Sharia hospital is a hospital that carries out all activities, both patient care and management based on the principles of Maqashid Al-Shari'ah. This study aims to determine the relationship between quality indicators and minimum service standards of Sharia Hospital on the performance of Medical Check-Up (MCU) services at YARSI Hospital Jakarta. The design used in this research is a mixed methods research in a cross-sectional way. From the results of the study, it was found that the compliance of officers in identifying patients, compliance by officers in washing hands 6 steps 5 moments, hijab (veil, patient clothes, or cloth) for patients, installation of an ECG according to gender, reminding patients to pray, and gharar (uncertainty) had a relationship with the performance of MCU services after Sharia certification at YARSI Hospital Jakarta in the form of extending MCU service time, preventing infection to MCU patients, preventing contamination, reducing doubts in action, being on time, and no parties feeling aggrieved. It is recommended to YARSI Hospital Jakarta, especially at the MCU installation so that the flow of MCU patient care is followed by all MCU officers, regular briefings for uniformity of MCU services, and giving rewards/punishments to MCU officers.
Maqashid sharia is the concept of recognizing, understanding and reaping the wisdom contained in the Alquran and Alhadist that Allah SWT sent to humanity so that humans are always on their way. The implementation of maqhasid sharia in health services can be seen from adherence to Islamic laws in the management of hospitals or other health services. The great Sultan Islamic Hospital has implemented the principle of maqhasid sharia in every activity since it was established as a sharia hospital in 2016. The study was conducted to determine the extent of the relationship between the minimum service standards of Sharia Hospital and Shariah Compulsory Quality Indicators on the implementation of Islamic prayer at the Islamic Hospital Sultan Agung Semarang. The design of this study uses mixed methods with a quantitative and qualitative study approach. Data analysis in univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between the minimum service standards of sharia hospitals and mandatory sharia quality indicators with the implementation of the Islamic Shariah law. and the operating schedule is the most dominant factor in the implementation of the Maqhasid Sharia. It is recommended that the Hospital need to monitor the patient's knowledge to determine the extent to which they understand the application of sharia hospitals, to improve education optimally by health workers and to add a Shariah-specific general infomed concent to patients to know the rights and obligations of patients in sharia
Penelitian ini mengenai rencana strategi pemasaran Instalasi Medical Check Up Kesehatan Jiwa Tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian operasional dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini telah mengidentifikasi dan menguraikan situasi Instalasi Medical Check Up Kesehatan Jiwa dalam posisi tumbuh dan berkembang dimana strategi pemasaran yang direkomendasikan adalah optimalisasi kegiatan pemasaran yang didasarkan pada pengembangan riset dan analisa pasar. Untuk itu ditetapkan anggaran sebesar Rp.200 000,000, dengan harapan Instalasi Medical Check Up Kesehatan Jiwa akan mendapatkan jumlah kunjungan pemeriksaan sebagai Preventif Gangguan Jiwa pada tahun 2014 sekitar 20%. Disarankan agar Instalasi Medical Check Up Kesehatan Jiwa segera membuat rencana pengembangan riset dan analisa pemasaran untuk memulai kegiatan pemasarannya This research about marketing strategy plan of Mental Check Up Unit of Mental Health Soehartoo Heerdjan Year 2013 This research type is operational research with qualitative method approach. This research has identified and elaborates situation of Mental Check Up Unit in grow and build position while marketing strategy recommended is optimalisation of marketing activity based on by propagation of research and market analysis. For the purpose is specified budget equal to IDR. 200.000,000 on the chance of Mental Check Up Unit for Mental disorder preventive increased patient visits at 2014 around 20%. Suggested that Mental Check Up unit soon blocks in expansion of research and marketing analysis to start the marketing activity.
Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara variabel indikator kinerja mutu pelayanan, kepedulian kepada masyarakat, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dengan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap 14 rumah sakit vertikal di indonesia. Untuk melihat kinerja dan hubungan di antara indikator-indikator tersebut, digunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji korelasi regresi dengan bootstrapping. Selain itu, dilakukan pula pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam. Dari hasil penilaian kinerja, didapatkan sebagian dari sasaran strategik belum mencapai nilai optimum.
This study examines relationship between the variables of service quality performance indicators, public awareness and concern for the environment and customer satisfaction among 14 vertical hospitals in Indonesia. To see the performance and the relationship between these indicators, used descriptive analysis and correlation regression with bootstrapping. In addition, a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews was also applied. Performance evaluation resultes obtained from a portion of the strategic objectives have not yet reached the optimum value.
Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui pelaksanaan standar pelayannan minimal pada RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi bagian rawat inap dan hambatanhambatan yang terjadi dalam pelayanannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dari informan terpilih yang terkait dalam pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Minimal di RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari segi SOP khususnya pada rawat inap sudah terlihat kelengkapannya akan tetapi banyak tindakan yang tidak sesuai dengan SOP, sedangkan dari SDM memang suatu dilema rumah sakit pemerintah daerah yang kekurangan untuk tenaga ahlinya, dan dari segi sarana dan prasarana sudah cukup memadai, tetapi masih kurang dari sistem pemeliharaannya. Sehingga kesimpulannya, pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Minimal di RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal, karena keadaan rumah sakit yang masih sedikit banyak mempunyai kelemahan dan kekurangan yaitu baik dari segi SOP, SDM, dan juga sarana dan prasarana. Saran peneliti bagi RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi diharapkan dapat lebih bekerja sama dan melakukan koordinasi yang baik dengan pihak Pemerintah Daerah agar dapat dicarikan solusi yang terbaik, dan diharapkan RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi membuat SPM yang sesuai dengan keadaan dan kemampuan RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi dan direvisi serta ditingkatkan secara bertahap sesuai dengan ketentuan Departemen Kesehatan.
This study aimed to know the implementation of minimum service standard in General Hospitals Kabupaten Bekasi installation of inpatient care and obstacles that occur in the implementation. This study uses a quality approach with conduct and depth interviews with selected informants involved in the implementation of Minimum Service Standard in General Hospitals Kabupaten Bekasi. The results showed that in terms of the SOP specifically on the completeness of hospitalization would have seen but that a lot of action does not comply with the SOP, while the human resources is an issue that local government hospitals for lack of expertise, and in terms of facilities and infrastructure is adequate, but still less of system maintenance. So in summary, the implementation of Minimum Service Standards in General Hospitals Kabupaten Bekasi not optimally implemented, because the state hospital which is still a bit much to have weaknesses and shortcomings, namely in terms of SOP, Human Resources, and also the facilities and infrastructure. Researchers suggest the General Hospitals Kabupaten Bekasi is expected to more work together and do a good coordination with the local governments in order to find the best solution, and hoped to make Minimum Service Standards in General Hospitals Kabupaten Bekasi appropriate to the circumstances and the ability of General Hospitals Kabupaten Bekasi and revised and improved gradually in accordance with the provisions of the Health Department.
Thesis Title : The Impact of Implementation of Shariah Hospital Certificationon Hospital Performance in Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan AgungHospital performance represents quality improvement efforts in servicedelivery. This paper studies the impact of Shariah Hospital Certification onhospital performance in RSI Sultan Agung after one year of implementation.Mixed method of quantitative and qualitative techniques are used, using indicatorsfrom Performance Assessment Tools for Quality Improvements in Hospitals(PATH). Data obtained after one year of implementation are compared to the databefore the implementation. Findings from the research reveals significantimprovements in 10 out of 14 indicators. Positive impacts are observed inindicators related to efficiency, employee focus and patient centeredness. Hospitalperformance are improved by means of establishing quality work culture amongemployees through implementation of shariah values.Keywords:Shariah Hospital Certification, hospital performance, service qualityimprovement.
