Abstrak:
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian postur kerja, peralatan kerja, danworkstation yang menyebabkan pada keluhan gejala MSDs pada pekerja pengguna komputerhead office PT X. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Data yang dikumpulkan daripenelitian ini berasal dari data primer hasil observasi berupa postur kerja, peralatan kerja,keluhan yang dirasakan pekerja, dan workstation. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapatketidaksesuaian pada beberapa postur kerja dari pekerja saat bekerja, peralatan kerja yangdigunakan, serta workstation. Hasil penilaian keluhan gejala MSDs menggunakan metode ROSAmenunjukan hasil yang bervariasi, yaitu skor akhir ROSA 1-4 (tindakan perbaikan tidakdiperlukan sesegera mungkin) bdan 5-10 (tindakan perbaiakn diperlukan sesegera mungkin).Hasil obseravasi keluhan gejala MSDs menunjukan 92 (87%) responden merasakan keluhanpada minimal satu area tubuhnya. Area tubuh yang paling banyak dikeluhkan adalah leher bagianatas (67%), pinggang (62%), dan leher bagian bawah (53%). Disarankan untuk melakukanpenyesuaian peralatan kerja dengan pekerja, melakukan peregangan di sela-sela pekerjaan, dansosialisasi pentingnya ergonomi pada pekerja.

Postur tubuh yang kurang nyaman saat melakukan pekerjaan dengan durasi yang lama dapat menyebabkan gangguan otot rangka akibat kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor risiko yang hubungan dengan terjadinya gejala gangguan otot rangka akibat kerja pada pekerja perkantoran di Instansi X tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dan metode penilaian postur tubuh pekerjan menggunakan metode Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA). Kemudian untuk penilaian keluhan gangguan otot rangka secara subjektif menggunakan NBM (Nordic Body Map). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat risiko keluhan gangguan otot rangka akibat kerja pada tingkat menengah maka perlu investigasi lebih lanjut untuk melakukan perbaikan. Penilaian menggunakan Nordic Body Map menghasilkan nilai sebesar 91,40% pekerja yang mengalami keluhan gangguan otot rangka akibat kerja. An uncomfortable posture when doing work for a long duration can cause work-related musculoskeletal disorders. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors associated with the occurrence of symptoms of work-related musculoskeletal disorders in office workers at Institution X in 2023. This study used a cross-sectional design and the occupational posture assessment Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method then to assess complaints of musculoskeletal disorders as a whole subjectively using the NBM (Nordic Body Map). The results showed that the level of risk of complaints of musculoskeletal disorders due to work at the intermediate level requires further investigation to make improvements. Pekerja di sektor perkantoran, khususnya industri penerbitan, seperti editor buku, setter, desainer grafis, dan staf administrasi rentan mengalami gangguan muskuloskeletal (MSD) akibat posisi kerja statis, penggunaan komputer yang intensif, dan desain workstation yang kurang ergonomis. Namun, penelitian mengenai ergonomi di industri penerbitan di Indonesia masih terbatas dan perlu dikaji lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor risiko ergonomi yang memengaruhi keluhan gangguan muskuloskeletal pada editor buku, setter, desainer grafis, dan staf administrasi di Penerbit X tahun 2025 serta memberikan rekomendasi kegiatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode proportional random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang didapatkan yaitu 86 orang. Untuk mengukur keluhan gangguan muskuloskeletal menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM), dan untuk mengukur postur kerja menggunakan Rapid Rapid Office Strain Assesment (ROSA). Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-square dengan nilai p <0,05. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat 54,7% responden mengalami keluhan gangguan muskuloskeletal. Keluhan terbanyak yang dirasakan responden yaitu daerah leher (85%), bahu (69%), punggung bawah (67%), punggung atas (60%), dan pergelangan tangan (52%). Sebagian besar skor ROSA responden <5, tetapi masih ada responden yang mendapatkan skor ≥5 (26,7%). Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara usia responden (>28 tahun) dan keluhan gangguan muskuloskeletal, dengan nilai p = 0,041. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara postur kerja dan keluhan gangguan muskuloskeletal (p = 0,016). Masa kerja responden (>5 tahun) juga berhubungan dengan keluhan gangguan muskuloskeletal (p = 0,004). Selanjutnya, ditemukan pula hubungan antara kepuasan kerja responden dan keluhan gangguan muskuloskeletal, dengan nilai p = 0,034. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keluhan gangguan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja di Penerbit X berhubungan dengan usia, postur kerja, masa kerja, dan kepuasan kerja.
Office workers, particularly those in the publishing industry such as book editors, setters, designers, and administrative staff, are prone to experiencing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) due to static working postures, intensive computer use, and poorly designed workstations. However, research on ergonomics in the publishing industry in Indonesia remains limited and requires further investigation. This study aims to analyze ergonomic risk factors that influence musculoskeletal complaints among book editors, setters, designers, and administrative staff at Publisher X in 2025, and to provide recommended interventions. This research employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design. Samples were selected using proportional random sampling, resulting in a total of 86 respondents. Musculoskeletal complaints were measured using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire, while working postures were assessed using the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method. Data were analyzed using the Chi-square test with a significance level of p < 0.05. The results showed that 54.7% of respondents reported musculoskeletal complaints. The most frequently reported areas of discomfort were the neck (85%), shoulders (69%), lower back (67%), upper back (60%), and wrists (52%). Although most respondents had ROSA scores of less than 5, there were still some respondents with scores ≥5 (26.7%). This study found a significant association between respondents' age (>28 years) and musculoskeletal complaints, with a p-value of 0.041. Additionally, there was a significant relationship between working posture and musculoskeletal complaints (p = 0.016). The respondents’ length of service (>5 years) was also significantly associated with musculoskeletal complaints (p = 0.004). Furthermore, job satisfaction was found to be significantly related to musculoskeletal complaints (p = 0.034). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that musculoskeletal complaints among workers at Publisher X are associated with age, working posture, length of service, and job satisfaction.

