Situasi pandemi COVID-19 membuka mata masyarakat akan pentingnya kesehatan, peningkatan demand akan produk-produk kesehatan mendorong industri logistik PT X yang berperan dalam distribusi barang untuk melakukan lembur kerja atas intensitas kerja yang tinggi, hal ini meningkatkan risiko terjadinya fatigue di tempat kerja yang dapat menurunkan fungsional tubuh dan berdampak baik pada kesehatan pekerja maupun risiko terjadinya error di tempat kerja, PT X juga belum memiliki sistem manajemen risiko fatigue khusus sehingga deteksi fatigue tidak dapat dilakukan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran keluhan dan faktor risiko fatigue pada pekerja logistik gudang PT X tahun 2022 yang bertempat di salah satu kawasan DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini berdesain deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode studi cross-sectional menggunakan instrumen kuesioner termasuk Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS), NASA Task Load Index (TLX), dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara univariat dan triangulasi data dengan hasil wawancara di lapangan terhadap beberapa pekerja dan koordinator tiap tim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 20 pekerja (37,04%) mengalami keluhan fatigue ringan, mayoritas sebagian lainnya (62,96%) tidak mengalami keluhan fatigue dan tidak ditemukan pekerja dengan keluhan fatigue berat, serta untuk faktor risiko fatigue paling dominan yang ditemukan adalah pada faktor kuantitas tidur pekerja dengan mayoritas pekerja (83,33%) memiliki durasi tidur dibawah standar 7 jam

Kelelahan kerja merupakan perasaan lelah yang menyebabkan penurunan kemampuan kerja. Meski dapat ditemukan di setiap sektor industri, beberapa sektor lebih rentan terhadap kondisi ini karena kombinasi dari berbagai faktor risiko. Salah satunya adalah sektor tambang. Hingga saat ini, penelitian terkait kelelahan kerja di pertambangan belum banyak dilakukan pada pekerja mine support. Divisi X sebagai salah satu divisi mine support PT X telah mengalami insiden boat di mana kelelahan kerja terindikasi sebagai salah satu faktor laten. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai kejadian kelelahan kerja serta faktor risikonya, baik terkait kerja maupun tidak terkait kerja, yang dialami oleh operator boat di Divisi X PT X tahun 2023. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner Subjective Self Test oleh Industrial Fatigue Research Committee, wawancara mendalam, pengisian formulir, dan dokumentasi. Informan terdiri atas informan utama, yaitu operator boat, sejumlah lima orang dan informan kunci, yaitu supervisor operator boat, sejumlah satu orang. Variabel yang diteliti terdiri dari kelelahan kerja, faktor risiko terkait kerja (pengalaman kerja, desain kerja, durasi kerja, waktu istirahat, shift kerja, dan lingkungan kerja), serta faktor risiko tidak terkait kerja (durasi tidur, kualitas tidur, dan waktu perjalanan). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa semua operator boat Divisi X PT X mengalami kelelahan kerja tingkat ringan atau sedang, dengan faktor risiko terkait kerja yang dialami adalah desain kerja, durasi kerja, waktu istirahat, shift kerja, dan lingkungan kerja. Sementara faktor risiko tidak terkait kerja adalah durasi tidur, kualitas tidur, dan waktu perjalanan.
Work fatigue refers to the feeling of tiredness that resulted in reduced work performance. While this condition can be found in every industrial sector, some are more susceptible than others due to the combination of risk factors. Such example is the mining industry. Research on work fatigue in mine support workers is currently limited. Division X, one of the mine support division in PT X, has recently experienced a boat incident in which work fatigue was indicated as a latent factor. This research aims to provide a comprehensive overview of work fatigue experienced by boat operators in Division X of PT X in 2023, along with its related risk factors, both work- and non-work-related. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive design. Data is collected through Subjective Self Test questionnaire by Industrial Fatigue Research Committee, in-depth interviews, data form, and documentation. Informants consist of five boat operators as main informants and one direct supervisor as key informant. Variables studied consist of work fatigue, its work-related risk factors (work experience, work design, work duration, rest time, shift work, and work environment), and non-work-related risk factors (sleep duration, sleep quality, and commuting time). Result shows that all boat operators in Division X of PT X experience mild to moderate occupational fatigue, with work-related risk factors found being work duration, rest time, shift work, and work environment. Meanwhile, non-work-related factors include sleep duration, sleep quality, and commuting time.

