Dampak pademi COVID-19 hampir dirasakan oleh seluruh masyarakat di dunia tidak terkecuali profesi perawat. Perawat sering menghadapi stresor tinggi dalam usaha menyelamatkan pasien, melakukan pekerjaan rutin, berada di ruang kerja yang dirasa padat, frekuensi jumlah pasien yang tinggi, serta melakukan tindakan yang cepat untuk merespon kebutuhan pasien. Perawat profesional juga dituntut untuk bisa memberi layanan paripurna kepada klien. Kondisi yang kompleks ini dapat menimbulkan risiko burnout. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengAnalisis Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Burnout Perawat Puskesmas pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19 di Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode obsevasional analitik dengan rancangan cross-sectional dengan populasi sebanyak 245 perawat puskesmas di Kota Pekanbaru dan melalui metode cluster random sampling dan total sampling diperoleh sampel 6 puskesmas dengan 71 perawat. Analisis data menggunakan uji univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian didapatkan faktor demografi mencakup usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, status pernikahan, dan lama masa kerja serta organizational effort factor tidak berpengaruh terhadap burnout. sedangkan, individual effort factor dan work environtment berpengaruh terhadap burnout pada perawat. Didapatkan juga hasil 80,3% perawat di Kota Pekanbaru berada pada tingkat rendah berada pada kondisi burnout selama pandemi COVID-19, sedangkan 19,7% nya berada pada tingkat sedang. Menurunkan angka kejadian burnout dapat dilakukan dengan mempertahankan dukungan dari atasan, dukungan rekan kerja dan dengan mempertahankan suasana kerja yang nyaman serta tetap memperhatikan kemampuan individu perawat puskesmas dan memberi ruang lebih bagi perawat untuk berpikir kreatif, menyampaikan pikiran positif.
The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has been felt of the all people in the world, including the nursing profession. Nurses often face the high stressors in an effort to save patients, doing routinity, a workspace that feels crowded, the high frequency of patients, and have taking quick action to respond to patient needs. Professional nurses are also required to be able to provide best treatment to the clients. This complex condition can pose a risk of burnout. This study aim to analyze the factors that influenced the burnout of nurses in public health center during the COVID-19 pandemic in Pekanbaru City. This study used an analytical observational method with a cross-sectional design with a population of 245 nurses in nurses in public health center at Pekanbaru City and used cluster random sampling method and a total sampling to get 6 public health center with the 71 nurses. The data was analyzed with univariate, bivariate, and multivariate tests with multiple logistic regression. The results showed that demographic factors include age, gender, education level, marital status, and length of service and organizational effort factors have no effect on burnout. Meanwhile, individual effort factor and work environment affect burnout in nurses. Reducing the incidence of burnout can be solve by increasing organizational effort factor and can provide more space for nurses to think creatively and positive thoughts.

Menurunnya kualitas pelayanan bukan hanya karena faktor mutu tenaga,tetapi dapat juga karena tingginya beban kerja yang berakibat perawatmenjadi letih secara fisik dan mental sehingga terjadi burnout.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktordemografik, faktor personal dan faktor organisasi terhadap burnoutperawat pelaksana di unit rawat inap RSJ Provinsi Kalimantan Barat.Penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif potong lintangmenggunakan instrumen MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory). Sampel yangdiambil adalah total sampling berjumlah 122 orang. Puskesmas sebagai gatekeeper sistem pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama memiliki peran besar dalam menjangkau pelayanan kesehatan dasar di masyarakat dimana tenaga kesehatan merupakan salah satu pondasi utamanya. Sejak Mei 2020, Puskesmas memiliki peran tambahan dalam melakukan pelacakan kontak erat dan pemantauannya. Tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas berpotensi memiliki resiko mengalami burnout yang memiliki dampak negatif pada pelayanan kesehatan ke pasien, kesehatan tenaga kesehatan, dan juga sistem kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor sumber daya yang berhubungan dengan burnout pada pada tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas di DKI Jakarta pada Juli 2021. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan multi-stage random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan kepada 317 tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas di DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan kuesioner CBI dalam Bahasa Indonesia, SRQ-20 dalam bahasa Indonesia, dan kuesioner determinan burnout yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata skor burnout sebesar 44,29 yang berarti bahwa secara umum tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas di DKI Jakarta tidak mengalami burnout. Namun jika dilihat berdasarkan domain penyusunnya, 62% nakes Puskesmas di DKI Jakarta mengalami personal burnout, 45,7% mengalami work-related burnout, dan 26,2% mengalami client-related burnout. Uji regresi logistik ganda menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, kepuasan finansial, dan status depresi berhubungan secara signifikan dengan burnout tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas di DKI Jakarta. Faktor lingkungan kerja yang termasuk ke dalam sumber daya personal merupakan variabel paling dominan terhadap burnout tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas di DKI Jakarta (p<0.001, OR=15.735)

Burnout merupakan sindrom yang sering terjadi pada tenaga yang bekerja di institusipelayanan kesehatan tidak terkecuali apoteker. Burnout dapat berpengaruh padakesehatan dan performa kerja apoteker, kualitas pelayanan, serta keselamatan pasien.Salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan burnout adalah faktor beban kerja. Penelitianini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran beban kerja pada kejadian burnout yangdialami oleh apoteker yang bekerja di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodeliterature review atau tinjauan kepustakaan dengan menganalisis penelitian-penelitianyang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Analisis dilakukan pada dua jurnal terkait denganburnout yang terjadi pada apoteker di rumah sakit. Faktor beban kerja yangdiidentifikasi pada kejadian burnout yang dialami apoteker adalah kapasitas tempattidur, jumlah pasien per hari, jenis kegiatan, jumlah kegiatan, dan waktu kerja. Burnoutdibagi menjadi tiga kategori yaitu emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, danpersonal accomplishment. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa apotekermengalami burnout pada tingkat tinggi dan sedang. Kategori burnout dengan nilai yangpaling tinggi adalah emotional exhaustion. Apoteker yang mengalami burnout lebihbanyak terlihat bekerja pada rumah sakit dengan kapasitas yang lebih besar. Selain ituapoteker yang memiliki waktu kerja yang lebih lama beresiko untuk mengalamiburnout. Sementara itu gambaran jumlah pasien, jenis serta jumlah kegiatan yangdilakukan apoteker belum dapat dibedakan pada apoteker yang mengalami burnoutdengan apoteker yang tidak mengalami burnout.Kata kunci:Faktor Beban Kerja; burnout, apoteker; rumah sakit

Di beberapa negara, pekerjaan di bidang pertambangan dianggap sebagai salah satu pekerjaan yang paling berisiko sehingga dapat membuat pekerja rentan mengalami burnout. Laporan Future Forum Pulse Report Winter 2022 – 2023 menyatakan 42% pekerja mengalami burnout. Berdasarkan data statistik kecelakaan tambang 2019, terdapat 116 kecelakaan dengan 18 diantaranya menyebabkan kematian. Sebagian besar (70%) angka kecelakaan di Indonesia disebabkan oleh kurang diterapkannya perilaku keselamatan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan burnout dan pengetahuan keselamatan dengan perilaku keselamatan tambang PT. ABC project Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan studi cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling yang diikuti sebanyak 211 responden dengan mengisi kuisioner tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara burnout dengan perilaku keselamatan (p-value 0,016). Adanya hubungan yang lemah antara client related burnout dengan perilaku keselamatan (r=-0,137). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan keselamatan dengan perilaku keselamatan (p-value 0,251). Variabel pengetahuan keselamatan bukan merupakan confounding terhadap hubungan burnout dengan perilaku keselamatan (perubahan OR <10%), namun terdapat efek interaksi antara burnout dengan pengetahuan keselamatan terhadap perilaku keselamatan (p-value test of homogeneity = 0,017). Pekerja dengan tingkat burnout yang tinggi dan memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik berisiko 15,2 kali untuk memiliki perilaku keselamatan negatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka Perusahaan perlu melakukan monitoring burnout secara berkala, menambahkan jenis pelatihan terkait manajemen stres, problem solving dan lain sebagainya, memaksimalkan berbagai media kampanye K3 sebagai media promosi nomor telepon keadaan darurat lingkungan, mengadakan latihan tanggap darurat lingkungan, menyusun evaluasi pelatihan untuk mengukur keefektifan pelatihan dan kemampuan pekerja sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan pelatihan.
