Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan aspek-aspek psikososial yang mempengaruhi karyawan perkantoran saat bekerja dari rumah di masa pandemi COVID-19 dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis. Faktor yang diteliti yaitu faktor konten pekerjaan, faktor konteks pekerjaan, faktor karakteristik individu, dan faktor lingkungan rumah. Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tinjauan literatur sistematis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tahapan identifikasi, ekstraksi, sintesis, dan interpretasi data yang diperoleh dari 10 literatur terpilih.

Bahaya psikososial di tempat kerja adalah interaksi antara lingkungan kerja, job content, kondisi organisasi dengan kapasitas, kebutuhan, budaya, pertimbangan personal pekerja yang berpotensi mempengaruhi kesehatan, performa kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Risiko psikososial di tempat kerja berdampak pada kesehatan fisik, mental dan sosial para pekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis faktor psikososial yang berhubungan terhadap tingkat risiko psikososial. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas X pada karyawan pada bulan Januari-Mei 2022. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan sampel 188 responden. Data risiko psikososial diambil menggunakan instrumen Pandemic-Related Perceived Stress Scale of COVID- 19 (PSS-10-C), data factor psikososial diambil menggunakan kuesioner yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan instrumen COPSOQ III dan NIOSH Generic Job Questionnaire. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pada arena rumah dan sosial tidak terdapat variabel yang signifikan dengan tingkat risiko psikososial. Pada arena individu terdapat usia yang berhubungan signifikan terhadap tingkat risiko psikososial. Pada arena kerja variabel yang berhubungan signifikan dengan tingkat risiko psikososial adalah masa kerja, pola WFH, beban kerja, konflik peran, ketidakjelasan peran, job insecurity, work life balance. Variabel yang paling berhubungan adalah pola WFH, konflik peran, dan work life balance.
Psychosocial hazards in the workplace are interactions between the work environment, job content, organizational conditions with capacities, needs, culture, and personal considerations of workers that have the potential to affect health, work performance and job satisfaction. Psychosocial risks in the workplace have an impact on the physical, mental and social health of workers. The purpose of this study is to analyze psychosocial factors related to the level of psychosocial risk. This research was conducted at University X on employees in January-May 2022. This research is quantitative using a cross sectional study design with a sample of 188 respondents. Psychosocial risk data was taken using the Pandemic-Related Perceived Stress Scale of COVID-19 (PSS-10-C) instrument, psychosocial factor data was taken using a questionnaire that had passed the validity and reliability test using the COPSOQ III instrument and the NIOSH Generic Job Questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that in the home and social arenas there are no significant variables with the level of psychosocial risk. In the individual arena, age is significantly associated with the level of psychosocial risk. In the work arena, the variables that are significantly related to the level of psychosocial risk are years of service, WFH pattern, workload, role conflict, role ambiguity, job insecurity, work life balance. The most related variables are WFH pattern, role conflict, and work life balance.

Abstrak:
Covid-19 merupakan penyakit infeksius dengan tingkat penularan yang tinggi dan sebagian besarnya menyerang sistem organ pernapasan. Pemerintah Indonesia menghimbau pekerja untuk bekerja dari rumah dan pembatasan ketat aktivitas perkantoran sebagai salah satu upaya dalam rangka pengendalian Covid-19. Sebelumnya, sistem kerja work from home atau telework belum diadopsi secara luas di Indonesia. Perubahan sistem kerja ini berdampak pada perubahan konteks pekerjaan yang menyebabkan bahaya psikososial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor psikososial (karakteristik individu, content of work, dan context to work) dan stres kerja di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada pekerja perkantoran di Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi potong lintang. Penelitian dilakukan pada pekerja perkantoran yang bekerja dengan sistem telework di Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada bulan Desember 2020 sampai Februari 2021. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 110 responden yang diambil dengan teknik pengambilan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring. Kuesioner yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire versi III. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi square .Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor psikososial context to work konflik peran (nilai p 0,014; OR 2,095), job insecurity (nilai p 0,023; OR 2,714), dan work life balance (nilai p 0,003; OR 3,715). Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara karakteristik individu (umur dan jenis kelamin), content of work (beban kerja, durasi kerja WFH, Pola WFH), dan context to work (ketidakjelasan peran) dengan stres kerja