Seiring peranan penting konstruksi dalam perekonomian dan berkembangnya sektor Jasa Konstruksi yang semakin kompleks dan tingginya tingkat persaingan layanan Jasa Konstruksi baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional, seringkali perusahaan konstruksi menuntut pekerja bekerja secara maksimal sehingga seringkali kesehatannya terabaikan. Hal ini dapat berdampak pada kesehatan pekerja, seperti kelelahan kerja, yang dapat mengakibatkan kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini ingin mengkaji hubungan antara kelelahan kerja dengan faktor diluar pekerjaan dan faktor pekerjaan tepada pekerja konstruksi di PT. X tahun 2022. Data mengenai faktor-faktor diluar pekerjaan (usia, status gizi/IMT, dan masa kerja), dan faktor-faktor pekerjaan (durasi kerja, beban kerja, dan suhu lingkungan kerja) terhadap terjadinya kelelahan pada pekerja proyek PT. X diteliti menggunakan kuesioner kepada 103 responden. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian analitik semi-kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Pengumpulan data hasil kuesioner dianalisis untuk melihat gambaran kelelahan kerja dan menguji hubungan pada dua variabel menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Dari hasil penelitian, 33% mengalami kelelahan kerja sedang dan 67% responden mengalami kelelahan kerja rendah. Dari analisis uji diferensial, terdapat hubungan antara status gizi (IMT) pekerja, durasi kerja dan beban kerja (p 0,000) terhadap kejadian kelelahan kerja pada pekerja di proyek PT. X tahun 2022. Sedangkan faktor usia (p 0.426), masa kerja (p 0.412) dan suhu lingkungan kerja (p 1,000) tidak berhubungan dengan kejadian kelelahan kerja pada pekerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa beberapa variabel tersebut berhubungan dengan kejadian kelelahan kerja yang dialami pekerja konstruksi di PT. X. Rekomendasi terkait fatigue management perlu dilakukan baik dari PT. X maupun pekerja guna meminimalisir dan mengendalikan kelelahan kerja serta meningkatkan produktifitas kerja di tempat kerja
Along with the important role of construction in the economy and the development of the Construction Services sector which is increasingly complex and the high level of competition in Construction Services services both at the national and international levels, construction companies often demand workers to work optimally so that their health is often neglected. This can have an impact on the health of workers, such as fatigue, which can lead to work accidents. This study wants to examine the relationship between work fatigue and factors outside of work and work factors for construction workers at PT. X year 2022. Data on nonwork-related factors (age, nutritional status/BMI, and years of service), and work-related factors (work duration, workload, and work environment temperature) on the occurrence of fatigue among project workers at PT. X was examined using a questionnaire to 103 respondents. The research design is a semi-quantitative analytic with a cross sectional study approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and analysis was carried out to see a description of work fatigue and to test the relationship between the two variables using the Chi-Square test. From the results of the study, 33% experienced moderate fatigue and 67% of respondents experienced low fatigue. From the differential analysis, there is a relationship between the nutritional status (BMI) of workers, duration of work and workload (p 0.000) on the occurence of fatigue in workers at the PT. X in 2022. Meanwhile, the factors of age (p 0.426), years of service (p 0.412) and working environment temperature (p 1.000) are not related to the occurence of fatigue in workers. The conclusion from this study is that some variables are related to the incidence of work fatigue experienced by construction workers at PT. X. Recommendations regarding fatigue management need to be implemented from both PT. X and workers to minimize and control fatigue as well as to increase work productivity at work.

