Abstrak:
Kualitas tidur merupakan keadaan tetap tidur berdasarkan penilaian kualitas tidur yang melibatkan aspek kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan durasi tidur yang kurang dari 7 jam setiap malam berkaitan dengan kesehatan. Beberapa kendala kesehatan yang terjadi seperti hipertensi, penyakit jantung, depresi, dan peningkatan risiko kematian. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran dan hubungan antara konsumsi kopi, jenis kopi, kecanduan smartphone, higiene tidur, tingkat kecemasan, tingkat kelelahan, dan aktivitas fisik terhadap kualitas tidur pada mahasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan responden berasal dari mahasiswa FKM UI semester 6 sebanyak 145 mahasiswa. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner online yaitu google form. Data yang terkumpul disajikan dalam bentuk analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 59% mahasiswa S1 Reguler FKM UI mengalami kualitas tidur yang baik. Analisis bivariat yang dilakukan memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara hiegene tidur p-value 0,02 dan odds ratio OR = 2,176 (1,104-4,291), tingkat kecemasan p-value 0,002 dan odds ratio OR = 3,588 (1,632-7,894), dan tingkat kelelahan p-value 0,03 dan odds ratio OR = 2,314 (1,107-4,836) terhadap kualitas tidur mahasiswa. Selain itu, analisis bivariat juga memperlihatkan hasil yang tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara konsumsi kopi, jenis kopi, kecanduan smartphone, dan aktivitas fisik terhadap kualitas tidur mahasiswa S1 Reguler FKM UI. Peneliti menyarankan mahasiswa lebih memperhatikan hiegene tidur dengan mengutamakan kenyamanan saat tertidur dan melakukan kontrol tingkat kecemasan serta memperhatikan kelelahan. Pihak FKM UI disarankan memberikan edukasi hiegene tidur kepada mahasiswa dan melakukan promosi pencegahan kecemasan dan kelelahan dengan informasi berupa poster.

Abstrak:
Energi yang berasal dari zat gizi makro dibutuhkan untuk melakukan metabolisme tubuh, kegiatan fisik, dan pertumbuhan. Kebiasaan konsumsi energi dan zat gizi yang tidak seimbang dengan pola makan yang tidak tepat akan menyebabkan masalah gizi. Sebaliknya, asupan energi dan zat gizi seimbang serta berkualitas dapat mempertahankan kesehatan fisik dan stabilitas mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asupan energi serta apakah terdapat hubungan dengan mindful eating dan faktor lainnya pada mahasiswa S1 Reguler Gizi FKM UI tahun 2022. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah mindful eating, pengetahuan gizi, uang jajan untuk membeli makanan dan minuman, stress, konsumsi makanan selingan, konsumsi minuman manis, dan durasi tidur. Variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah asupan energi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Juni 2022 kepada 136 mahasiswi tahun angkatan 2019-2021. Data yang digunakan didapatkan dari pengisian kuesioner serta food record weekday dan weekend yang diisi mandiri oleh responden. Sebesar 8.1% mahasiswi S1 Reguler Gizi FKM UI memiliki asupan energi tinggi yaitu > 80% AKG. Analisis statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara stres, konsumsi makanan selingan, dan konsumsi minuman manis dengan asupan energi. Peneliti menyarankan kepada pihak universitas untuk dapat memberikan edukasi terkait pedoman gizi seimbang.

