Abstrak:
Tesis ini membahas peranan faktor individu dan masyarakat terhadap penggunaanMetode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) pada wanita pasangan usia subur menurutwilayah di Indonesia tahun 2017. Desain penelitian mengikuti desain analisis lanjutandata survei RPJMN BKKBN yaitu desain sttudi cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian padasurvei RPJMN yaitu wanita pasangan usia subur. Data dianalisis dengan analisisMultilevel Regresi Logistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi wanitapasangan usia subur yang menggunakan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang tertinggiadalah di wilayah Indonesia Jawa Bali sebesar 27,2%. Hasil analisis multilevelmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat variasi antar provinsi penggunaan MKJP pada wanitapasangan usia subur di wilayah Indonesia Jawa Bali dan Luar Jawa Bali I sebesar 1,4dan sebesar 1,3 di wilayah Luar Jawa Bali II. Direkomendasikan kepada BKKBN untukmelakukan program penggunaan MKJP yang memperhatikan aspek wilayah dan tidakdapat diseragamkan untuk seluruh provinsi di Indonesia.Kata kunci:Kontrasepsi, Wanita, Individu, Masyarakat

Abstrak:
Menurut Permenkes No. 755/MENKES/PER/IV/2011 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Komite Medik di Rumah Sakit, tugas dari Komite Medis Rumah Sakit ialah menjaga mutu profesi, disiplin, etika dan perilaku staf medis dengan cara menyelenggarakan evaluasi kinerja terhadap staf medis. RS Hermina Ciputat terakhir melakukan penilaian kinerja terhadap staf medis, yakni pada tahun 2015. Idealnya penilaian tersebut dilakukan setiap tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis adakah dari faktor individu, psikologis dan organisasi yang memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja dokter di RS Hermina Ciputat pada tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional dan menggunakan uji Chi Square. Pengambilan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner skala likert terhadap 60 responden, yakni dokter spesialis dan dokter umum yang praktek tahun 2018, serta telaah dokumen dari Form OPPE (On Going Professional Practice). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel status kepegawaian (p=0,005) dan budaya organisasi (p=0,039) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja dokter, sedangkan variabel karakteristik individu (umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan dan masa kerja), serta variabel psikologi, yakni kepuasan kerja dan motivasi tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Sebagian besar kinerja dokter sudah baik, namun pihak manajemen masih perlu mengaktifkan peran KSM dan Komite Medik dengan mengadakan rapat secara rutin untuk mewadahi usulan dokter dan meningkatan atensi dokter mengenai pentingnya kegiatan RS.

Abstrak:
Anak usia 6-23 bulan sedang dalam masa emas atau golden age, pada masa tersebut anak mengalami perkembangan kognitif, yang muncul dan berkembang pesat. Sekitar 50% potensi kognitif terbentuk pada 4 tahun pertama kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui karakteristik individu dan faktor gizi dengan perkembangan kognitif anak usia 6-23 bulan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis lanjut dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang telah dilakukan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Binawan tahun 2016. Jumlah sampel diambil semua anak usia 6-23 bulan yang tersedia di data sekunder sebanyak 83 anak. Perkembangan kognitif diukur menggunakan instrument Battelle Developmental Inventory (BDI). Hasil penelitian menunjukan anak usia 6-23 bulan dengan kognitif meragukan 47%. Uji korelasi spearman menyatakan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan perkembangan kognitif adalah umur (p=0,027) dan jenis kelamin (p=0,014). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik linier, menyatakan bahwa jenis kelamin merupakan faktor dominan dalam perkembangan kognitif dan dapat disimpulkan pengaruh jenis kelamin dengan perkembangan kognitif sebesar 4,7% dengan probabilitas 0,018 < 0,05. Untuk itu, orang tua harus senantiasa memperhatikan perkembangan anak dimulai dari masa kehamilan sampai 2 tahun pertama kehidupan dan mengikuti kegiatan yang diadakan di Posyandu dan Puskesmas terutama dalam hal memantau pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak.