Kelelahan merupakan salah satu bahaya yang dapat terjadi di sektor industri, terutama pergudangan karena pekerja di sektor pergudangan lebih banyak menggunakan aktivitas fisik untuk melakukan pekerjaannya sehari-hari. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran dan menganalisis hubungan antara faktor risiko kelelahan dengan kelelahan pekerja pada pekerja di industri gudang alat berat PT.X. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti yaitu faktor risiko terkait pekerjaan (beban kerja, masa kerja, waktu istirahat, dan commuting time) dan faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan (usia, kualitas tidur, kuantitas tidur, kebiasaan merokok, dan kebiasaan olahraga) dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Data kelelahan beserta faktor risikonya diperoleh dengan kuesioner data responden, Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS), dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Hasil penelian menunjukkan sebanyak 82,8% pekerja di gudang PT.X mengalami kelelahan. Variabel beban kerja, commuting time, kuantitas tidur, dan kebiasaan olahraga memiliki hubungan yang signikan dengan kelelahan kerja.
Fatigue is one of the main hazards in the industrial sector, especially for warehousing workers, because they use more physical activity to carry out their daily work. This study aims to describe and analyze the relationship between fatigue risk factors and worker fatigue in workers in the heavy equipment warehouse industry PT. X. The risk factors studied were work-related risk factors (workload, length of work, rest periods, and commuting time) and non-work-related risk factors (age, sleep quality, sleep quantity, smoking habits, and exercise habits) with a cross-sectional study design. Fatigue data and its risk factors were obtained using individual respondent data questionnaires, the FAS Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS), and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The study results showed that 82.8% of workers in the PT.X warehouse experienced fatigue. The risk factor of workload, commuting time, sleep quantity, and exercise habits significantly correlate with work fatigue.

Kelelahan kerja (fatigue) merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat menurunkan human performance serta meningkatkan risiko human error dan kecelakaan kerja, khususnya pada industri konstruksi yang memiliki karakteristik pekerjaan dengan tuntutan fisik dan mental yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja serta hubungan antara kelelahan kerja dan human performance pada pekerja konstruksi PT X. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan melibatkan 219 pekerja konstruksi PT X yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi faktor terkait pekerjaan (durasi kerja, shift kerja, beban kerja, pekerjaan monoton, dan reward) serta faktor tidak terkait pekerjaan (indeks massa tubuh, waktu tempuh, usia, kualitas tidur, dan kuantitas tidur). Tingkat kelelahan kerja diukur menggunakan Fatigue Assessment Scale for Construction Workers(FASCW), sedangkan human performance diukur menggunakan instrumen Human Performance dari U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan Uji Regresi Logistik Ordinaluntuk menganalisis hubungan faktor-faktor dengan kelelahan kerja serta Uji Mann–Whitney untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kelelahan kerja dan human performance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 187 pekerja (85,4%) mengalami kelelahan kerja. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara durasi kerja (OR=2,61; 95% CI: 1,20–5,76), beban kerja (OR=32,37; 95% CI: 9,40–111,48), pekerjaan monoton (OR=10,42; 95% CI: 3,07–35,39), indeks massa tubuh (OR=3,93; 95% CI: 1,68–9,19), waktu tempuh (OR=2,38; 95% CI: 1,10–5,17), usia (OR=3,44; 95% CI: 1,58–7,50), kualitas tidur (OR=3,20; 95% CI: 1,41–7,29), dan kuantitas tidur (OR=2,53; 95% CI: 1,18–5,42) dengan kelelahan kerja, sedangkan shift kerja (OR=1,42; 95% CI: 0,67–3,01) dan reward (OR=0,83; 95% CI: 0,34–2,05) tidak berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelelahan kerja dan human performance (p<0,001), di mana pekerja yang mengalami kelelahan cenderung memiliki human performance yang lebih buruk dibandingkan pekerja yang tidak mengalami kelelahan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kelelahan kerja pada pekerja konstruksi PT X berhubungan dengan berbagai faktor terkait pekerjaan maupun faktor tidak terkait pekerjaan serta berhubungan dengan penurunan human performance. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan kelelahan kerja perlu menjadi bagian dari program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja melalui pengendalian faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja guna meningkatkan keselamatan, kesehatan, dan human performance pekerja.
