Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubngan antara pelanggaran kontrak psikologis menurut perawat dengan intention to quit dan kepuasan kerja perawat rumah sakit x. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dan melibatkan 61 perawat sebagai responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengmpulan data adalah kuesioner yang terdiri dari kuesioner pelanggaran kotrak psikologis, intention to quit dankepuasan kerja. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dan hasil penelitian menunjukanbahwa kepuasan kerja dalam aspek pengawasan memiliki hubungan dengan intention to quit. Dari penelitian ini disarankan agar mengupayakan komunikasi lebih lanjut antara pihak Rumah Sakit X dan perawat mengenai aspek-aspek kontrak psikologis terutama yang dianggap masih kurang agar terbentuk kepuasan kerja dan menurunkan niat untuk berhenti perawat.
This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological contract breach according to nurse, intention to quit and nurse; job satisfication in X Hospital 2011. This study uses a quantitative approach with cross sectional design and involved 61 nurses as respondents. Instrumens used in data collection is a questionnaire consisting of psychological contract breach, intention to quit and job satisfication in terms of rewards and promotional opportunities have a relationship with psychological contract breach. In addition, rewards and supervision aspects of job satisfication have a relationship with intention to quit. It is suggested to seek further communication between X Hospital and nurses about psychological contract aspects that are considered primarily is still lacking so that it can improve nurses' job satisfication and lower intentions to quit.
Communication and collaboration among different health professions is a hallmark of health quality and patient welfare determinants. The nurse's perception of the quality of communication between nurse and physician affects the quality of service to the patient. The purpose of this study to determine the factors that influence the nurse's perception of the quality of nurse communication with doctors at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Batam in 2017. The study was cross-sectional with quantitative and qualitative approach, using questionnaires to 98 permanent nurses at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Batam, and interviewed 5 informants as supporting data on qualitative research. The nurse's perception of communication quality between nurse and doctor at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Batam 2017 shows 61.2% is good. Factors of opportunity, information, support, resources do not affect the perception of nurses, there are still other factors that influence the perception of nurses and have not been discussed in this study Keywords: Nurse, Perception, Questionnaire, Nurse-doctor communication.
This research analyzed burnout syndrome on nurses worked in in-patient units and out-patient units in “X” Hospital in Bandar Lampung in 2013. This was cross-sectional study with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 239 nurses and 5 informant. This research used Maslach Burnout Syndrome and Survey Diagnostic Stress questionnaire. The results showed 21,8% nurses in in-patient units and 10,8% nurses in out-patient units having burnout syndrome and exhibited higher emotional exhaustion and lower depersonalization. Conclusion: Majority nurses were experienced high level of burnout. To reduced burnout syndrome can be solved by increasing resources, such as improving training and skills also providing reasonable work hour.
Hospital is a Class C Hospital in South Jakarta, which experiencing a substantialincreased number of patients since the BPJS has implemented the referral system. AcuteCoronary Syndrome patient is a patient with a medical emergency require intensivetreatment in the ICU. The purpose of this study was to analyze the cost for hospitalizedACS patients at X Hospital in 2015. The study revealed that the unit cost of hospitalizedACS patients at X Hospital in 2015 was Rp 6.083.444,-. The Cost Recovery Rate forpatients with fee-for-service was 227.98% and for BPJS patient was 71.38%. This studysuggested the hospital to develop clinical pathway for ACS guidance, as well as recruitingfull time doctors.Keyword: Hospital; Cost Recovery Rate; Activity Based Costing
Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis merupakan integrasi antara pelayanan dan pendidikan. Permasalahan timbul berkaitan dengan pembiayaan pendidikan dokter spesialis antara Fakultas Kedokteran dengan Rumah Sakit terutama berhubungan dengan penentuan biaya pendidikan.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis besarnya biaya pendidikan di RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang sebagai Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Utama bagi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro dengan menggunakan metode activity based costing . Didapatkan bahwa sumber biaya meliputi biaya alat dan bahan habis, alat medik, alat non medik, gaji karyawan dan honor karyawan. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode activity based costing mendapatkan satuan biaya pendidikan sebesar Rp. 2.456.181,34 per mahasiswa per tahun.
Acute gastroenteritis becomes health problem all over the world, because it is thecausal factor of high mortality and morbidity especially in children. Good and well-organized process of healthcare service will improve the outcome of the patients withacute gastroenteritis. Clinical pathway may be used as clear standard to improve thequality of health care, and also to reduce the length of hospital stay, hospital costs anddecrease the variability. Husada Hospital which implementing the clinical pathwayacute gastroenteritis in children as a quality control should really plan, organize,implement and evaluate clinical pathway systematically and continuously. Methodethat used for the research are quantitative approach with development of pre-clinicalpathways and evaluation of clinical pathways tools, and also indepth interview. Theaim of this research are to find out the inhibiting factors for implementation of clinicalpathways acute gastroenteritis which seen from input factors (human resources,funds, hospital policy, availability of drugs and medical equipments, also facilitiesand infrastructure); process factors which start from pre-preparation of clinicalpathways until the implementation phase; the output factors to look at theappropriateness of health services acute gastroenteritis in children with clinicalpathways in Husada Hospital. The result showed that the inhibiting factors from inputfactors are human resources, then process factors are the beginning of deciding on anICP to develop, and the output which there are no appropriatness in service healthwith acute gastroenteritis clinical pathways (e.g. visite doctors, using drugs andmedical equipments, laboratories, radiology that unnecessary)
