To April 2021, COVID 19 cases in Indonesia reaches 1.668.368 with the death cases are 45.334. The increasing death cases due to COVID 19 worldwide and the presence of 14 employess exposed to COVID 19 in the project area specifically encouraged this study. This study aims to observe the relationship between individual factors and the risk perception againts COVID-19 among the employess in LRT Project PT X during April May 2021. The results revealed that based on the individual factors, the composition of the respondents are 83,3% of male, aged 20 30 years old (56,7%), hold a bachelor degree (58,3%), have not infected with COVID 19 (88,3%), and do not have a chronic disease (100%). Overall, the risk perception of the respondents is relatively high (51,7%; n=62), and as much as 48,3% (n=58) of respondents have low risk perception against COVID 19. The result of the risk perception analysis showed that the factor of age has a significant relationship with the level of risk perception, level of knowledge, potential impact, readiness and self-efficacy, fear, severity, and voluntary of risk. The factor of gender is significantly related to readiness and self-efficacy, novelty, and severity. The education level is known to have a significant relationship with the entire variabels of risk perception. However, the factor of COVID 19 infected history is significantly related to the knowledge level, control over risk, and novelty

This thesis discusses the analysis of work related dan non work related risk factorstowards fatigue of construction workers in a high-rise building project in the Jakarta. Many factors that cause accidents in the construction sector, one of them is fatigue canbe affected by work and non-job risk factors. Analysis of the relationship between riskfactors and fatigue that occurs becomes important as a baseline of data in an effort toreduce accidents in the construction sector. This research is a quantitative research withcross sectional design. The results of this study indicate that there is a significantrelationship between occupational risk factors: duration of work, psychosocial factors(effort, Reward, social support, job satisfaction, work stress) and non-work factors(quantity and quality of sleep) to the fatigue of Project X construction workers.
Key words:Fatigue, construction, work related risk factor, non work related risk factor.

Construction workers are at risk to develop musculoskeletal disorders. The purpose ofthis research is to analyze risk factors of musculoskeletal symptomps in constructionworkers. The research was conducted in March-April 2018 involving 156 workers. Thedesign of this research is cross-sectional. Data was collected with QEC, combination ofpsychosocial questionnaire, NMQ, lux meter, and WBGT. The results show that thereare significant association between the individual factors (type of work and smoking)with the musculoskeletal symptomps. The level of risk associated with muskeletalsymptoms are high and very high risk level. While the the psychosocial factorsassociated with musculoskeletal symptoms are high job demands and low co-workerssupport. Therefore it is necessary to make changes and interventions to reduce the riskmusculoskeletal disorder through some control, especially physical and psychosocialfactors.

Metabolic syndrome has a large impact on the health condition of workers, this can increase costs incurred by the company and lead to loss of productivity it is necessary to research the risk factors for metabolic syndrome in office workers at PT X which is expected to prevent and control the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in order to reduce risk factor of metabolic syndrome in future. This research was conducted on office workers at PT X with 106 research respondents during February - August 2020 in Jakarta. PT X is an engineering service provider of the Indusrial Automation that has clients in several process industries whose daily activities are sedentary. The design of this research study uses cross sectional method. The aim is to determine the relationship between the dependent variable (individual risk factors and occupational risk factors) with the independent variable Metabolic Syndrome. The results showed that the proportion of metabolic syndrome is 4,97% which the highest metabolic syndrome component was found in high triglycerides 20,4%, low HDL levels is 14,9% and had abdominal obesity is 14,4%. Which had 1 symptom of metabolic syndrome criteria is 25,4% and which had 2 symptoms of metabolic syndrome criteria are 8,3%. Although the analysis found no significant results on the relationship of individual factors and occupation of the metabolic syndrome, but on some individual risk factors such as smoking have a risk of 3,35 times greater than not smoking, and higher education levels 2,44 times higher risk compared to lower education levels.
The death rate due to elevators in the world at 1999-2009 was 263 people, caused by 57% falling, 18% being pinched, 17% falling by objects, and 9% other causes. One of the efforts to prevent accidents was to analyze psychosocial factors that caused work stress and at-risk behavior that can lead to work accidents. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of psychosocial factors to work stress and at-risk behavior of employees at PT. X which is engaged in the elevator and escalator sector. This research method was descriptive quantitative, cross-sectional study, with a sample of 200 people. Psychosocial factors related to workload and work speed, job control, organizational function, interpersonal relationships, organizational roles, career development, home-work interface, psychological demands, participation or supervision, bullying and violence. There is a relationship between work stress and at-risk behavior. Behaviors that often arise when employees experience work stress are rushing at work decisions. The highest work stress complaints were related to physiological complaints, namely the consumption of headache relievers; behavioral complaints, namely interrupting and cutting other people's sentences; emotional complaints, namely refusal to go to work; Cognitive complaints are difficulty thinking clearly and concentrating. PT X should conduct a more comprehensive risk assessment, clarify career development, and recalculate the workload, effectiveness and efficiency to prevent negative impact on employees' work-life balance.
Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) have the highest proportion of 45% - 91 % in most countries (Eurostat,2004; Aweto 2015). Awkward posture is the main cause of this MSDs. Chemical Process Industry is one work station in which awkward work posture is often found. The present study discusses more thoroughly on risk factor on awkward posture as information and basic model for ergonomic improvement at PT X. The risk factors studied included risk factor of individual, work and workplace design. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis using oberservational approach. Instrument used was Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) with interview, observation and measurement. The study was conducted at 2 (two) work stations namely Toluenesulfonyl Hydrazide (TSH) and Azodicarbonamide (ADCA) reaction. Research result revealed that the most risky work posture was in weighing and packaging activity of Azodicarbonamide in the ADCA work station with score of 15. Improvement using work rotation, work variation, ergonomic training and provision of tools is highly recommended to overcome awkward posture.
