The purpose of this study to find out influence of leadership (pursuant tofunction taker of decision, supervisor function, function of actuating andmotivator function) and compensation (pursuant to wage and salary, incentive,facility and subsidy) to officer performance of Public Health Service Sub-Province of Lebong Provinsi Bengkulu at 2014. This research use quantitativemethod with sectional cross desain. Sample in this study all are of the employeesin health lebong 90 person. Sampling taken by using method of random sampling(sampling probability).The most Influence factor to officer performance of Public Health ServiceSub-Province of Lebong is compensation pursuant to wage and salary (Beta=0,533). Result of research that performance officer of Public Health Service Sub-Province of Lebong Provinsi Bengkulu at 2014 have performance with goodcategory. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palangka Raya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei cross-sectional dengan menggunakan kuesioner penilaian kinerja berdasarkan metoda penilaian sendiri dan metoda 360° yang dimodifikasi. Populasi dan sampel adalah semua Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palangka Raya sebanyak 69 orang. Dari 10 unsur penilaian kinerja, ada 6 (enam) unsur yang telah terbukti tidak memiliki perbedaan yang bermakna yaitu pengetahuan terhadap pekerjaan, kuantitas kerja, kualitas kerja, kreativitas, kemauan belajar dan inisiatif, dan komunikasi, sementara 4 (empat) unsur lainnya seperti kerjasama, integritas, disiplin kerja, dan kepemimpinan memiliki perbedaan yang bermakna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diperlukan perbaikan manajemen dan peningkatan efektivitas kepemimpinan di lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palangka Raya.
This study aims to determine the Performance of Employee of Palangka Raya Municipality Health Office. This type of research is a cross-sectional survey using modified questionnaires of performance asssessment based on self assessment and 360° methods. Population and sample are all Civil Servants of Palangka Raya Municipality Health Office as many as 69 persons. Of the 10 elements of performance assessment, there are 6 (six) elements that have been proved no significant difference such as knowledge of work, quantity of work, quality of work, creativity, willingness to learn and initiative, and communication, while 4 (four) other elements like cooperation, integrity, work discipline, and leadership have significant differences. Based on the results of this study, improved management and increased effectiveness of environmental leadership are needed in Palangka Raya Municipality Health Office.

The Health Service as a Regional Apparatus Organization (RAO) is responsible for the health sector to achieve Minimum Service Standard (SPM) indicators every year. To meet the current increasing need for public health services, the Health Service can continue to improve its performance both in terms of human resources and organizational factors. Employee behavior is one of the factors that supports organizational success, both seen from employee knowledge and attitudes towards achieving SPM. Organizational readiness is one tool that Malcolm Baldrige can use Assessments include: leadership; planning strategy; customer focused; assessment, analysis, and knowledge management; focus on workers; management process; and result. The research was conducted to see a picture of the relationship between employee behavior and organizational factors and the performance of achieving minimum service standards. Quantitative research method, cross-sectional design, by filling out a questionnaire using Google Form by 232 respondents (employees). The research results show that all independent variables have a significant relationship with SPM performance. Measurement variables, Analysis, Management Knowledge bivariate (p = 0.0001; OR = 46.12; 95% CI = 21.29 – 99.91) and multivariate (p = 0.0001; OR = 8.288; 95% CI ) is the dominant variable related to the performance of the Sibolga City Health Office. Malcolm Baldrige's total criteria score on the performance results of the Sibolga Health Service obtained results at the Excellent level in the Benchamark Leader position.
A conducive working environment affects the quality of working life and can form qualityhuman resources and support the improvement of service quality. The purpose of thisstudy is to analyze the relationship of quality of work life to employee performance inRSUD Ogan Ilir District. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectionaldesign on 315 employees both civil servants and freelancer. The analyzes were univariate,bivariate with chi square and multivariate statistic test with multiple logistic regressionof predictive determinant model.The result of the study shows that the quality of working life is still lacking, especiallythe pride of the hospital, the involvement participation of employees and the facilitiesobtained. Similarly, employee performance, of 315 there are 164 employees 51.1 withless performance. The result of the statistic test shows that the involvement participationof employees and facilities obtained has a significant relationship to the performance ofemployees. Further analysis found 3 components that affect employee performance is theinvolvement participation of employees, facilities obtained and safety of the workenvironment. The most dominant component is the facility obtained with an OR of 2.670.From the research, it is hoped that the RSUD of Ogan Ilir Regency can form a team ofemployees representing all fields, improve the system of maintaining hospital facilities,provide training and seminars, budgeting specifically for improvement of safety systemby adding personal protective equipment, forming a special team that pay attention andsupervise the safety and health of employees who are covered by SPI Internal ControlUnit and reactivate the hospital 39 s SPI.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus Analisis Ketersediaan tenaga ATLM dan upaya pemenuhan Tenaga Ahli Teknologi Laboratorium Medik (Atlm) Puskesmas di Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten Tahun 2023. Desain ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari secara mendalam tentang kejadian yang terjadi dalam konteks tertentu. Dengan menggunakan berbagai bukti, penelitian ini akan menggali informasi yang detail dan lengkap mengenai suatu kasus. Studi kasus memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengeksplorasi kejadian dengan mendalam, terbatas pada lokasi dan waktu tertentu, dan menyajikan informasi secara deskriptif. Hasil didapatkan dari 43 Puskesmas di level Kabupaten ada 28 Puskesmas yang belum memiliki tenaga ATLM sehingga belum memenuhi kesesuaian standar PMK 43 tahun 2019, hanya 15 Puskesmas yang memiliki tenaga ATLM dan baru 7 Puskesmas yang memiliki tenaga yang lengkap yakni 9 jenis tenaga. Perencanaan yang baik terhadap ketersediaan dan upaya pemenuhan tenaga diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu solusi untuk pemenuhan tenaga ATLM.

