This study aims to analyze approprietness of work posture, work equipment, and workstationthat cause the symptoms of MSDs complaints of computer users Head Office PT X. Designstudy is cross sectional. All of the data collected in these study are derived from primary data ofobservation results in the form of workm posture, work equipment, and workstation. The resultsstudy showed there were discrepancies in some of work posture while work, work equipmentused, and workstation. The results of the symptoms MSDs complaints use ROSA methodsshowed variying results, that are the ROSA final score 1-4 (further assessment not immediatelyrequired) and 5-10 (further assessment required as soon as possible). The observation resluts ofthe symptoms MSDs complaints showed 92 (87%) of respondents feel there are complaints atone area of the body. Many areas of the body most complaints are upper neck (67%), lumbar(62%), and lower neck (53%). It is recommended to make adjustments of work equipment byworkers, doing stretching on the side lines job, and socialization importance of ergonomics toworkers.

PT XYZ is a manufacturing industry which has production process that produces heat and potentially cause heat stress for workers. The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to the level of subjective complaints due to heat stress among workers in soybean fermentation and cooking area. This study performed on 55 workers using cross sectional descriptive study design. Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) were used to quantify risk of heat stress. Questionnaires assessed worker's subjective complaints from heat stress. Results showed WBGT index in the average area are 27,35°C - 32,29°C. About 70,9% respondents experienced heat stress and 54,5% suffered minor complaints. The most subjective complaints were excessive sweating (67,3%) and feeling thirsty (50,9%). Factors related to the level of subjective complaints were heat stress (p value= 0,001) and workload (p value= 0,019). Hence, the recommendation such as engineering, administrative, and personal control are needed to minimize the subjective complaints and adverse health effect of heat stress.

This thesis describe gamma radiation hazard and airborne radioactivity level of alpha , beta in Radiometalurgy Installation, whole body radiation dose of radiation workers in 2001-2010, subjective health complaints of workers due to work activities, subjective health complaint of workers due to work activities, subjective health complaints of workers related early symptoms of cancer anc history of cancer among radiation workers. This study is a cross-sectional study with descriptive design. This research found that the highest exposure to gamma radiation was 68.1 μSv/hour, the highest levels of alpha radioactivity was 7.299 Bq/m3, the highest levels of beta radioactivity was 217.475 Bq/m 3 . Levels of air radioactivity in the zone II laboratory exceeds the provisions required. the highest of dose accumulation was 3.9 mSv which is under the limit dose. Radiation workers do not have early symptoms of cancer-related information that must be tackled immediately. There are radiation workers who had suffered breast cancer and radiation workers who had surgery lump in the back. Not to be inferred relationship of radiation dose to cancer in workers. There was no relationship between work sites with worker radiation doses. Advice from research is necessary to optimize enginering Conrol and administrative control in the control of radiation at the installation. Necessary procurement alpha beta continous aerosol monitor. Need to do more research involving more variable that has not been covered and the data for longer durations. Key Words: Radiation, Radioactivity, Health complaints
The construction of the Jabodebek Light Rail Transit (LRT) Depo has an area of about 12 ha of which 80% of the area is an open area (exposed to heat). The mechanism of heat stress occurs due to a combination of environmental factors, job factors, and job characteristics. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design that was conducted in August 2021 with 185 respondents (126 outdoor workers and 59 indoor workers). The results showed that the outdoor WBGT index was in the range of 25.9º C - 33.1º C with an average of 29.4º C and indoor WBGT was between 25.9º C - 35.3º C with an average of 30.4º C. After observing and calculating the workload, work patterns and clothing correction factors referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Health number 70 of 2016, it is known that 100% of research respondents experienced heat stress events. In outdoor workers, 56.35% felt mild complaints and 43.65% felt severe complaints. The highest percentage of perceived health complaints/disorders were infrequent urination (98.41%), weakness (88.89%), and a lot of sweating (85.71%). Meanwhile, for indoor workers, 67.80% felt mild complaints and 32.20% felt severe complaints. The highest percentage of perceived health complaints/disorders were lack of concentration (62.71%), lower leg muscle cramps (57.63%) and arm muscle cramps (55.93%). Based on this, it is necessary to carry out various efforts to control heat exposure in the Jabodebek LRT depot development project in order to minimize the impact of complaints/health problems on workers so that workers do not suffer from Heat Related Symptoms.

This thesis aims to determine the description of ergonomic risk factors for the emergence of MSDs on crane operators in the finishing area of PT. Jakarta Cakratunggal Steel Mills. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using the Quick Exposure Check method and the Nordic Body Map to find out the subjective complaints of MSDs on workers. Based on the assessment using the Quick Expossure Checklist (QEC) on work activities it has a score of 66% so that it enters a moderate level of risk and further research is needed and changes are made. Overall operators (100%) felt complaints of MSDs with the most common complaints on the neck, left shoulder, right shoulder, left thigh, right thigh. This is due to the awkward position caused by the demands of duty as a crane operator and the equipment factor used by the operator. Improving the design of work equipment in accordance with the anthropology of workers, providing information related to ergonomics in the workplace and socialization can be a way to prevent the high risk of ergonomics in crane operator area finishing workers.
