG INDEPENDENT PARTICIPANT BPJS KESEHATAN IN CENTRAL JAKARTA BRANCH OFFICE. RESPONDENTS IN THIS STUDY IS INDEPENDENT PARTICIPANT WHO ARE IN CENTRAL JAKARTA BRANCH OFFICE TO CHANGING PERSONAL DATA. THIS STUDY IS QUANTITATIVE STUDY WITH CROSS- SECTIONAL APPROACH. BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THIS STUDY, RESEARCHERS FOUND THAT KNOWLEDGE, AGE, AND HEALTH STATUS WERE RELATED TO COMPLIANCE WITH JKN'S CONTRIBUTION PAYMENTS FROM THE RESULT OF THIS STUDY, BPJS KESEHATAN CAN SEE THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PARTICIPANTS BASED ON THE COMPLIANCE OF JKN DUES PAYMENT ALSO THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE VARIABLES STUDIED WITH THE BEHAVIOR OF COMPLIANCE PAYMENT DUES. Abstrak: Skripsi ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat pengetahuan calon peserta JKN mandiri tentang sistem pendaftaran peserta di BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Depok. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan, paparan media massa dan pengalaman mengikuti asuransi komersial calon peserta JKN mandiri serta hubungannya dengan tingkat pengetahuan calon peserta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, responden yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kurang yaitu sebesar 54,2%. The focus of this study is the factors associated with knowledge level of prospective participants JKN independent about the participant registration system in Depok Branch Office of BPJS Kesehatan. The purpose of this study is to describe the age, sex, education, occupation, income, exposure to mass media, experience following commercial insurance conducted prospective participants JKN independent by and determine its relationship with the knowledge level. This is a quantitative research with cross-sectional study design. The result showed that 54,2% of respondents have less knowledge level. There were significant differences between education, income, experience following commercial insurance, exposure to mass media with the knowledge level. Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisiskasus rujukan peserta jaminan kesehatan nasional di klinik pratama wilayah kerjaBPJS Kesehatan KCU Jakarta Pusat tahun 2017 yang memiliki angka rujukan diatas 15% dan di bawah 15%. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melihat penyebabkasus rujukan yang dilihat dari sisi dokter, pasien JKN, dan karakteristik klinik.Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kasus rujukan disebabkan olehpengetahuan pasien tentang prosedur rujukan, diagnosis pasien yang berkunjungke klinik, pengetahuan dokter terhadap peran gatekeeper, pengalaman dokterterhadap kasus rujukan, ketersediaan dokter, serta ketersediaan fasilitas, sarana,dan prasarana klinik.Kata Kunci: Kasus rujukan, Klinik Pratama, Dokter, Pasien JKN.

Abstrak: Penyakit Ginjal Kronik (PGK) menimbulkan beban pembiayaan yang tinggi, sehingga pemanfaatan layanan Rawat Jalan Tingkat Lanjut (RJTL) menjadi krusial, terutama bagi peserta JKN. Penelitian ini  menggunakan desain cross-sectional pada 498 pasien PGK pengguna RJTL tahun 2023. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor usia, jenis kelamin, status perkawinan, segmentasi kepesertaan, hak kelas rawat, dan kepemilikan fasilitas berhubungan signifikan dengan utilisasi RJTL (p<0,05). Usia ≥65 tahun menjadi faktor paling dominan (AOR: 1,48; 95% CI: 1,29–1,69). Seluruh variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pemanfaatan layanan RJTL pada pasien PGK.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) poses a significant financial burden, making the utilization of Advanced  Outpatient Services (AOS) crucial, especially for National Health Insurance (JKN) participants. This cross sectional study involved 498 CKD patients who used AOS in 2023. The results showed that age, sex, marital  status, membership segmentation, class of care entitlement, and facility ownership were significantly  associated with AOS utilization (p<0.05). Age ≥65 years was the most dominant factor (AOR: 1.48; 95%  CI: 1.29–1.69). All variables had a significant influence on the utilization of AOS among CKD patients. 

Abstrak: ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran JKN badan usaha di BPJS Kesehatan KCU Jakarta Pusat Tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional melalui pendekatan kuantitatif serta didukung informasi kualitatif dari narasumber pada pembahasan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa badan usaha yang tidak patuh membayar iuran ada sebesar 44,9%. Sementara itu, didapatkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara riwayat kesehatan dalam jaminan kesehatan dengan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran JKN badan usaha.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to discover the factors associated with firm compliance of Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Contribution Payment in Central Jakarta Main Branch Office of BPJS Kesehatan in 2014. This study uses cross-sectional study design with quantitative study and supported by qualitative information from informants. Based on the result of the study, it is known that there are 44,9% firms that do not comply contribution payment. Beside that, there is significant difference between membership history in health insurance with the firm compliance of Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) contribution payment.

