Indonesia is the country with the 2nd highest Tuberculosis case in 2020. In the last four years the case finding rate in Kab. Sidoarjo is still <75%. So this study is to analyze the achievement of pulmonary TB case finding at the Puskesmas with the highest and lowest case finding rates in the Sidoarjo Regency in 2021. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study design. Held in June-July 2021. The results of the research from the input side have sufficient health personnel, adequate infrastructure and funding and already have SOPs for each implementation, but for HR training at the puskesmas, the lowest case finding 2 PJ TB program still has not received training because they are new to the TB program. From the process side there are strategies for health promotion activities, case finding using passive and active strategies, as well as recording and reporting that have used web-based SITB supported by standard forms, but there is a weakness in the lack of socialization to TB cadres at the puskesmas with case finding rates. Lowest. The output side of the coverage of case finding in the first quarter is still far from the specified target. The results of the study suggest that there is a need for re-socialization of cadres, re-mapping for health workers who have not received training, and conducting outreach to the community without meeting in person.
The health service for people suspected of having TB is one of the minimum service standards (MSS) in the health sector that must be met by the district/city government. The Public Health Center is the leading unit in achieving the MSS performance targets in the health sector. TB MSS achievement in Depok city in 2021 only reached 36.17% and became the second lowest achievement of the 12 MSS in Depok City Health. The aim of this study was to analyze in depth aspects of the structure, aspects of the quality and performance improvement process using the PDSA (Plan-do-study-act) approach as well as outputs in an effort to increase the achievement of health services for people suspected of having TB at the Depok City Health Center in 2022. This research used a qualitative approach using a case study design through in-depth interviews with 31 informants, field observations and document searches. The results of the study, not all Public Health Centers have established TB Dots Teams, lack of trained personnel, not all facilities are up to standard, medicinal materials are not adequate, use of information technology is not optimal, leadership and staff commitment is still lacking. In terms of process factors, not all Public Health Centers have conducted monitoring and evaluation of TB MSS achievements at the study stage. On output; there has been an increase in the achievement of services for people suspected of having TB in 2022 compared to 2021, but not all Public Health Centers have reached the set TB MSS target. Conclusion: structural factors and quality and performance improvement processes carried out influence success in achieving TB MSS at the Public Health Centers
The implementation of accreditation policies in primary healthcare centres have been implemented since 2015, as a response towards the challenges in this globalization era. Recently in 2021, the Indonesian government made it mandatory for primary healthcare centres to have an accreditation certificate, as a prerequisite for them to be covered by the government health insurance (BPJS). This recent policy was met with a variety of opinions, both positive and negative. This study is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. A total of 133 samples taken in April 2021. The results showed that there was a significant difference of average employee satisfaction scores between the different primary healthcare centres (p = 0,0005).
ABSTRAK Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka kematian Bayi (AKB) di Indonesia masih masih cukup tinggi di banding dengan negara-negara di Asia Tenggara. Cakupan persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan hasil Survey Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2007, di Indonesia masih rendah yaitu 73%, cakupan pertolongan persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan di Kabupaten Sukabumi 77,9% (Profil Dinas Kesehatan Kab. Sukabumi tahun 2009) dan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kalibunder Kabupaten Sukabumi penolong persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan 77,1% (Profil Puskesmas Kalibunder tahun 2011), ini memperlihatkan bahwa pertolongan persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan masih di bawah Standar Pelayanan Minimal Bidang Kesehatan yaitu pada tahun 2015 harus mencapai 95%. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan studi cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara terhadap ibu yang melahirkan pada bulan Meret 2011 sampai dengan bulan Februari 2012. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan sikap terhadap penolong persalinan dan dukungan keluarga berhubungan dengan pemilihan penolong persalinan, sikap merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dimana ibu yang bersikap positif terhadap penolong persalinan 58,64 kali memilih tenaga kesehatan sebagai penolong persalinan dibanding yang bersikap negatif setelah dikontrol oleh dukungan keluarga, umur, paritas, dan pengetahuan ibu tentang persalinan.
ABSTRACT Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant mortality rate (IMR) in Indonesia is considered as high compared with other countries in Southeast Asia. Coverage of deliveries by skilled medical personnel based on 2007 Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) is still at 73%, the coverage of delivery assistance by health personnel in the Sukabumi District is at 77.9% (2009 Sukabumi District Health Office Profile) and in the work area of Kalibunder health center, Sukabumi district delivery helped by health personnel is at 77.1% (2011 Kalibunder Health Center Profile), This shows that the delivery assistance by medical personnel is still far below the Minimum Service Standard for the Health Sector which is around 95% by the year 2015 The study was a cross section quantitative study. The data collected are the primary data, obtained by interviewing mothers giving birth in March 2011 until February 2012.The results obtained from this study concluded that the attitude and family support factors were significantly associated with the selection of delivery helper, Attitude is the most dominant factor where 58.64% of mother with positive attitude with the delivery helper choose medical personnel as their delivery helper compared with the negative one, followed by control and support by family, age, parity, and knowledge about delivery.
Tesis ini membahas hubungan antara komponen kualitas kehidupan kerja (quality of work life) dengan kinerja bidan puskesmas di wilayah Kabupaten Bangka Tengah Tahun 2013. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena peneliti melihat adanya penurunan kinerja bidan pada tahun 2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain cross sectional.
Teori yang digunakan untuk melihat kualitas kehidupan kerja bidan adalah teori Cascio (2013) yang terdiri dari sembilan komponen yaitu keterlibatan pegawai, kompensasi yang adil atau seimbang, rasa aman terhadap pekerjaan, keselamatan lingkungan kerja, rasa bangga terhadap institusi, pengembangan karir, fasilitas yang tersedia, penyelesaian masalah dan komunikasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen QWL yang signifikan berhubungan dengan kinerja adalah keterlibatan pegawai sekaligus komponen QWL yang paling kuat hubungannya dengan kinerja bidan puskesmas.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan agar bidan sebagai tenaga kerja yang profesional harus bekerja sesuai dengan peraturan dan standar operasional yang berlaku. Puskesmas sebagai tempat kerja harus memperhatikan semua komponen QWL yang berhubungan dengan kinerja bidan dan Dinas Kesehatan sebagai pembuat kebijakan harus melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara rutin, memenuhi kebutuhan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di puskesmas serta melakukan reward and punishment terhadap kinerja pegawai.
This thesis studies the relationship between component of quality of work life to the performance of midwife clinics in Central Bangka regency in 2013. This research was conducted because researchers saw a decrease in performance midwife in 2012. This study is an observational study with cross-sectional design.
Theory is used to see the quality of work life midwife is the theory Cascio (2013) which consists of nine components: employee participation, job security, save environment, pride, career development, wellness, conflict resolution and communication.
The results showed that a significant component of QWL is related to the employee participation and become the most powerful component of QWL do with performance midwife clinic.
Based on the research results, the researchers suggested that midwives as professional workforce to work in accordance with the regulations and standards applicable operational. Health centers as workplaces should pay attention to all components of QWL related to the performance of the Department of Health as a midwife and policy makers must undertake monitoring and evaluation on a regular basis, to meet the needs of health and safety in the clinic and do reward and punishment on employee performance.
