This thesis discusses the analysis of BPJS K inpatient claim late claims in traffic accident cases at the Karima Utama Surakarta hospital in 2020. The purpose of this study is to determine the input factors and process factors that influence the delay in the BPJS claim submission process Health in the case of a traffic accident at the special hospital operating in Karima Utama Surakarta. This research is an analytic study with a qualitative approach and observation. From the research it was found that there were still delays in the BPJS K inpatient claims for traffic accident cases with a duration of 2- 29 days. Delays occur at the data input stage in the traffic accident guarantee application by officers both hospital staff, police and jasa raharja. Delay also occurs in the phase of coding that is the completeness of the patient's medical history and resume. The results of the study suggest improvement in the human factor, namely improving the quality of human resources, method factors by making hospital regulations as a reference for officers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, increasing supervision from the leadership as well as providing guidance to staff and increasing coordination between the hospital and the police, jasa raharja and BPJS Kesehatan. It is expected that the DPJP is also orderly in filling out medical records and proposals to increase medical records quality with electronic medical records.
Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of some risk factors such as high level of glucose and triglyceride, low level of High Density Lipid (HDL), central obesity, and hypertension. Someone who suffers from metabolic syndrome has higher risk to get chronic disease like cardiovascular disease and diabetes melitus type 2 in the future. As per Medical Check Up result of Oil and Gas Company X workers in 2014, found that dyslipidemia up to 69,4%, obesity 14,8%, overweight 33,17%, diabetes 8,7%. Furthermore, based on observation, office workers of Oil and Gas Company X tend to have sedentary life style since they spent most of their time at office to sit for doing some administrative task and often consume high fat food. Thus, the objective of this study was to analyze the risk factors that associate with metabolik syndrome on Head Office Workers of Oil and Gas Company X using cross sectional design study. The result of this study foud that prevalence of metabolik syndrome on Head Office Workers of Oil and Gas Company X is 25%. The independent variables that were significant with metabolic syndrome were animal protein diet (p value = 0.016), fat diet (p value = 0.037), body mass index (p value= 0,001), physical activity (p value = 0.010), and sedentary lifestyle (p value = 0.030) and smoking (p value= 0,037). Therefore, it is necessary to create strategy in order to provide knowledge and information regarding a balanced diet and increase the willingness of workers to do sufficient and regular physical activity and stop smoking to maintain ideal body weight, having a healthy life style and prevent chronic disase caused by metabolik syndrome
The high employee turnover at Yoshua General Hospital in the last 2 years creates an impression of employee dissatisfaction with Yoshua General Hospital. Based on the background above, it is necessary to conduct research on the Level of Job Satisfaction of Employees at Yoshua General Hospital in 2022 in relation to job satisfaction based on five dimensions, namely compensation, promotions, relationships with superiors, co-workers, and work. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach with triangulation of sources with a sample consisting of 89 people, which is the total number of employees at Yoshua General Hospital. The results of this study indicate that the overall job satisfaction of Yoshua General Hospital employees is at the "satisfied" level with 55.1% or 49 respondents and 44.9% or 40 respondents stating "dissatisfied". In the qualitative test with triangulation, the source of delays in compensation and rewards is an issue that causes employee job dissatisfaction. From this study it can also be concluded that there is influence from the five dimensions of job satisfaction, namely compensation, promotion, relationship with superiors, colleagues and work on job satisfaction. It is hoped that the hospital will improve employee job satisfaction for the better, such as providing compensation, giving awards, improving employee relations with superiors and co-workers, as well as providing infrastructure and training facilities that support increasing employee satisfaction.