Occupational fatigue is one of the major factors contributing to decreased human performance and an increased risk of human error and workplace accidents, particularly in the construction industry, where work is characterized by high physical and mental demands. This study aimed to analyze the factors associated with occupational fatigue and to examine the relationship between occupational fatigue and human performance among construction workers at PT X. This study employed a cross-sectional design involving 219 construction workers at PT X selected through purposive sampling. The variables examined included work-related factors (working hours, shift work, workload, monotonous work, and reward) and non-work-related factors (body mass index, commuting time, age, sleep quality, and sleep duration). Occupational fatigue was assessed using the Fatigue Assessment Scale for Construction Workers (FASCW), while human performance was measured using the Human Performance instrument developed by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially using Ordinal Logistic Regression to examine the associations between the studied factors and occupational fatigue, and the Mann–Whitney test to analyze the relationship between occupational fatigue and human performance. The results showed that 187 workers (85.4%) experienced occupational fatigue. Significant associations were found between occupational fatigue and working hours (OR=2.61; 95% CI: 1.20–5.76), workload (OR=32.37; 95% CI: 9.40–111.48), monotonous work (OR=10.42; 95% CI: 3.07–35.39), body mass index (OR=3.93; 95% CI: 1.68–9.19), commuting time (OR=2.38; 95% CI: 1.10–5.17), age (OR=3.44; 95% CI: 1.58–7.50), sleep quality (OR=3.20; 95% CI: 1.41–7.29), and sleep duration (OR=2.53; 95% CI: 1.18–5.42). In contrast, shift work (OR=1.42; 95% CI: 0.67–3.01) and reward (OR=0.83; 95% CI: 0.34–2.05) were not significantly associated with occupational fatigue. Furthermore, occupational fatigue was significantly associated with human performance (p<0.001), with fatigued workers demonstrating poorer human performance than those who were not fatigued. This study concludes that occupational fatigue among construction workers at PT X is associated with both work-related and non-work-related factors and is significantly associated with decreased human performance. Therefore, fatigue management should be integrated into occupational safety and health programs by addressing the factors associated with occupational fatigue to improve workers' safety, health, and human performance.

Pekerja konstruksi memiliki risiko tinggi mengalami kelelahan kerja karena karakteristik pekerjaannya yang melibatkan aktivitas fisik berat, durasi kerja panjang, serta paparan lingkungan kerja seperti panas dan kebisingan. Kelelahan kerja dapat berdampak pada penurunan konsentrasi, ketelitian, kecepatan respons, dan human performance pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko kelelahan kerja dan dampak kelelahan kerja terhadap human performance pada pekerja konstruksi di PT X tahun 2026. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 113 pekerja konstruksi. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi faktor individu, faktor terkait pekerjaan, dan human performance. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner, pengukuran beban kerja fisik melalui denyut nadi, serta pengukuran lingkungan kerja kebisingan dan suhu. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi Fatigue Assessment Scale for Construction Workers (FASCW), NASA-TLX, dan Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ). Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial (analisis bivariat dan multivariat). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja adalah waktu perjalanan, kuantitas tidur, dan beban kerja fisik dengan nilai p-value masing-masing 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil analisis multivariat, diketahui bahwa terdapat tiga variabel yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kelelahan kerja, yaitu waktu perjalanan, kuantitas tidur, dan beban kerja fisik. Variabel waktu perjalanan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja dengan nilai OR = 17,057. Kelelahan kerja juga berhubungan signifikan dengan human performance dengan nilai p-value 0,023 dengan nilai OR 2,457. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerja yang tidak mengalami kelelahan kerja memiliki peluang 2,457 kali lebih besar untuk memiliki human performance tinggi dibandingkan pekerja yang mengalami kelelahan kerja.
