The training program prepared by the company for workers is one of the occupational safety and health (OSH) programs most widely used by companies for intervention. Training is useful for increasing the knowledge, skills and behavior of workers in dealing with hazards that exist in the workplace. This research uses descriptive analysis method that focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of the HSE Mandatory training that has been carried out. Measurements were made using a four-step evaluation model from Kirkpatrick (1970) through the assessment of reactions, learning, behavior, and results. The results of the study indicate that the learning program that has been implemented is effective. However, there are still some things that can be improved so that the quality of learning is better and able to contribute as a leading indicator of (OSH) performance.
This thesis is an economic evaluation with a cross sectional quantitative methoddesign, observational and using comparative studies between two herniotomytechniques. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the cost effectiveness betweenpatients with Laparoscopic Herniotomy and patients with Open Herniotomy of theinguinal hernia. This research is using Activity Based Costing with simpledistribution to achieve total cost and then compared with the output, therefore costeffectiveness ratio (CER) is achieved. The CER is then compared to understandwhich is the lesser cost therefore is more effective. The research result shows thatOpen Herniotomy gives a smaller CER than the Laparoscopic Herniotomy. Therefore it is found that Open Herniotomy is more effective compared withLaparoscopic Herniotomy.Keyword :Cost Effectiveness Analysis, Activity Based Costing, Herniotomy.
Number of patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) in Indonesia is growing. The increased prevalence of hypertension and diabetes mellitus is a contributor tothe increase in patients with CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease). Ever sinceContinuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) was intoduced as a form ofrenal replacement therapy, CAPD still small number of users and Haemodilysis stillconstitute the majority of renal replacement therapy in Indonesia. The aim of thisstudy is to analize the cost effectiveness between HD and CAPD on ESRD patients.Study compared 78 HD patients at PMI Hospital in Bogor and 10 CAPD patientsat Fatmawati Hospital in Jakarta. Patient quality of life interviewed by SF 36questionnaire. Economic burden divided in two measurement. Direct medical costmeasured by INA CBGs packet, direct non medical cost (transportation, food forpatient and family) and indirect medical cost (opportunity cost) will be measure byeconomic burden questionnaire. Haemodialysis total cost per year is Rp133.396.692,- and Rp 81.680.000,- for CAPD. 46,2% Haemodialysis patient hasgood quality of life and 90% for CAPD. Bivariat analysis showed Quality of lifeCAPD patient significant in phisical activities, emotional, pain, energy, sosialfunction and sanity. CAPD is cost effective compare to HD with ICER Rp2.032.889,- for ekstra better emotional role and Rp 1.780.265,- for ekstra betterphisical role and dominant for cost and quality of life at CE PlanKey words: cost effectiveness analysis, Haemodialysis, CAPD