Abstrak: Saat ini ada 3 metode pendaftaran BPJS Kesehatan yang dapat digunakan olehcalon peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Perorangan menurut PeraturanDireksi BPJS Kesehatan No. 32 Tahun 2015 yaitu melalui kantor cabang, website danbank. Data terkini menyebutkan 96,03% melakukan pendaftaran melalui kantorcabang BPJS Kesehatan.Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuancalon peserta JKN perorangan tentang metode pendaftaran di BPJS Kesehatan.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi crosssectional. Jumlah responden penelitian ini sebanyak 96 calon peserta JaminanKesehatan Nasional Perorangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respondenmemiliki pengetahuan tinggi (56,25%) tentang metode pendaftaran calon peserta JKNperorangan. Terdapat 7 variabel yang mempunyai hubungan signifikan yaitu umur,pendidikan, pekerjaan, penghasilan, pengalaman rawat inap, dukungan sosial danfrekuensi terpapar informasi terhadap pengetahuan tentang metode pendaftaran calonpeserta JKN perorangan yang memeiliki p value ≤ 0,05. Sedangkan variabel yangtidak mempunyai hubungan signifikan ada 3 variabel yaitu jenis kelamin,pengalaman dengan asuransi dan sumber informasi yang memiliki p value > 0,05.

Based on Regulation of Directors BPJS Kesehatan No. 32 2015, there arethree methods of registration to BPJS Kesehatan which can be done by people whowant to become the members of national health insurance (Jaminan KesehatanNasional/JKN) those are registration through branch office, websites and banks.Curent data said 96.03% people register through the branch office of BPJSKesehatan.This research discusses the factor affecting knowledge of individual nationalhealth insurance candidates on registration methods in the bpjs kesehatan. The studytakes on a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The respondents of thisstudy consist of 96 individual national health insurance candidates. The result showedthat respondents have a high level of knowledge (56,25%) about the registrationmethods for individual national health insurance candidates. There are 7 variables hassignificant relationship that is age, education, occupation, income, inpatientexperience, social support and frequency of information exposure to the knowledgeof individual national health insurance candidates on registration methods which hasa p-value ≤0,005. While the variables that do not significantly related there are 3variables that is sex, experience with insurance and information sources which has pvalue > 0,05.

Abstrak: Keberlangsungan program BPJS Kesehatan didukung oleh iuran yang diperoleh dari peserta yang terdaftar dalam BPJS Kesehatan. Peserta mandiri atau PBPU merupakan salah satu jenis peserta dalam JKN. Namun, jumlah persentase kolektabilitas iuran pada peserta mandiri di BPJS Kesehatan Kota Bekasi belum mencapai target ideal 100%, sampai dengan bulan April 2020 hanya sebesar 86,88%. Adapun tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku kepatuhan peserta mandiri dalam melakukan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan di BPJS Kesehatan KC Kota Bekasi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan peserta mandiri yang terdaftar di BPJS Kesehatan Kota Bekasi dengan sampel 124 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara accidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jumlah peserta mandiri yang patuh membayar iuran (76,6%) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan peserta yang tidak patuh membayar iuran (23,4%). Selain itu, faktor predisposisi pada variabel pengetahuan (p-value = 0,032) memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan perilaku kepatuhan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan. Sedangkan faktor pemungkin dan faktor pendorong tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan. Kata kunci: BPJS Kesehatan, Peserta Mandiri, Kepatuhan Pembayaran Iuran BPJS Kesehatan The progression of the BPJS Health program is supported by payment premiums that obtained from participants who registered with BPJS Kesehatan. Independent participants or PBPU are one of the type participants in JKN. But, the percentage of contribution collectibility for independent participants in BPJS Kesehatan Bekasi City has not reached the ideal target of 100%, until April 2020 only amounted to 86.88%. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors related to the compliance behavior of independent participants in making BPJS Health payment premium at branch office BPJS Kesehatan in Bekasi City. The methodology of this research is quantitative research by using cross sectional study design. Population in this research is independent participants who registered in BPJS Kesehatan Bekasi city with 124 respondents as sample. Data retrieval from the participants by using accidental sampling. The data collection has been collected through online questionnaire. The results indicated that the number of independent compliance participants in payment premium is 76.6%, which is higher than noncompliance participants, only get 23,4%. In addition, predisposing factors of variable (pvalue = 0.032) has a significant relationship with the compliance behavior in payment premium of BPJS Kesehatan. While as, the enabling factors and reinforcing factors do not have relationship with compliance behavior in payment premium of BPJS Kesehatan.