Stres kerja adalah kondisi yang menyebabkan karyawan merasa tertekan, bosan, dan tidak nyaman dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Sekitar 50-60% dari hari kerja yang hilang disebabkan oleh stres kerja dan jumlah ini cenderung meningkat di Eropa. Semenjak merebaknya COVID-19, seluruh negara di dunia mulai memberlakukan Work from Home (WFH) atau bekerja dari rumah. Oleh karena situasi yang mendesak, WFH dapat berpotensi menjadi stressor bagi pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat stres kerja dan hubungan antara karakteristik pekerja serta penerapan WFH pada pekerja PT LTI yang bekerja dari rumah selama masa pandemic COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan menggunakan kuesioner stres kerja NIOSH Generic Job Stres Questionnaire dan kuesioner pelaksanaan WFH dari ILO yang didistribusikan secara daring kepada 62 responden. Sebanyak 66,1% responden mengalami stres kerja ringan. Variabel karakteristik pekerja yang terbukti signifikan memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja pada penelitian ini adalah jumlah anak, usia anak dan lokasi kerja. Pada variabel penerapan WFH variabel yang terbukti signifikan memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja adalah kesejahteraan dan produktivitas pekerja yaitu pada elemen pertanyaan: digitalisasi dan implikasi hukum serta kontrak kerja. Hambatan dalam bekerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan sedangkan variabel kepercayaan dan budaya organisasi tidak memilki hubungan yang signifikan dengan stres kerja. Job stress is a condition that causes employees to feel pressured, bored, and uncomfortable when doing work. About 50-60% of all lost workdays are caused by work stress and this number is increased in Europe. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, all countries in the world have started implementing WFH (work from home). Due to the urgency of the situation, WFH can potentially be a stressor for workers. This study aims to analyze the level of work stress and the relationship between worker characteristics and the application of WFH to PT LTI Work From Home Worker’s during pandemic COVID-19. This study used a cross sectional approach using the NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire and the ILO's WFH implementation questionnaire distributed using G-form to 62 respondents. As many as 66,1% of respondents experienced mild work stress. Variables of worker characteristics that were shown to have a significant relationships with work stress in this study were the number of children, children's age and work location. Meanwhile, in the variable of WFH implementation that were shown to have a significant relationship with work stress are the well-being and productivity of workers, on the question elements: digitalization, legal and contractual implications. The work obstacles have a significant relationship, while trust and organizational culture don’t have a significant relationship with work stress. Keyword ; NIOSH, Work Related Stress, WFH

Gangguan fungsi paru merupakan kumpulan penyakit paru-paru yang masih menjadi permasalahan di tempat kerja. Salah satu tempat kerja dengan risiko tersebut adalah tambang batubara. Debu batubara yang merupakan objek bisnis dapat menjadi faktor risiko terjadinya gangguan fungsi paru. Tidak semua pekerja tambang batubara yang terpajan debu batubara akan mengalami penyakit gangguan fungsi paru. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah faktor risiko individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi literatur berkaitan dengan hubungan faktor risiko individu yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya penyakit gangguan fungsi paru pada pekerja tambang batubara di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi tinjauan literatur sistematis sederhana dengan menggunakan artikel jurnal yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2012 hingga tahun 2021. Didapatkan 6 literatur yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara umur, perilaku merokok, dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) terhadap kejadian gangguan fungsi paru pada pekerja tambang batubara. Status gizi tidak menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan, tetapi dapat menjadi faktor risiko kejadian penyakit
Lung function disorders are a collection of lung diseases that workplaces have to face as health problems. Coal mining is one of the workplaces where lung diseases can occur. Coal dust is a risk factor for lung function disorders due to dust exposure. Not all coal mine workers who are exposed to coal dust suffer from lung function disorders. This condition is influenced by several factors, one of which is individual risk factors. This study aims to identify literature related to the association between individual risk factors that can influence the occurrence of lung function disorders in coal mine workers in Indonesia. This research used a simple systematic literature review methodology using journal articles published between 2012 and 2021. Six articles were found to meet the research inclusion criteria. The results of this study show that there is a significant association between age, smoking behavior, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the incidence of lung function disorders in coal mine workers. Nutritional status does not have a significant association, but it can be a risk factor for disease to develop.

