Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang berhubungan denganpemanfaatan program pelayanan rujuk balik pada peserta di PT Askes (Persero)Kantor Cabang Utama Jakarta Selatan tahun 2012 dengan menggunakan desainstudi cross sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner viatelepon. Tingkat partisipasi responden dalam penelitian ini sebesar 72,4%.Dukungan dokter dan dukungan keluarga mempunyai hubungan yang signifikandengan pemanfaatan program pelayanan rujuk balik, masing-masing dengan besarp value 0,016 dan 0,011. Variabel karakteristik, jarak tempuh dan waktu tempuhke PPK tingkat pertama serta dukungan PT Askes (Persero) dan dukungan teman tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan dalam pemanfaatan program pelayanan rujuk balik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan utilisasi (besaran klaim) rawat inap tingkat lanjutan peserta lansia di PT Askes (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Jakarta Selatan tahun 2012 dengan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengisi daftar isian dari data sekunder yang berupa data register klaim. Diagnosis, lama hari rawat, jenis rumah sakit, dan kelas perawatan mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan utilisasi (besaran klaim) rawat inap tingkat lanjutan, masing-masing dengan p-value 0,009, 0,001, 0,001 dan 0,001. Umur, jenis kelamin dan status kepesertaan tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan dengan utilisasi (besaran klaim) rawat inap tingkat lanjutan.
The purpose of this research is to examine factors associated with utilization (claim) of elderly’s secondary care inpatient at PT Askes (Persero) primary branch office at South Jakarta n 2012. This research applied cross sectional design. Data were collected from secondary sources, for example claim register data. Diagnosis, length of stay, type of hospitals, and the class of treatment have significant relation with the utilization of secondary care inpatient, each with p-value 0,009; 0,001; 0,001 and 0,001. The result of the research shows that age, sex, and membership status do not have significant relation with the utilization of secondary care inpatient.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan Program Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (Prolanis) di BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Jakarta Timur tahun 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan desain studi cross sectional. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah sebanyak 53,4% responden memiliki tingkat pemanfaatan yang tinggi dan 46,6% memiliki tingkat pemanfaatan yang rendah. Variabel yang ditemukan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan pemanfaatan Prolanis yaitu pendidikan, dukungan keluarga, dukungan dokter dan manfaat Prolanis, masing-masing dengan besar p value 0,015; 0,002; 0,025 dan 0,005. Sedangkan karakteristik umur, jenis kelamin, diagnosis medis, variabel jarak dan waktu tempuh, keseriusan, kerentanan penyakit dan hambatan Prolanis tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan dengan pemanfaatan Prolanis.

Abstrak:
JPK merupakan suatu program yang diselenggarakan oleh badan penyelenggaraasuransi sosial yaitu PT Jamsostek (Persero) dan diselenggarakan secaraterstruktur dan komprehensif. Program JPK Jamsostek menggunakan prinsipmanaged care. Program ini harus dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur pelayanankesehatan. Oleh karena itu, peserta program ini harus memahami dan mengikutiprosedur pelayanan kesehatan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh PT Jamsostek(Persero). Pada tahun 2012, PT Jamsostek (Persero) Kantor Cabang Gambirmembayarkan klaim perorangan rata-rata 75 klaim/bulan. Hal ini menandakanbahwa masih rendahnya pemahaman peserta JPK Jamsostek tentang prosedurpelayanan kesehatan PT Jamsostek (Persero).

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat pengetahuan calon peserta perorangan yang mendaftar di Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Utama Jakarta Pusat tentang sistem pendaftaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, penghasilan, sosialisasi langsung dan tidak langsung yang dilakukan oleh pihak BPJS Kesehatan serta hubungannya dengan tingkat pengetahuan calon peserta perorangan BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, responden yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kurang yaitu sebesar 55,2%. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara umur, pendidikan, penghasilan, dan sosialisasi tidak langsung dengan tingkat pengetahuan.