Construction workers are at high risk of experiencing occupational fatigue due to the characteristics of their work, which involve heavy physical activity, long working hours, and exposure to work environment factors such as heat and noise. Occupational fatigue may lead to decreased concentration, accuracy, response speed, and workers’ human performance. This study aimed to analyze the risk factors associated with occupational fatigue and the relationship between occupational fatigue and human performance among construction workers at PT X in 2026. This study used a cross-sectional design involving 113 construction workers as respondents. The variables examined included individual factors, work-related factors, occupational fatigue, and human performance. Data were collected using questionnaires, physical workload measurement through pulse rate assessment, and work environment measurements, including noise and temperature. The instruments used in this study included the Fatigue Assessment Scale for Construction Workers (FASCW), NASA-TLX, and the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ). Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analyses, including bivariate and multivariate analyses. The results showed that factors associated with occupational fatigue were commuting time, sleep quantity, and physical workload, with p-values of <0.001 for each variable. Based on the multivariate analysis, these three variables had a significant relationship with occupational fatigue. Commuting time was identified as the most dominant factor associated with occupational fatigue, with an OR value of 17.057. Occupational fatigue was also significantly associated with human performance, with a p-value of 0.023 and an OR value of 2.457. This indicates that workers who did not experience occupational fatigue were 2.457 times more likely to have high human performance compared to workers who experienced occupational fatigue.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang faktor risiko keluhan gangguan otot dan tulang rangka (Gotrak) akibat kerja di industri manufaktur PT Croda Indonesia tahun 2022. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara faktor individu, faktor pekerjaan, dan keluhan Gotrak, dilakukan pada buan Februari ? Mei 2022 dengan menggunakan kuesioner SNI 9901;2011, RULA, REBA, dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari penelitian sebelumnya. Desain studi cross-sectional dengan melibatkan seluruh pekerja sebanyak 58 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan 41% pekerja memiliki tingkat risiko Gotrak sedang, dengan keluhan paling banyak dirasakan berturut-turut pada bagian leher (52%), punggung bawah (45%), dan punggung atas (43%). Terdapat hubungan antara faktor individu yaitu indeks massa tubuh, faktor kerja yaitu postur kerja, gerakan berulang, dan kejadian Gotrak. Population issues are still very complex. One of the real problems faced is population growth which is still relatively high. One part of population growth can not be separated from the number of children ever born. One of the factors thought to be related to the number of children ever born is economic status. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between economic status and the number of live births in women aged less than 45 years who are married whose reproductive period is still running and those aged 45-49 years who are married who have entered the end of their reproductive period. This research was conducted using a cross-sectional study design using data from the Indonesian Demographic Health Survey (IDHS) in 2017. This study found that in both age groups it was known that there was a significant relationship between economic status and the number of children ever born. It was also found that greater odds were found for very poor, poor, middle, and rich economic status compared to women whose economic status was very rich. Furthermore, it was found that in women aged less than 45 years, it was found that the variables of education, employment status, age at first marriage, contraceptive use, and preference for number of children were confounders between economic status and the number of children ever born. Meanwhile, for women aged 45-49 years, the variables of area of residence, employment status at the age of first marriage, contraceptive use, and preference for number of children become confounders between economic status and number of children ever born.