Abstrak:
Tesis ini menganalisis perilaku patuh pekerja operasional perusahaan transportasi publik di Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menjelaskan determinan perilaku patuh pekerja terhadap kebijakan perlindungan kesehatan selama masa pandemi COVID- 19 pada tahun 2020-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang dan dilakukan di Jakarta pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Mei 2022 dengan responden sebanyak seratus pekerja. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis Chi Square dan regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 51% pekerja memiliki perilaku patuh dan 49% pekerja tidak memiliki perilaku patuh terhadap kebijakan perlindungan kesehatan. Analisis Chi Square menemukan determinan perilaku patuh adalah jenis kelamin, umur, jenjang pendidikan terakhir, persepsi risiko, dukungan sosial, ketersediaan dan akses sarana dan prasarana, dan kebijakan perlindungan kesehatan. Analisis regresi logistik ganda menemukan ketersediaan dan akses sarana dan prasarana merupakah faktor paling dominan yang memengaruhi perilaku patuh. Pengembangan strategi komunikasi risiko, penerapan sanksi secara terukur dan nyata, komunikasi secara dua arah antara manajemen dan pekerja, dan pemberlakuan Service Level Agreement merupakan langkah-langkah yang disarankan untuk memastikan kepatuhan para pekerja terhadap kebijakan perlindungan kesehatan.

Using a cross-sectional design, this study was conducted in Jakarta from January to May 2022 with 100 respondents to participate. The collected data was analyzed by Chi Square and multiple logistic regression analysis. This study found 51% of the workers adheres and 49% of which not adheres to health protection policy at PT X. Chi Square analysis found determinants of adherence are sex, age, education background, risk perception, social support, availability and access to facilities and infrastructure and health protection viii policy. Meanwhile, multiple logistic regression found availability and access to facilities and infrastructure is the most influencing factor to adherence. Developing risk communication, imposing a measurable and evident saction, conducting two ways communications between management and workers, and creating service level agreement are some suggested measures to ensure and improve the worker’s adherence to health protection policy.

Abstrak:
Pada Desember 2019 telah menyebar virus baru yang dinamakan Virus Corona (COVID-19). Menurut WHO, pandemi adalah penyebaran penyakit baru ke seluruh dunia. Pada 11 Maret 2020, WHO menetapkan COVID-19 masuk ke dalam kategori pandemi. COVID-19 adalah jenis baru yang ditemukan pada tahun 2019 dan belum pernah diidentifikasi pada manusia. Virus ini masuk ke dalam kategori penyakit menular dan baru ditemukan pada Desember 2019. Akibat dari pandemi COVID-19, secara cepat atau lambat akan mempengaruhi proses yang berjalan di PT.X. Sehingga PT.X telah mengambil langkah kesiapsiagaan darurat agar meminamilisir dampak dari COVID-19. Adanya langkah kesiapsiagaan darurat yang dilakukan PT.X, dibuat agar perusahaan tetap terus berjalan di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Kesiapsiagaan darurat yang dilakukan sejalan dengan Teori Green, di mana perilaku terbentuk dari 3 faktor yang di antaranya: Faktor predisposisi, faktor enabling, dan faktor reinforcing. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, masih ditemukan pekerja yang belum menerapkan adaptasi kebiasaan baru (AKB) di tempat kerja khususnya terkait dengan 3 M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan, dan menjaga jarak). Dengan menggunakan Teori Green, penelitian ini ingin mengetahui keefektifan penerapan adapatasi kebiasaan baru PT. X terkait COVID-19.

There are emergency preparedness steps taken by PT. X, made so that the company continues to run amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Emergency preparedness is in line with Green Theory, in which behavior is formed from 3 factors which include: predisposing factors, enabling factors, and reinforcing factors.