Abstrak:
Komputer merupakan alat kerja yang sudah tidak asing lagi bagi pekerja kantor. Aktivitas ini dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya ketidaknyamanan pada tubuh, hingga dapat menyebabkan keluhan nyeri muskuloskeletal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara faktor individu (postur, usia, jenis kelamin, dan indeks massa tubuh) dan lingkungan kerja (suhu, pencahayaan, dan stasiun kerja) terhadap keluhan gangguan otot rangka akibat kerja (GOTRAK) di PT. X. Penelitian ini juga menilai ergonomi stasiun kerja pada PT. X berdasarkan PERMENKES no. 48 tahun 2016 tentang Standar K3 Perkantoran. Desain penelitian ini adalah potong lintang kepada 42 pekerja dan observasi langsung. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah 61,9% pekerja mengalami nyeri pada tubuh selama 1 bulan terakhir. Berdasarkan pengisian Nordic Body Map, keluhan terbanyak berada pada titik 5 (punggung) sebanyak 57,7%, titik 7 (pinggang) sebanyak 53,8%, dan titik 0 (leher atas) sebanyak 46,2%. Pada hasil analisis penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa pada faktor individu, hanya faktor indeks massa tubuh yang memiliki korelasi (rho = 0,330 = berpengaruh positif yang sedang) dan signifikan (p-value = 0,033) terhadap keluhan nyeri. Sedangkan pada faktor lingkungan kerja, hanya faktor pencahayaan yang memiliki korelasi (rho = -0,323 = berpengaruh negatif yang sedang) dan signifikan (p-value = 0,037) terhadap keluhan nyeri. Stasiun kerja pada PT. X membutuhkan beberapa perbaikan karena dapat menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya keluhan GOTRAK pada pekerja

Abstrak:
Gangguan mental merupakan masalah kesehatan global. Hal tersebut juga didukung dengan adanya pandemi COVID-19. Perlunya pencegahan untuk menjaga kesehatan mental, diantaranya dengan meningkatkan literasi kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untu mengetahui gambaran literasi kesehatan mental pada mahasiswa program sarjana Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi tahun 2021 dan hubungannya dengan karakteristik individu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner daring kepada 146 mahasiswa program sarjana yang dipilih melalui kuota per fakultas. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada April-Desember 2021 di Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor literasi kesehatan mental adalah 69,85 dari skala 100. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin dan uang saku dengan tingkat literasi kesehatan mental. Hasil ini menyarankan intervensi kesehatan mental melalui edukasi dengan mengadakan kuliah umum atau webinar, kegiatan olahraga bersama, dan bazar. Selain itu, pihak universitas dapat mengaktifkan kembali unit layanan psikologi, menyediakan call center dan layanan daring kesehatan mental, dan memberikan masukan kepada pembimbing akademik untuk memantau mahasiswa, baik dari segi akademis maupun fisik dan psikis mahasiswa

There was a significant relationship between gender and pocket money with the level of mental health literacy. These results suggest mental health interventions through education by holding public lectures or webinars, joint sports activities, and bazaars. In addition, the university can reactivate the psychological service unit, provide a call center and mental health online services, and provide input to academic supervisors to monitor students, both academically and physically and psychologically. Penyebaran infeksi COVID-19 di Indonesia hingga saat ini masih terus berlangsung. Kepatuhan masyarakat dalam menerapkan kebijakan physical distancing menjadi salah satu kunci untuk menekan laju penyebaran infeksi COVID-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui variabel-variabel yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan physical distancing di Kota Depok. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional dan diperoleh total 296 responden dari Kota Depok menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online yang dibagikan ke media sosial (Whatsapp, Instagram, Twitter) dan terdiri dari tiga bagian kuesioner yang memuat variabel: karakteristik individu (usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan), pengetahuan tentang COVID-19, dan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan physical distancing. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Lebih dari 50% masyarakat di Kota Depok patuh terhadap implementasi kebijakan physical distancing, mayoritas di dominasi oleh responden perempuan, berusia 15-25 tahun, memiliki tingkat pendidikan tinggi, dan pengetahuan yang baik tentang penyakit COVID-19 dengan status sebagai pekerja/pelajar. Hasil penelitian didapatkan tiga dari lima variabel memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kepatuhan physical distancing diantaranya jenis kelamin (p=0,038), pendidikan (p=0,001), dan pengetahuan (p=0,028). Kebijakan physical distancing masih perlu diimplementasikan bagi seluruh masyarakat sebagai upaya dalam mencegah penularan COVID-19.