Pengemudi dump truck merupakan salah satu jenis pekerjaan yang berisiko mengalami kelelahan karena adanya faktor terkait pekerjaan dan tidak terkait pekerjaan yang dapat mempengaruhi pengemudi. Pada HSE Monthly Report pada bulan Desember 2021 didapatkan bahwa angka lagging indicator untuk night work lebih tinggi dari day work. Dari sudut pandang ini, penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat gambaran kelelahan dan melakukan analisis faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan pada pengemudi dump truck shift malam dengan sistem double shift. Penelitian dengan desain studi cross sectional dilakukan pada 130 pengemudi dump truck PT X. Faktor terkait pekerjaan yang dilakukan penelitian adalah waktu kerja, kondisi pencahayaan, getaran kabin, dan beban kerja, sedangkan faktor tidak terkait pekerjaan yang dilakukan penelitian adalah durasi tidur, kualitas tidur, umur, pekerjaan sampingan, indeks massa tubuh, aktifitas fisik, konsumsi minuman berenergi tinggi gula dan dukungan keluarga. Uji chi- square dilakukan untuk menganalisis keeratan hubungan antara variabel dependen dan independent sedangkan uji regresi logistik berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan variabel terikat. Prevalensi kelelahan pada pengemudi dump truck adalah sebesar 37,7% dan 62,3% tidak mengalami kelelahan. Dari empat faktor risiko terkait pekerjaan yang diteliti, pencahayaan, getaran dan beban kerja memiliki hubungan secara statistik dengan kelelahan. Sedangkan dari delapan faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan yang diteliti, waktu tidur, kualitas tidur, usia, pekerjaan sampingan, aktifitas fisik, dan dukungan keluarga memiliki hubungan secara statistik dengan kelelahan. Pada hasil akhir multivariat didapatkan jika beban kerja dan pencahayaan memiliki hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik dengan p-value < 0,05. Untuk mengurangi kelelahan pada pengemudi dump truck PT X Jobsite TB maka disarankan melakukan pengukuran kelelahan secara rutin sesuai dengan faktor risiko kelelahan yang dominan yaitu beban kerja, dan pencahayaan. Dump truck driver is one type of work that is at risk of experiencing fatigue due to work- related and non-work related factors that can affect the driver. In the HSE Monthly Report in December 2021, it was found that the number of lagging indicators for night work is higher than day work. From this point of view, the study was conducted to see the description of fatigue and to analyze the risk factors related to fatigue in night shift dump truck drivers with a double shift system. Research with a cross-sectional study design was conducted on 130 PT X dump truck drivers. Factors related to the work carried out by the study were working time, lighting conditions, cabin vibration, and workload, while factors not related to the work carried out by the study were sleep duration, sleep quality, age, side work, body mass index, physical activity, consumption of energy drinks. high in sugar and family support. The chi-square test was conducted to analyze the close relationship between the dependent and independent variables, while the multiple logistic regression test was used to determine the most dominant variable associated with the dependent variable. The prevalence of fatigue in dump truck drivers is 37.7% and 62.3% do not experience fatigue. Of the four work-related risk factors studied, lighting, vibration and workload were statistically associated with fatigue. Meanwhile, of the eight non-work-related risk factors studied, sleep time, sleep quality, age, side work, physical activity, and family support were statistically associated with fatigue. In the final multivariate result, it was found that the workload and lighting had a statistically significant relationship with p-value <0.05. To reduce fatigue on PT X Jobsite TB dump truck drivers, it is recommended to carry out regular fatigue measurements according to the dominant fatigue risk factors, namely workload, and lighting. Kelelahan atau fatigue pada pekerja tambang memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap tingkat absenteisme, penurunan produktivitas, biaya kesehatan, dan kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran keluhan kelelahan pada pekerja di PT X serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan. Faktor risiko yang diteliti yaitu faktor terkait pekerjaan (beban kerja, masa kerja, waktu istirahat, area kerja, shift kerja, dan stres kerja) dan faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan (usia, kualitas dan kuantitas tidur, kebiasaan merokok, commuting time, pekerjaan sampingan, konsumsi kafein, status pernikahan, status gizi, dan olah raga). Untuk mengukur kelelahan menggunakan kuesioner Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion Recovery Scale (OFER), mengukur stres kerja menggunakan kuesioner Survei Diagnosis Stres (SDS), mengukur kualitas tidur menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), mengukur beban kerja mental menggunakan NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire (GJSQ), mengukur karakteristik responden menggunakan The Self-administered Questionnaire, dan untuk mengukur beban kerja fisik menggunakan alat Fingertip Pulse Oximeter. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 156 pekerja tambang di PT X dengan menggunakna desain penelitian cross-sectional. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial dengan uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara masa kerja, waktu istirahat, usia, dan beban kerja mental dengan kelelahan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukannya pengembangan program pencegahan dan pengendalian kelelahan (fatigue management) di tempat kerja dan melihat hubungan faktor terkait pekerjaan yang lebih dominan terhadap kelelahan dibandingkan faktor tidak terkait pekerjaan.