On the other hand, a balanced and quality intake of energy and nutrients can maintain a person's physical health and mental stability. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between mindful eating and other factors with energy intake in Students of Nutritional Programs at FKM UI. The dependent variable of this study was energy intake, while the independent variables were mindful eating, nutritional knowledge, allowance, stress level, snack consumption and Sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs) and sleep duration. Minuman kopi merupakan salah satu sugar sweetened beverages, dibuat dari bubuk kopi, gula dan air melalui proses pemanasan. Konsumsi minuman kopi yang tinggi berkaitan dengan kandungan gulanya yang dapat meningkatkan risiko obesitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan proporsi tingkat konsumsi minuman kopi berdasarkan karakteristik individu dan faktor lingkungan pada mahasiswa non-kesehatan Universitas Indonesia tahun 2023. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 181 mahasiswa aktif S1 non-kesehatan tahun 2023. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2023 melalui pengisian kuesioner secara mandiri. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 52,5% responden memiliki tingkat konsumsi minuman kopi yang tinggi (≥ 3-4 kali seminggu). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan proporsi signifikan konsumsi minuman kopi berdasarkan perilaku merokok, pengaruh teman, ketersediaan, serta aksesibilitas (p-value < 0,05). Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh teman adalah faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi konsumsi minuman kopi mahasiswa. Peneliti menyarankan mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan mengajak lingkungan pertemanannya untuk membatasi konsumsi minuman kopi. Peneliti juga menyarankan bagi institusi kesehatan untuk dapat memberikan edukasi dan informasi mengenai batas aman konsumsi.
Coffee drinks are sugar-sweetened beverages made from coffee powder, sugar, and water, through a heating process. High consumption of coffee drinks is associated with the sugar content, which can increase the risk of obesity. The aim of this study was to determine the differences in coffee drinks consumption levels based on individual characteristics and environmental factors among non-health undergraduate students at the University of Indonesia in 2023. This quantitative study used a cross-sectional design with a sample of 181 active undergraduate non-health students in 2023. Data were collected in June 2023 through self-administered. The results showed that 52.5% of the respondents had a high level of coffee drink consumption (≥ 3-4 times per week). Bivariate analysis revealed significant differences in coffee drinks consumption based on smoking behavior, peer influence, availability of coffee at home, and accessibility (p-value < 0.05). Multivariate analysis indicated that peer influence was the dominant factor influencing students' coffee drink consumption. The researchers suggest students increase their awareness and encourage their social circle to limit excessive coffee consumption. Additionally, relevant health institutions are advised to provide education, increase information about recommended limits of coffee consumption.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan asupan zat besi mahasiswi berdasarkan faktor konsumsi (konsumsi lauk hewani, konsumsi lauk nabati, konsumsi sayur-sayuran, konsumsi buah-buahan, konsumsi Ultra Processed Food) dan faktor individu (Sikap terhadap konsumsi daging merah, pengaruh sosial media, pengetahuan gizi, uang saku, jenis tempat tinggal). Desain dari penilitian ini adalah cross-sectional dengan 147 responden mahasiswi S1 Reguler Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Angkatan 2021, 2022, 2023. Pemilihan responden dilakukan berdasarkan simple random sampling dan pengambilan data adalah secara daring dengan Zoom. Pengerjaan kuesioner penelitian adalah menggunakan Google Form, dan Spreadsheet untuk Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode Uji T Independen. Hasil analisis univariat menemukan bahwa rata-rata asupan zat besi adalah 15.35±7.30 mg per hari dengan 70.1% mahasiswi belum mencukupi kebutuhan zat besi mereka. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaaan asupan zat besi brdasarkan konsumsi lauk hewani, konsumsi lauk nabati, konsumsi sayur-sayuran, konsumsi buah-buahan, konsumsi Ultra Processed Food, dan jenis tempat tinggal.
This study aims to determine the differences in iron intake among female college students based on consumption factors (animal-based side dishes, plant-based side dishes, vegetables, fruits, Ultra Processed Food) and individual factors (attitude towards red meat consumption, social media influence, nutrition knowledge, allowance, type of residence). The design of this study is cross-sectional, involving 147 undergraduate regular students from the Faculty of Public Health class of 2021, 2022, and 2023. Respondents were selected based on simple random sampling, and data collection was conducted online using Zoom. The research questionnaire was administered using Google Forms and Spreadsheets for the Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using the Independent T-Test method. Univariate analysis results showed that the average iron intake was 15.35±7.30 mg per day, with 70.1% of the female students not meeting their iron requirements. The study found differences in iron intake based on the consumption of animal-based side dishes, plant-based side dishes, vegetables, fruits, Ultra Processed Food, and type of residence.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan sarapan, karakteristik individu, asupan energi dan zat gizi, kebiasaan mengemil, aktivitas fisik, durasi tidur, dan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia. Status gizi diukur dengan pengukuran tinggi badan dan penimbangan berat badan. Kebiasaan sarapan, karakteristik individu, kebiasaan mengemil, durasi tidur, dan tingkat stres diukur dengan kuesioner yang diisi sendiri. Asupan energi dan zat gizi diukur dengan wawancara Food Frequency Questionnaire semi-kuanititatif. Aktivitas fisik diukur dengan wawancara Global Physical Activity Questionnaire. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross-sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 142 responden. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik systematical simple random dan pengambilan data dilakukan selama bulan AprilMei 2015. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin (P value=0,015), status merokok (P value=0,008), asupan energi (P value=0,000), asupan karbohidrat (P value=0,025), dan asupan lemak (P value=0,004) dengan status gizi. Disarankan agar mahasiswa mengatur pola makan yang lebih sehat dan menjaga aktivitas fisiknya. Di samping itu, Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia mendukung adanya kerja sama dengan instansi atau lembaga yang bekerja di bidang gizi dan kesehatan.

