Skripsi ini membahas adanya representasi identitas budaya tertentu yang disampaikan melalui humor dalam karikatur karya Loriot yang terangkum di buku Männer und Frauen passen einfach nicht zusammen. Pembahasan ini dilakukan secara deskriptif dan bersifat argumentatif, dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam kumpulan karya Loriot ini terdapat representasi identitas budaya berdasarkan gender dan kelas sosial, serta kritik terhadap stereotip yang menyertai kedua identitas budaya tersebut. Kritik yang dimaksud disampaikan melalui ironi dan satir yang menimbulkan humor sehingga menarik perhatian pembacanya, sekaligus mengajak pembacanya untuk merefleksikan kembali penerapan stereotip-stereotip tersebut di masyarakat.
The focus of this study is on the representation of cultural identity in Loriot?s work: Männer und Frauen passen einfach nicht zusammen, which presented in the form of caricatures. The purpose of this study is to prove that Loriot used humor to represent the cultural identities based on gender and social class, and eventually criticize it. His critic served in the form of irony and satire, which are funny and in the same time make the readers of his work conscious about the stereotypes and reconsider the application of stereotypes in community. This study will use the framework of analyze.
The Safety Observation Program at PT X aims to enhance hazard reporting in the workplace as part of accident prevention and safety culture improvement. However, the level of reporting compliance remains relatively low. This study aims to analyze factors associated with hazard reporting compliance among employees in the operational directorate of PT X. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was used. A total of 81 respondents were selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using an online questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square test to examine the relationship between independent variables and compliance. The variables studied include predisposing factors (age, length of service, attitude, and risk perception), enabling factor (training), and reinforcing factor (coworker support). The results showed significant associations between hazard reporting compliance and age (p=0.034), length of service (p=0.001), risk perception (p<0.001), training (p=0.019), and coworker support (p=0.001). On the other hand, attitude did not show a significant relationship (p=0.318). These findings highlight the importance of experience, risk awareness, and social support in promoting reporting behavior in the workplace.
COVID-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of human life in Indonesia and the world, including health, economy, education, social and psychological aspects. COVID-19 pandemic has also affected the oil and gas industry with health impacts on workers and impacts on their operational activities. The sustainability of the oil and gas industry has an important role as a provider of energy to drive the economy. The extent of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the implementation of adaptation to new habits require good prevention and control for companies operating in the oil and gas industry. This study aims to analyze the implementation of prevention and control of COVID-19 in an oil and gas company. This study uses a descriptive method to measure the implementation of the prevention and control of COVID-19 in the oil and gas company PT.X quantitatively. Data collection was carried out using a check list developed from ISO 45005:2020 covering aspects of planning, implementation, monitoring and action in 11 clauses of requirements. Implementation of prevention and control of COVID19 at PT. X has been running well with a compliance rate of 82%. The highest value is obtained by the communication clause where PT. X has met the communication aspects required in the checklist. There are things that can be done by PT. X in order to improve the control of COVID19 in the workplace, among others, knowing and assessing whether the place and situation in the workers' homes support them to work effectively
Pemerintah mendorong agar setiap perusahaan melakukan penerapan SMK3 di lingkungan kerja masing-masing. Sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 50 Tahun 2012. Penerapan K3 sering kali dianggap sebagai cost atau beban biaya bagi perusahaan, bukan investasi untuk mencegah kecelakaan kerja. Menurut data organisasi perburuhan internasional (ILO) sekitar 2,78 juta pekerja meninggal setiap tahun karena kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian Kinerja SMK3 dan tingkat pemahaman budaya keselamatan karyawan di Perusahaan X. Data Penelitian meliputi data primer dengen FGD menggunakan kuisioner safety culture maturity The Hudson Model dalam 6 kelompok Jabatan dan data sekunder (hasil temuan eksternal audit ISO 45001 : 2018 dan SMK3 sesuai PP No. 50 tahun 2012). Metodelogi penelitian menggunakan deskriptif analitik dan mix metode (semi kuantitatif dan kualitatif). Ada 20 variabel metode Hudson diperoleh tingkat kematangan budaya pada angka 3,33 (kategori Kalkulatif). Ini berarti keselamatan dianggap sebagai tanggung jawab Petugas K3 atau unit K3 saja yang berfokus terhadap pemenuhan standar atau peraturan saja yang menjadi minimum requirement. Tingkat pengukuran kinerja SMK3 perusahaan telah berada di level memuaskan menunjukan bahwa hasil SMK3 Perusahaan mengkonfirmasi apa yang dideteksi tingkat kematangan budaya keselamatan Perusahaan baru mulai untuk pemenuhan standar K3 dan kebutuhan peraturan perundang-undang. Perusahaan belum melakukan improvement ke arah generative yang sesungguhnya untuk menuju level proaktif dan generative tidak bisa hanya berfokus pada kebutuhan SMK3 namun banyak hal yang dibutuhkan improvement. Jika Perusahaan ingin menuju tingkat proaktif keselamatan dan nilai tingkat budaya generative maka keselamatan harus menjadi nilai yang diyakini secara bersama di seluruh organsasi dan unit kerja.
The government encourages every company to implement SMK3 in their respective work environments. In accordance with Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012. Implementing K3 is often considered a cost or burden for companies, not an investment to prevent work accidents. According to data from the International Labor Organization (ILO), around 2.78 million workers die every year due to work accidents and occupational diseases. The research aims to analyze the suitability of SMK3 performance and the level of understanding of employee safety culture at Company in accordance with PP No. 50 of 2012). The research methodology uses analytical descriptive and mixed methods (semi quantitative and qualitative). There are 20 variables in the Hudson method, the level of cultural maturity is 3.33 (Calculative category). This means that safety is considered the responsibility of the K3 Officer or K3 unit which focuses on fulfilling standards or regulations which are the minimum requirements. The level of measurement of the company's SMK3 performance has been at a satisfactory level, indicating that the Company's SMK3 results confirm what was detected. The maturity level of the company's safety culture is just starting to fulfill K3 standards and statutory regulatory requirements. The company has not made improvements in a truly generative direction. In order to reach a proactive and generative level, it cannot only focus on SMK3 needs, but there are many things that need improvement. If the Company wants to move towards a proactive level of safety and a generative cultural value level, then safety must become a value that is shared across the organization and work units. This research is qualitative research with descriptive design that aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of safety promotion of the workers in PT Lautan Otsuka Chemical in 2012. The effectiveness seen from the comparison of the accident rate between 2011 to 2012. Then, examined the factors that influenced is media, the message characteristic, the reach of target, the target involvement and the management involvement. Data was collected by observations, interviews, and documents review on the informan units. The result showed that the effective implementation of safety promotion has been influenced by the media, the message characteristic, the reach of target, the target involvement and the management involvement. In addition, it is also influenced by the commitment of the contractor, the availability of support programs, information sources and target or worker condition.