ABSTRAK Nama : Effie Kartikarini Program Studi : Kajian Administrasi Rumah Sakit Judul : Rencana Bisnis Unit Medical Check Up Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak Tahun 2016 s/d 2020 Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu usaha di bidang jasa adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelengarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna, yang tidak bisa meninggalkan aspek komersial disamping peran sosialnya. Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak (RSMC) adalah salah satu rumah sakit pemerintah tipe B dibawah naungan TNI AL, berdasarkan Perkasal/114/XII/2009 maka RSMC diberikan keleluasaan untuk menerima dan mengelola pasien umum. Saat ini RSMC akan mengembangkan unit Medical Check Up dengan memanfaatkan sarana dan prasarana, serta SDM yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk merumuskan suatu rencana bisnis unit medical check up Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak tahun 2016 s/d 2020, sebagai produk layanan kesehatan yang akan dikembangkan di Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak. Ruang lingkup dari penelitian ini adalah Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak Jl. Raya Cilandak KKO Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan dengan menganalisis lingkungan eksternal dan lingkungan internal dalam upaya pemasaran dan pengembangan produk unit medical check up. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan mulai bulan Mei sampai dengan Juni 2016. Hasil dari penelitian antara lain : faktor eksternal yang menjadi peluang adalah peraturan tentang Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan PNBP Yanmasum mendukung terhadap pelayanan pasien umum , letak RS yang strategis, banyaknya tenaga kerja dan perusahaan, peningkatan PDRB, teknologi yang canggih, pelanggan dari perusahaan, dan struktur organisasi RS cukup baik. Sedangkan ancaman bagi unit MCU RSMC : perilaku pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala masih rendah, fasilitas dan jenis pemeriksaan RS pesaing, dan SIM RS belum terintegrasi. Faktor internal yang menjadi kekuatan adalah : sarana dan prasarana cukup bagus, SDM cukup lengkap, dan jenis pemeriksaan bervariasi. Kelemahan bagi unit : Belum adanya manajemen yang baik untuk unit MCU, Administrasi Keuangan belum tertata baik, dan pemasaran belum terencana secara khusus. Rencana bisnis yang disusun untuk unit MCU adalah: rencana organisasi antara lain berupa pemeliharaan dan peningkatan fasilitas kesehatan, rencana administratif antara lain berupa manajemen dan pegawai yang profesional, dan rencana pemasaran antara lain berupa penetapan harga sesuai dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan, serta peningkatan promosi untuk produk layanan MCU. Cilandak marine Hospital is one of governmenthospital accredited with B type under the shade of Indonesian Navy, in which based on Regulation of Chief of Naval /114/XII/2009 was extended a freedom to accept and organize public patient. . In the meantime Cilandak marine Hospital will develop Medical Unit Cheek up by utilize the existing facility and infrastructure and human resources. The aim of this research is to formulate a business plan for medical check up of Cilandak marine Hospital for 2016-2010 as medical service product that will be developed in Cilandak Marine Hospital. Scope of the research is Cilandak marine Hospital jl.Cilandak Raya KKO pasarMinggu South Jakarta by analyzing external and internal environment in the effort of marketing and developing unit product medical check up. The sample taking was conducted in may until June 2016. The result of the research among other : the external factor that become opportunities is regulation on Finance Organizing pattern PNBP Yanmasum( public community service) support to public patient services, strategic location of the hospital, the abundant of worker and company, the increasing of PDRB, the advance of technology, customer from corporate and the good structure of the hospital. Meanwhile, the threat to medical checkup unit of CMH: the habit of regular checkup still low, facilities and kind of checkup by competitor hospital, and SIM of the hospital that is not integrated yet. internal factor that become strength are : good condition of facilities and infrastructure , complete human resources, and the vary of medical check up. Weakness for this unit are: still no managemen so good for every unit of medical check up, disorderly administration of financial and unplanned marketing system.