Abstrak:
Karyawan adalah salah satu sumberdaya paling penting dalam upaya mencapai
keberhasilan dan tujuan dalam sebuah organisasi. Salah satu faktor penting agar tercapai
hasil kerja yang optimal dari seorang karyawan yaitu dengan terpenuhinya kepuasan
kerja. Sumberdaya manusia yang baik memiliki kualitas yang mampu mempengaruhi
kinerja.Namun sebagus apapun rencana-rencana dan pengawasan dalam sebuah
organisasi, jika sumber daya manusianya kurang berminat dan tidak bahagia dalam
melakukan pekerjaannya maka suatu organisasi tidak akan mencapai hasil seperti yang
seharusnya bisa di capai Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh
kepuasan kerja dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan di Puskesmas
Selong. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan rancangan studi
cross sectional dengan metode campuran yaitu mengkombinasikan antara metode
kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Tidak ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja secara simultan terhadap
kinerja pada karyawan di puskesmas selong, uji statistic menunjukkan p=1,000>0,05.
Dari lima indicator variabel kepuasan kerja hanya dua indicator yang berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu kepuasan terhadap imbalan dengan nilai p=0,018<0,05
dan kepuasan terhadap supervisi atasan dengan nilai p=0,029<0,05. Karakteristik
individu karyawan yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja adalah karakteristik pendidikan,
hal ini sesuai hasil uji statistic dimana p= 0,047<0,05. Dengan demikian manajemen
Puskesmas Selong perlu memberikan pemahaman kepada karyawan mengenai penentuan
pembayaran imbalan, melakukan pendekatan dan komunikasi yang lebih efektif dalam
upaya perbaikan system pengawasan dan memberikan feedback terhadap hasil kerja
karyawan sehingga karyawan dapat mengetahui kekurangan atau kelebihannya. Dengan
komunikasi yang lebih intens dengan karyawan melalui pertemuan rutin antara pimpinan
dan karyawan akan terjalin komunikasi yang baik sehngga meningkatkan kualitas kerja
karyawan.

There is no effect of job satisfaction simultaneously on the performance of employees at Puskesmas Selong, it can be seen from the p value = 1,000> 0.05. Abstrak:
Minyak jelantah adalah minyak yang telah digunakan lebih dari 2 atau 3 kali penggorengan dan dapat dikategorikan sebagai limbah karena dapat menimbulkan kerusakan lingkungan dan sejumlah penyakit pada manusia. Saat ini pemakaian minyak jelantah dimasyarakat masih terbilang tinggi khususnya bagi pedagang kaki lima, para pedagang kaki lima masih belum banyak mengetahui bahaya dari pemakaian minyak jelantah bagi kesehatan maupun lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemakaian minyak goreng berulang kali pada pedagang kaki lima di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunaan studi kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sumber data penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diambil langsung oleh peneliti menggunaan teknik simple random sampling. Populasi studi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pedagang kaki lima di Kota Depok yang menggunakan minyak goreng. Sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 58 pedagang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Faktor individu yang terdiri dari variabel usia (p-value 0,975) dan pendidikan (p-value 0,419) tidak memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan perilaku pemakaian minyak goreng berulang kali, sedangkan untuk variabel alasan (p-value 0,001), pengetahuan (p-value 0,027) dan sikap (p-value 0,00) memiliki hubungan bermakna terhadap perilaku pemakaian minyak goreng berulang kali. Faktor lingkungan terdiri dari variabel lingkungan (p-value 0,259) dan ketersedian (p-value 0,340) tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan perilaku pemakaian minyak goreng berulang kali pada pedagang kaki lima di Kota Depok tahun 2022.
Used cooking oil is an oil that has been used more than 2 or 3 times in frying pans and can be categorized as waste because it can cause environmental damage and many diseases in humans. Currently, the use of used cooking oil in the community is still relatively high, especially for street vendors, street vendors still do not know much about the dangers of using used cooking oil for health and the environment. This study aims to determine the factors related to the use of cooking oil waste (used cooking oil) at street vendors in Depok City. This study uses quantitative studies with a cross-sectional approach. The source of this research data is primary data taken directly by researchers using simple random sampling techniques. This study's population in this study was all street vendors in Depok City who used cooking oil. The sample obtained was 58 traders. The results of the study found that individual factors consisting of age variables (p-value 0.975) and education (p-value 0.419) did not have a meaningful relationship with the behavior of using cooking oil waste (used cooking oil), while the variables of reason (p-value 0.001), knowledge (p-value 0.027) and attitude (p-value 0.00) have a meaningful relationship to the behavior of using cooking oil waste (used cooking oil). Environmental factors consisting of environmental variables (p-value 0.259) and availability (p-value 0.340) do not have a meaningful relationship with the behavior of using cooking oil waste (used cooking oil) at street vendors in Depok City in 2022.