(Permenkes Number 42 of 2015.pdf, t.t.) The aim of the research is to see a picture of the availability of ATLM personnel and efforts to fulfill ATLM personnel. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study design, analysis of the availability of ATLM personnel and efforts to fulfill medical laboratory technology experts (ATLM) for health centers in Lebak Regency, Banten Province in 2023. This design aims to study in depth about events that occur in a certain context. By using various evidence, this research will dig up detailed and complete information about a case. Case studies allow researchers to explore events in depth, are limited to a specific location and time, and present information descriptively. The results obtained from 43 Community Health Centers at the Regency level, there are 28 Community Health Centers that do not have ATLM staff so they do not meet the 2019 PMK 43 standards, only 15 Community Health Centers have ATLM staff and only 7 Community Health Centers have complete staff, namely 9 types of staff. It is hoped that good planning regarding the availability and efforts to fulfill personnel can be one of the solutions for fulfilling ATLM personnel.

Tesis ini membahas kesiapan puskesmas di Kabupaten Ketapang dalam menyongsongImplementasi Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional 2014 nanti. Penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dilengkapi dengan wawancara.Dari hasil analisis variabel penelitian didapatkan bahwa tidak ada puskesmas yangsiap dilihat dari dimensi utilisasi dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitimenyarankan agar Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Ketapang menambah sumber dayapuskesmas seperti tenaga kesehatan inti yaitu dokter, dokter gigi, perawat, dan bidan;juga peralatan dan obat pelayanan kesehatan dasar; dengan melakukan advokasi kepemerintah daerah untuk menambah anggaran kesehatan.
ABSTRACT
Readiness in order to facing the implementation of the National Health Insurance2014. This study was a quantitative research with cross sectional design featuresinterview with key informants. From the analysis of the study variables mentionedthat no primary health care is ready viewed from the dimensions of utilization andquality of health services. Researchers suggested that the health departement inKetapang Regency to adds resources center specially for the core professional suchas doctors, dentists, nurses, and midwives; other things is also for equipment andprimary health care medicines; by advocating to local governments for increase thehealth budget.
This thesis discusses the Evaluation of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office's Strategic Plan for 2017-2022 on Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in the Health Sector on Health Service Indicators for Hypertension Sufferers. This research is a qualitative research with non-experimental design. The results of the research on Implementation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in the Health Sector on hypertension service indicators which experienced a significant increase in the DKI Jakarta strategic plan for 2017-2022 in the structural factors that play the most role in increasing this significant achievement are the form of scheduled programs such as posbindu and KPLDH activities as well as activities regional strategies carried out in markets, trans jakarta, parks and the MRT, then there is also cross-sector cooperation such as the Social Service, the Education Office and the Manpower and Transmigration Office. Then the results of the study suggest that the DKI Jakarta Health Office can formulate policies related to hypertension services that are separate from other programs, including the hypertension MSS health financing policy as a mandatory regulation in terms of compiling unit costs for each service component as the basis for the formulation of hypertension MSS costing. Then strengthening cross-sectoral policies and programs in an effort to expand the scope of MSS services, especially hypertension through a collaborative approach, as well as providing education and socialization to the public about the importance of carrying out routine checks related to hypertension.
