The JKN is required for all Indonesians from 1 January 2014. In practice, the selection of first-degree healthcare facilities for PBI has not been maximized. All PBI participants in Kecamatan Cipayung are registered in Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung, Depok. This study discusses the effectiveness of the JKN program for the poor in access of health services at the Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung Depok in 2017 by measuring input indikator, process indicator and output indicator. Data were searched by using questionnaires on a sample of 100 participants of PBI who visited Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung. The results of this study were declared effective for assessing different percentages. Input indicator received 67,42%, process indikator get percentage of 71,86%, and for output indicator received 71,86%. Thus, it can be concluded JKN program for the poor in access of health services in Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung Depok has been running quite effectively.

This study aims to explore the determinants relating the availability of drugs in Back Referral Program (PRB) in BPJS Kesehatan KC Depok area. This case study was using qualitative approach, data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review to explore the reliability of input and process variables related to stock out. Input incule internal and external stakeholders, comprised of HR and policy as well as policy and evaluation). The process described supply chain management of drugs including planning, budgeting,provider payment, purchasing and distribution of PRB drug. The refealed that the stock out was resulted from of this study indicate the problem stock out included the the dimensions in the process of input and process. In terms of inputs, the role of human resources , policy implementation, resources and stakeholder commitments were among the identified factor related to challenge on PRB drug. While problems that occurred in the process that contributed to the stock out of PRB drug included drug supply chain management, planning, payment scheme, and distribution of drugs. This problem potentially affected mismatch of RKO (plan on number drugs required to provide service) with requirement on regional level, irrational HPS (National reference on price) and policy. This study suggested to undertake comprehensive monitoring and evaluaton including input, process and output as well as solution of the problem.

Workload is one of the risk factors that cause fatigue. The current pandemic situation has a real impact, especially on the health sector. WHO has declared COVID-19 as a pandemic in 2020. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused medical workforce as a resource for health care providers to be faced with different situations, one of which is an increase in the impact on work. The high work received by the workforce will cause the workload to be higher, resulting in work fatigue. This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and work fatigue at the Sukmajaya District Health Center during the pandemic. This study used a cross sectional design. The sample used in this study was a saturated sample with all respondents being medical workfoce at the Sukmajaya District Health Center. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between workload and work fatigue. Medical workforce with a high workload have a tendency of 9.9 times to experience high work fatigue. Every job that requires work that demands completion is in accordance with predetermined standards. However, the existence of excessive work and continuous prolonged work, the negative impact that will arise when workers experience work fatigue is not achieving a predetermined standard or target
Jaminan pelayanan persalinan bagi masyarakat miskin bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses terhadap pelayanan persalinan dalam rangka menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Analisis ini bertujuan mengevalusi pelaksanaan kebijakan jaminan pelayanan persalinan untuk akses masyarakat miskin di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan di DKI Jakarta dengan studi kasus pelayanan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Penjaringan pada bulan Juni 2013. Pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Pedoman wawancara dibuat berdasarkan metode implemantasi kebijakan George Edward III yang terdiri dari komunikasi, sumberdaya, struktur birokrasi dan disposisi. Masyarakat miskin mudah mengakses pelayanan persalinan di Puskesmas. Tetapi tetap dibutuhkan perbaikan metode komunikasi ke masyarakat.
Guarantee of service delivery for the poor aims to improve access to maternity services in order to reduce the MMR and IMR. This analysis aims to evaluate the implementation of policies to guarantee labour care access for the poor in Jakarta. The study was conducted in Jakarta with a case study in health centers Penjaringan service in June 2013. A qualitative approach was done by in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Interview guidance is based on the model of public policy implementation by George Edward III consisting of communication, resources, bureaucratic structure and disposition. Poor society can easily access labour service in the health center. But still, improvement to the method of communication is needed.
This study focuses on the implementation of COVID-19 health protocol as the last riskcontrol to protect the public from the dangers of corona virus spreading. Compliance in implementing COVID-19 health protocols is important as it is the responsibility of each individual to protect against the dangers of COVID-19. This study aims to analyze the factors related to community compliance in implementing the COVID-19 health protocol in the working area of the Mekarsari Health Center, Depok City. This is a nonexperimental/observational research with a cross sectional design. As the subjects of this study were 100 people. The available data are presented in the form of frequency distribution and cross tabulation and then analyzed statistically by using chi square. The results of the study show that most (61%) of the community adhere to the COVID-19 health protocol. Results: The results of statistical analysis showed that income (p = 0.005), attitude (p = 0.027), family support (p = 0.005), and friend support (p = 0.005) as factors that were significantly related to compliance with implementing the COVID19 health protocol and r square =5.57%. The most dominant variables related with public compliance in implementing health protocols are income Conclusion: More people dutifully implement health protocols COVID-19but there are still people who don't implement are the young age group, male , low education and low income