This research discusses the factors associated with knowledge level of individual potential participant regarding registration system in Central Jakarta main branch office of BPJS Kesehatan in 2015. This research aims to describe the age, sex, education, occupation, income, direct and indirect socialization conducted by BPJS Kesehatan, and determine its relationship with the knowledge level of individual potential participant. This is a quantitative research with cross-sectional study design. The result showed that 55.2% of respondents have less knowledge level. There were significant differences between age, education, income, and indirect socialization with the knowledge level.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui standar utilisasi pelayanan kesehatan Rawat Jalan Tingkat Pertama pada puskesmas dan dokter keluarga di Kota Bogor berdasarkan rate kunjungan dan rasio rujukan PPKitu sendiri. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross secsional yang dilakukan pada Desember 2013 dengan data sekunder dari laporan kunjungan dan rujukan PT. Askes (Persero) Kantor Cabang Bogor. Dari hasil didapat rata-rata rate kunjungan dan rasio rujukan puskesmas periode Januari hingga Juni 2013 adalah 14% dan 29%. Sedangkan rata-rata rate kunjungan dan rasio rujukan dokter keluarga periode Januari hingga Juni 2013 adalah 11 %dan 16 %.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas gambaran serta hubungan antara umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan, dan status kepesertaan dengan kepuasan peserta terhadap pelayanan Program Rujuk Balik di wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Utama Jakarta Selatan. Rancangan penelitian adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan kepuasan peserta PRB sebesar 51,0% dan menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pekerjaan dengan kepuasan peserta PRB.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran ketersediaan dokter, ketersediaan obat-obatan, fasilitas kesehatan, pemahaman dokter sebagai gatekeeper, pemahaman dokter tentang kapitasi, dan diagnosis medis terhadap kasus rujukan peserta Askes Sosial di Puskesmas Sumbersari Bantul tahun 2012.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan obat dan fasilitas kesehatan,rendahnya pemahaman dokter mengenai gatekeeper dan kapitasi, serta banyaknya pasien penyakit kronis menyebabkan kasus rujukan tinggi. Diperlukan ketegasan dokter untuk mengurangi kasus rujukan yang bukan berdasarkan indikasi medis serta koordinasi antara PT Askes, Dinas Kesehatan, dan puskesmas untuk menyediakan obat dan fasilitas kesehatan yang dibutuhkan di puskesmas.Kata kunci: Kasus rujukan, rujukan puskesmas, puskesmas sebagai gatekeeper ̧ kapitasi

Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Menggambarkan faktor-faktor terkait pelaksanaan rujukan PT Askes Cabang Jakarta Pusat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Senen dan Kecamatan Johar Baru Tahun 2012 dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Selain itu ditelaah beberapa aspek yang terkait dengan ketersediaan dokter, ketersediaan obat-obatan, kelengkapan fasilitas alat kesehatan, pemahaman petugas kesehatan sebagai gate keeper dan pemahaman pasien peserta askes tentang rujukan dan rujuk balik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jika ketersediaan obat dan kelengkapan fasilitas di puskemas kurang akan membuat kemungkinan pasien dirujuk ke PPK tingkat lanjut semakin besar, pengetahuan pasien akan layanan rujukan juga mempengaruhi keputusan pasien untuk dirujuk, semakin besar pengetahuan pasien, maka akan kecil kemungkinan pasien dirujuk dan sebaliknya semakin sedikit pengetahuan pasien, maka akan semakin besar pasien dirujuk.

Abstrak:
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran JKN badan usaha di BPJS Kesehatan KCU Jakarta Pusat Tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional melalui pendekatan kuantitatif serta didukung informasi kualitatif dari narasumber pada pembahasan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa badan usaha yang tidak patuh membayar iuran ada sebesar 44,9%. Sementara itu, didapatkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara riwayat kesehatan dalam jaminan kesehatan dengan kepatuhan pembayaran iuran JKN badan usaha.
ABSTRACT This study aims to discover the factors associated with firm compliance of Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Contribution Payment in Central Jakarta Main Branch Office of BPJS Kesehatan in 2014. This study uses cross-sectional study design with quantitative study and supported by qualitative information from informants. Based on the result of the study, it is known that there are 44,9% firms that do not comply contribution payment. Beside that, there is significant difference between membership history in health insurance with the firm compliance of Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) contribution payment.