Literasi gizi adalah tingkatan dimana seseorang memiliki kapasitas untuk menperoleh, memproses, dan memahami informasi dasar seputar gizi. Literasi gizi dapat memengaruhi pembentukan pola makan pada usia remaja dan dewasa muda. Skripsi ini meneliti tingkat literasi gizi pada mahasiswa untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengannya, antara lain jenis kelamin, rumpun ilmu kesehatan dan non kesehatan, dan tingkat uang saku. Desain studi yang digunakan adalah cross sectional kepada 373 mahasiswa sarjana Universitas Indonesia angkatan 2017 dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang terdiri dari tiga domain literasi fungsional, interaktif, dan kritikal. Data dianalisis dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 47.2% responden memiliki literasi gizi tidak adekuat. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan bermakna antara rumpun ilmu kesehatan dan non kesehatan dengan tingkat literasi gizi total (p = 0.000, OR = 4.6). Rumpun ilmu kesehatan dan non kesehatan juga berhubungan bermakna dengan literasi gizi fungsional (p = 0.000, OR = 2.9), dengan literasi gizi interaktif (p = 0.002, OR = 2.5), dan dengan literasi gizi kritikal (p = 0.001, OR = 2.7). Nutrition literacy is defined as the degree to which individual has the capacity to obtain, process, and understand about basic nutrition information. Nutrition literacy can affect the formation of different diet in adolescents and young adults. This thesis examines the level of nutrition literacy among first-year undergraduate students to know about the factors associated with it, including gender, clusters of health and non-health science, and allowance. This study used cross-sectional design to 373 first-year undergraduate students in University of Indonesia by using the questionnaire instrument consisting of three domains: functional, interactive, and critical. Data were analyzed by chi-square test. The result showed that 47,2% of respondents had inadequate nutrition literacy. The result of bivariate analysis showed that there is a significant correlation between health science and non health science cluster with the total nutrition literacy rate (p = 0.000, OR = 4.6). Health science and non health science cluster were also significantly associated with the functional nutrition literacy (p = 0.000, OR = 2.9), interactive nutrition literacy (p = 0.002, OR = 2.5), and critical nutrition literacy (p = 0.001, OR = 2.7). Abstrak:
Sindrom makan malam (SMM) dapat menyebabkan obesitas atau diabetes melitus. Tujuan penelitian yaitu diketahuinya prevalensi SMM dan dibuktikannya perbedaan proporsi SMM berdasarkan status gizi, gejala depresi, kualitas tidur, kepercayaan diri dan beban kerja pada mahasiswa. Disain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan jumlah responden yang terlibat 203 mahasiswi. Data diambil dari pengisian kuesioner, pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan, dan recall makanan 2x24 jam. Data kemudian dianalisis univariat dan bivariat (chi-square). Prevalensi mahasiswa dengan SMM di Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Indonesia tahun 2019 adalah sebesar 14.8%. Mahasiswa dengan SMM memiliki kualitas tidur 6 kali lebih buruk dibandingkan mahasiswa tidak SMM. Peneliti menyarankan perlu adanya tempat konsultasi gizi oleh ahli gizi dan tempat konseling oleh psikolog di fakultas serta diharapkan mahasiswa dapat menerapkan pesan gizi seimbang.