Fatigue in mining workers has a huge impact on absenteeism rates, decreased productivity, medical costs, and accidents. This study aims to describe the level of fatigue in workers at PT. X and analyze the associated risk factors. The risk factors studied included work-related factors (workload, period of work, rest time, mining area, work shifts, and work stres) and non-work related factors (age, sleep quality and sleep quantity, smoking status, commuting time, side work, caffeine consumption, marital status, body mass indeks, and exercise). To measure fatigue, the Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion Recovery (OFER) questionnaire was used, Survey Diagnostic Stress (SDS) was used to measure job stress, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire was used to measure sleep quality, NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire (GJSQ) was used to measure mental workload, the Self-administered Questionnaire was used to measure respondent characteristics, and Fingertip Pulse Oximeter was used to measure physical workload. This research was conducted on 156 mining workers at PT. X by using a cross-sectional research design. Descriptive and inferential logistic regression was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a significant association between period of work, rest time, age, and mental workload. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a fatigue management program in the workplace and refers to see the result that the relationship between work related factors and fatigue is more dominant than non-work related factors.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara faktor risiko kelelahan kerja serta kelelahan kerja kronis dengan human performance pada pekerja industri pengolahan ikan di PT X. Industri pengolahan ikan memiliki karakteristik pekerjaan dengan tuntutan fisik yang tinggi, pekerjaan repetitif, serta paparan lingkungan kerja yang dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya kelelahan kerja kronis yang berhubungan dengan human performance. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan melibatkan 94 responden pekerja di PT X. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, observasi, serta pengukuran faktor risiko kerja meliputi faktor individu, faktor fisik, faktor psikososial, dan faktor lingkungan kerja. Kelelahan kerja kronis diukur menggunakan instrumen OFER, kualitas tidur menggunakan PSQI, psikososial menggunakan COPSOQ III, serta human performance diukur melalui indikator at-risk behavior. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelelahan kerja kronis dengan human performance pada pekerja PT X (p = 0,008) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -13,11 yang menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kelelahan kerja kronis berkaitan dengan penurunan skor human performance. Faktor yang paling dominan berkaitan dengan kelelahan kerja kronis adalah kualitas tidur yang buruk (OR = 5,83; 95% CI: 1,73–19,63), tuntutan kerja yang tinggi (OR = 4,43; 95% CI: 1,31–14,90) dan suhu lingkungan kerja yang tidak sesuai (OR = 4,69; 95% CI: 1,11–19,88) menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan kelelahan kerja kronis. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kelelahan kerja pada pekerja merupakan kondisi multifaktorial yang dipengaruhi oleh interaksi faktor individu, pekerjaan, dan lingkungan serta berasosiasi dengan human performance.
This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between work-related fatigue risk factors and the impact of chronic fatigue on human performance among workers in the fish processing industry at PT X. The fish processing industry is characterized by high physical workload, repetitive tasks, and exposure to environmental conditions that may increase the risk of fatigue and subsequently affect human performance. This study employed a cross-sectional design involving 94 workers at PT X. Data were collected using questionnaires, observations, and measurements of work-related risk factors including individual, physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors. Work fatigue was measured using the OFER instrument, sleep quality using PSQI, psychosocial factors using COPSOQ III, and human performance was assessed through at-risk behavior indicators. Data were analyzed using regression analysis to examine the relationships between variables. The results showed a significant relationship between chronic fatigue and human performance among workers at PT X (p = 0.008), with a regression coefficient of -13.11, indicating that an increase in chronic fatigue is associated with a decrease in human performance scores. The most dominant factors associated with chronic fatigue were poor sleep quality (OR = 5.83; 95% CI: 1.73–19.63), high job demands (OR = 4.43; 95% CI: 1.31–14.90), and inappropriate workplace temperature (OR = 4.69; 95% CI: 1.11–19.88), all of which showed significant relationships with chronic fatigue. These findings indicate that occupational fatigue among workers is a multifactorial condition influenced by the interaction of individual, job-related, and environmental factors, and is associated with human performance.
