Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh rumah sakit adalah kurang baiknya kinerja perawat rumah sakit sebanyak 47,3% dan berdasarkan hasil survey kepuasan pegawai masih banyak terdapat pegawai merasa tidak puas terhadap kinerjanya selama di rumah sakit. Masalah mengenai kinerja perawat yang buruk perlu dilakukan penilaian kinerja, salah satu sistem penilaian kinerja dapat menggunakan instrumen Quality of Work Life. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Quality of Work Life dengan Kinerja Perawat PNS di Instalasi Rawat Inap RS. Bhayangkara TK I Raden Said Sukanto Tahun 2011. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional terhadap total populasi perawat. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan terdapat dua variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat yaitu keterlibatan karyawan dan rasa bangga terhadap pekerjaan. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa pernyataan perawat yang dapat menjadi masukan bagi rumah sakit meliputi: kurang dilibatkannya perawat dalam pengambilan keputusan, kurangnya kompensasi yang seimbang, beban kerja cukup berat, kurangbangganya perawat terhadap pekerjaannya, kurang memadainya pengembangan karir, kurang baiknya penyelesaian masalah dan komunikasi belum berjalan dengan baik. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah agar perawat dapat dilibatkan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan dimintakan ide-ide dari tiap perawat sebagai masukan. Juga dengan membangun rasa bangga terhadap pekerjaan dengan peningkatan pelayanan terhadap pasien. Peningkatan pelayanan terhadap pasien bisa dengan lebih peduli terhadap pemberian insentif yang sesuai dengan beban kerjanya, pemberian beban kerja sesuai dengan uraian tugas atau asuhan keperawatan yang jelas, pengembangan karir pegawai / perawat, penyelesaian masalah yang cepat tanggap dan komunikasi yang efektif antar rekan kerja dan juga dengan pasien. The problem faced by hospital is bad performance of nurses (47,3%) and bases on the staff’s job satisfaction there are a lot of staff’s felt dissatisfy performance in hospital. Therefore, it needs to do performance appraisal, can be done by using Quality of Work Life instrument. This research intent to know relationship Quality of Work Life with nurse performance in Inpatient ward at Hospital of Bhayangkara TK I Raden said Sukanto. This research utilize quantitative method with cross sectional design to the total nurse population. The show results there are two variables have relationship with nurse performance whice are employee imvolvement and the pride of their job. Besides, there are some nurses statements that cans become input for hospital management: lack of involvement of nurses in decision making process, imbalance of compensation, quite heavy work load, lack of pride of their job, inadequate career development, improper problem solving process and ineffective communication. This study suggests to involve the nurses in decision making process, gain ideas from nurses, increase the pride of the job by improving services to patient. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian proses keperawatan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Analisa data menggunakan uji Anova, regresi linier ganda dan General linier model multivariate.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama skor kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian pengkajian, disgnosa, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi memang dipengaruhi umur, lama kerja, pendidikan, status pernikahan, status kepegawaian, persepsi seorang perawat terhadap kepemimpinan, hubungan antar kelompok, desain kerja, imbalan, fasilitas kerja, struktur organisasi, supervisi dan penghargaan.
Berdasar pada hasil penelitian, untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian proses keperawatan, pihak manajemen rumah sakit perlu untuk membuat suatu kebijakan yang dapat mengakomodir peningkatan kemampuan setiap perawat melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan. Serta menciptakan situasi dan kondisi yang dapat memotivasi perawat untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya seperti supervisi, imbalan, penghargaan dan jenjang karir.
Analysis of Factors that Influenced Nurse Performance in Nursing Process Documentation at Inpatient Room, Koja General District HospitalTo fulfill the clinical purposes of nursing, a nurse does nursing process. Quality of nursing care is an output of how effective and efficiency a nurse does their nursing process. The nurse performance appraisal within documentation nursing process seems to be the important way to get nurse performance on nursing process.
The objective of this study is to get information about nurse performance on nursing process documentation and its influenced factors. This study is a quantitative method with cross sectional study. Data analysis using Anova test, multiple linier regression and multivariate General Linier Model.
The study showed that nurse performance score in documentation nursing assessment, diagnosis, care plan, implementation and care evaluation as a combined dependent variable influenced by age, tenure, educational background, marital status, employment status, leadership, peer relationship, salary, supervision, organizational structure, work design, work facility and reward.
Based on study result, to increase the nurse performance, it is suggested that the management of Koja General District Hospital needs to make a policy that ensure all employee so that they can develop their abilities through education and training and create a conclusive situation that motivate employee to do their best performance such as supervision, salary, reward and career path.
Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit menduduki porsi yang sangat besar, dimana perawat berada selama 24 jam disisi pasien (Bed side nursing) dengan memberikan pelayanan keperawatan secara terus menerus, oleh sebab itu perawat perlu meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan secara professional dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan, baik secara individu maupun secara tine.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang kinerja perawat khususnya di Ruang Rawat Inap Penyakit Dalam Instalasi Non Bedah Dewasa Rurnah Sakit Umum Mohammad Hoesin Palembang, dan hal-hai apa saja yang menyebabkan masih belum baik kinerja tenaga perawat tersebut.. Ruang lingkup pembahasan adalah dari karakteristik individu yang melipuli umur, tingkat penddikan, masa kerja dan jumlah anak, serta karakteristik organisasi vaitu sarana. supervise dan imbalan. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan mempergunakan kerangka konsep Gibson yang dimodifikasi sebagai acuannya.
Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh garnbaran kinerja perawat yang masih belum balk khususnya di Ruang Rawat Inap Penyakit Dalam Instalasi Non Bedah Dewasa RSMH. Hal ini disebabkan oleh karma perawat senior dan junior kurang memahami secara konseptual tentang standar asuhan keperawatan dan kaitannya dengan profesionlisme dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan, Disamping itu masih kurangnya peralalatan medis dan non medis serta tenaga keperawatan bila dibandingkan dengan tempat tidur yang tersedia atau jumlah pasien yang dirawat.
Saran yang diajukan adalah agar pihak rumah sakit selalu melakukan evaluasi secararutin tentang pelaksanaan Standar Asuhan Keperawatan (SAK) dan menindak lanjuti pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut dan memberikan sanksi bagi perawat yang lalai dalam penerapan SAK serta memberikan reward bagi perawat yang disiplin dalam penerapan SAK. Selain itu selalu ber-upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat dengan jalan mengadakan pelatihan atau bimbingan teknis dan pengawasan terliadap sistim pelaporan, sehingga dari tahap awal (pengkajian keperawatan) perawat sudah memperhatikan pentingnya data dasar dari setiap penderita yang dirawat di RSMH Palembang.
Analysis On Nurse Performance In Internist Ward Of Adult Non-Surgical Instalation Of Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang Year 2003 Quality nursing care is assurance to client satisfaction received the service improving nursing care in hospital is closely related to the improvement of hospital performance, all under the hospital management arrangement. To achieve that, quality personnel performance as human resources plays important role as to improve hospital productivity.
It is known that nursing care in hospital places huge portion of the overall care in hospital, where nurse is available for 24 hours (bed side nursing), providing nursing care continuously, thus nurses should improve their ability and skill professionally in providing nursing care both as an individual or as a team.
The aim of this study is to obtain information on nurse performance particularly that work in internist ward non-surgical installation of Mohammad Hoesin Palembang, as well as factors related to nurse performance. The scope of this study is individual characteristics including age, education level, length of work, and number of child and organizational characteristics including facilities, supervision, and reward. Design of this study is qualitative study using observation technique and in-depth interview framed by modified Gibson conceptual framework.
Result of this study showed that nurse performance was not good. This was caused by poor understanding among nurses about nursing care standard concept and its relation to professionalism in providing nursing care. Besides, lack of medical and non-medical facilities and lack of nurse personnel compare to number of bed or number of patient was obvious.
It is suggested to the hospital to routinely conduct evaluation on implementation of nursing care standard (SAK) and to follow up that implementation by giving sanction to nurses who are unable to implement SAK and providing reward to those nurses who are discipline to implement SAK. Other effort to improve nurse performance such as training, technical assistance, and monitoring the reporting system should be embarked as to being considerate about the importance of basic data of each patient entering the RSMH Palembang since the earliest stage (nursing review).

This study discusses teh relationship between quality of work life and nurses performance in inpatient ward, in Leuwiliang Hospital, 2015. This is a quantitatife study with cross-sectional study design, using questionnaires and total sample of 84 nurses. The result showed that nurse involvment and problems solution are the factors related significantly with nuses performance. This study suggested that Leuwiliang Hospital should increase the involvement of nurses, so that it will improve the performance of nurses three times higher compared with the nurses who were not involved in the work

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the relationship between quality of work life component with nurses performance component in Ichsan Medical Center Hospital in Year 2012. This thesis is analytic descriptive investigation with Cross Sectional Study approach with 36 sample o f nurses. Data collection is done by using questioner. Data analysis is done by using univariat and bivariat with computerization. Chi-square statistic test is used to investigate the relationship, with level of significance p 0,05.