Tujuan: Prevalensi gangguan otot rangka pada tenaga pekerja perkantoran sangat tinggi. Terjadinya masalah kesehatan ini berhubungan dengan beberapa faktor risiko. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prevalensi serta faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan gangguan otot dan rangka pada pekerja perkantoran di Instansi K tahun 2024. Metode: Sebanyak 145 pekerja perkantoran di Instansi K menjadi responden penelitian ini yang merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain cross sectional dengan menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Musculosceletal Questioner, Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA), COPSOQ III, serta kuesioner stres kerja untuk mengukur faktor individu, faktor organisasi pekerjaan, faktor biomekanik serta faktor psikososial terhadap 7 hari terakhir dan 12 bulan terakhir gangguan otot dan rangka pekerja perkantoran di Instansi K. Hasil: Sebanyak 90.3% pekerja mengalami gangguan otot dan rangka. Faktor-faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan gangguan otot dan rangka pada pekerja perkantoran di Instansi K antara lain:Jenis kelamin laki-laki (p=0.013), effort tinggi (p=0.003), reward rendah (p=0.001), over commitment tinggi (p=0.003) serta ROSA level perlu perhatian (p=0.002). Kesimpulan: Tingginya prevalensi gangguan otot dan rangka serta banyaknya faktor-faktor risiko yanng berhubungan dengan gangguan otot dan rangka tersebut membutuhkan adanya pengendalian dan penanggulanan segera untuk mengurangi serta mencegah terjadinya gangguan otot dan rangka pada pekerja perkantoran di Instansi K.
Objective: The prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in office workers is very high. The occurrence of this health problem is related to several risk factors. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the prevalence and risk factors associated with musculoskeletal disorders in office workers in Institution K in 2024. Method: 145 office workers in Institution K are respondents of this study, this study is a observational study with a cross sectional design. Using the Nordic Musculosceletal Questioner, Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA), COPSOQ III, and work stress questionnaires to measure individual factors, work organization factors, biomechanical factors and psychosocial factors in the last 7 days and last 12 months of muculoskeletal disorders in office workers at Institution K. Results: 90.3% of workers experienced musculoskeletal disorders. Risk factors associated with musculoskeletal disorders in office workers in Institution K include: Male gender (p=0.013), high effort (p=0.003), low reward (p=0.001), high over commitment (p=0.003) and ROSA warning level (p=0.002). Conclusion: The high prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders and the many risk factors associated with these musculoskeletal disorders require immediate control and mitigation to reduce and prevent the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders in office workers at Institution K.

Skripsi ini membahas terkait kesesuaian desain stasiun kerja, postur kerja dangambaran keluhan pada sistem otot rangka pada pengguna komputer di kantor pusatPT X Jakarta tahun 2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitiandeskriptif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional yaitu dilakukan dengan caramengobservasi kesesuaian desain stasiun kerja (kursi, meja, monitor, keyboard danmouse, dan telepon) dengan standar yang berlaku (OSHA) menggunakan alat ukurberupa checklist, observasi postur kerja dan menilai tingkat risiko ergonomipengguna komputer menggunakan metode ROSA (Rapid Office StrainAssessment), melihat gambaran keluhan pada sistem otot rangka dengan melakukanwawancara dan pengisian kuesioner CMDQ (Cornell Musculoskeletal DiscomfortQuestionnaire). Sehingga dari hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai acuantindakan perbaikan dan pengendalian berdasarkan hirarki pengendalian risikoterhadap ketidaksesuaian desain stasiun kerja dan postur kerja serta masalahkeluhan pada sistem otot rangka yang dialami oleh karyawan.
