Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara variabel indikator kinerja mutu pelayanan, kepedulian kepada masyarakat, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dengan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap 14 rumah sakit vertikal di indonesia. Untuk melihat kinerja dan hubungan di antara indikator-indikator tersebut, digunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji korelasi regresi dengan bootstrapping. Selain itu, dilakukan pula pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam. Dari hasil penilaian kinerja, didapatkan sebagian dari sasaran strategik belum mencapai nilai optimum.
This study examines relationship between the variables of service quality performance indicators, public awareness and concern for the environment and customer satisfaction among 14 vertical hospitals in Indonesia. To see the performance and the relationship between these indicators, used descriptive analysis and correlation regression with bootstrapping. In addition, a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews was also applied. Performance evaluation resultes obtained from a portion of the strategic objectives have not yet reached the optimum value.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model Instrumen PenilaianKinerja Dokter Spesialis Obsgyn melalui Analisis Kinerja yang sesuai untukRSIA Budi Kemuliaan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan metode dananalisis kualitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan Dokter Spesialis Obsgyn dan stake holder yang terlibat dalam manajemen kinerja Dokter Spesialis Obsgyn diRSIA Budi Kemuliaan.
Penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan metode penyusunan instrumen penilaiankinerja yang valid yaitu dengan menggunakan Metode Nominal Group Technique. Sehingga didapatkan Form Penilaian Kinerja Dokter Spesialis Obsgyn, yang berisi 8 indikator kinerja kunci individu berbasis kompetensi dan diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan kerangka kerja kompetensi dari JCAHO, lengkap dengan standar, bobot, kriteria penilaian dan skoring untuk setiap indikator tersebut, yang sesuaiuntuk RSIA Budi Kemuliaan

Sharia hospital is a hospital that carries out all activities, both patient care and management based on the principles of Maqashid Al-Shari'ah. This study aims to determine the relationship between quality indicators and minimum service standards of Sharia Hospital on the performance of Medical Check-Up (MCU) services at YARSI Hospital Jakarta. The design used in this research is a mixed methods research in a cross-sectional way. From the results of the study, it was found that the compliance of officers in identifying patients, compliance by officers in washing hands 6 steps 5 moments, hijab (veil, patient clothes, or cloth) for patients, installation of an ECG according to gender, reminding patients to pray, and gharar (uncertainty) had a relationship with the performance of MCU services after Sharia certification at YARSI Hospital Jakarta in the form of extending MCU service time, preventing infection to MCU patients, preventing contamination, reducing doubts in action, being on time, and no parties feeling aggrieved. It is recommended to YARSI Hospital Jakarta, especially at the MCU installation so that the flow of MCU patient care is followed by all MCU officers, regular briefings for uniformity of MCU services, and giving rewards/punishments to MCU officers.
Program Orientasi Berbasis Kompetensi merupakan metode dalam program orientasi perawat baru. Penelitian descriptive correlational secara cross sectional bertujuan menganalisis Hubungan antara Kompetensi Pasca Orientasi dengan Kinerja Perawat Baru di RS X Jakarta Tahun 2013.
Hasil penelitian pada 127 perawat baru di RS X didapatkan perawat baru mempersepsikan kompetensi interpersonal baik (74.81%), kompetensi teknis baik (80.31%), kompetensi berpikir kritis baik (62.21%). Kinerja perawat baru mempersepsikan baik adalah 69,39%.
Analisis menunjukkan ada hubungan antara program orientasi berbasis kompetensi dengan kinerja perawat baru (pvalue= 0,000, CI: 0,336; 0,696). Variabel dominan berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat baru adalah kompetensi teknis. Kompetensi perawat baru membentuk perawat baru memiliki penampilan kerja profesional sehingga program ini penting diterapkan di setiap orientasi perawat baru.
Competency-based orientation program is a method of new nurse orientation programs. Research on cross-sectional descriptive correlational aimed to analyze the relationship of competency-based orientation program with the performance of new nurses at X Hospital, Jakarta in 2013.
Results for 127 new nurses in X Hospital, Jakarta new nurses get a good view of interpersonal competence (74.81%), good technical competence (80.31%), good competence in critical thinking (62.21%). New nurses to see better performance is 69,39%.
Analysis showed no relationship between competency-based orientation program with the performance of new nurses (p = 0.000, CI: 0.336, 0.696). The dominant variables associated with the performance of new nurses is technical competencies. Competence of new nurses to form a new nurse has a professional performance so that important programs applied in any orientation of new nurses.