In some countries, mining activity is considered as one of the riskiest jobs that put workers getting vulnerable to be burnout. The Future Forum Pulse Report Winter 2022 - 2023 stated that 42% of workers experience burnout. Based on statistical data on mining accidents in 2019, there were 116 accidents with 18 of them causing death. Most (70%) of the accident rate in Indonesia is caused by the lack of safety behavior implementation. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between burnout and safety knowledge with mining safety behavior at PT. ABC project Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study. Sampling was carried out using the total sampling technique which was followed by 211 respondents by filling out a written questionnaire. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between burnout and safety behavior (p-value 0,016). There is a weak relationship between client related burnout and safety behavior (r=-0.137). There was no relationship between safety knowledge and safety behavior (p-value 0,251). The safety knowledge variable did not confound the relationship between burnout and safety behavior (change in OR <10%). However, there was an interaction effect between burnout and safety knowledge on safety behavior (p-value test of homogeneity = 0,017). Workers with high levels of burnout and poor knowledge are 15,2 times more likely to have negative safety behavior. Based on the research results, the Company needs to conduct regular burnout monitoring, adds various trainings related to stress management, problem solving and so on, maximizes various Health and Safety Campaigns as media to promote environmental emergency telephone numbers, conducts environmental emergency response drill, prepares training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training and workers' abilities before and after receiving training.

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebar secara global, sistem pelayanan kesehatan dihadapkan pada tantangan besar dan perawat sebagai garda terdepan dalam penanganan Covid-19 berisiko mengalami burnout. Burnout adalah kelelahan fisik, kelelahan emosional, dan kelelahan mental yang disebabkan oleh stres yang berkepanjangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan burnout pada perawat selama masa pandemi covid-19 di RS X Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitaif dengan desain cross-sectional dan dilakukan pada 12 Juli ? 20 Juli 2022. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 171 perawat pelaksana yang bekerja di Ruang Rawat Inap RS X Kota Bogor. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) dan analisis data menggunakan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 43,9% perawat mengalami burnout rendah dan 56,1 perawat mengalami burnout sedang. Variabel yang berhubungan dengan burnout yaitu jenis kelamin (p=0,037), stres kerja (p=0,000), beban kerja (p=0,036), dan kondisi kerja (p=0,003), sedangkan umur (p=0.490), pendidikan (p=0,170), lama bekerja (p=0,356), status pernikahan (p=0,751), dan dukungan sosial (p=0,408) tidak berhubungan dengan burnout. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah perawat mengalami burnout rendah dan sedang sehingga diperlukan upaya preventif untuk mengurangi risiko burnout pada perawat.
The Covid-19 has spread globally and healthcare system faced major challenges in terms of human resources. Nurses, as the front line of handling Covid-19 are at risk of having burnout. Burnout is defined as physical exhaustion, emotional exhaustion, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged stress. This study aims to determine factors that potentially associated with burnout in nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic at RS X Bogor City. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design and was conducted in 12 July ? 20 July 2022. The sample in this study was 171 nurses who worked in the Inpatient Room of RS X Bogor City. Data collection using the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) questionnaire and data analysis using the chi-square statistical test. The results showed that 43.9% of nurses experienced low burnout and 56.1% nurses experienced moderate burnout. Variables related to burnout were gender (p=0.037), work stress (p=0.000), workload (p=0.036), and working conditions (p=0.003), while age (p=0.490), education (p=0.170), length of work (p=0.356), marital status (p=0.751), and social support (p=0.408) were not associated with burnout. In conclusion, preventive efforts are required to handling the burnout risks, particularly for nurses with low and moderate burnout?s level.
