The prevalence of overnutrition (overweight and obesity) in patients with hypertension is high in Indonesia. Patients with hypertension in overweight or obese are at high risk of developing metabolic syndrome. The objective of this study was to determine trends and determinants of overnutrition in patients with hypertension age 25-69 years in Bogor City in 2015-2017. This research is a longitudinal study using secondary data from a cohort study of risk factors for non-communicable diseases conducted by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Factors analyzed in relation to the incidence of overnutrition in hypertensive patients are intake of macro nutrients (energy, carbohydrates, protein, fat), physical activity, stress, smoking habits, age, gender, education level and income level. Patients with hypertension had an insignificant increase in BMI during 2015-2017, both in the overnutrition and normal groups. The average intake of macro nutrients (energy, carbohydrate, protein, fat) in the overnutrition group had a higher trend than in the normal group. Meanwhile, physical activity in the normal group had a higher trend than in the overnutrition group. Based on the results of multivariate analysis, the determinants of overnutrition in hypertensive patients in 2015 were gender after being controlled by carbohydrate intake, protein intake, fat intake, physical activity and income. Determinant of overnutrition in hypertensive patients in 2016 is fat intake after being controlled by carbohydrate intake, education and gender. Whereas in 2017, the determinants of overnutrition in hypertensive patients are protein intake and carbohydrate intake after being controlled by fat intake.
Pulmonary tuberculosis caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium Tuberculosisremains a serious public health problem experienced by several developingcountries including Indonesia. As many as 40% of deaths caused by uncontrolled hypertension, one of them dueto dietary disobedience, Food eaten will affect the stability of blood pressure. DietaryApproach to Stop Hypertension for Indonesian (DASHI) is recommended, because it cancontrol blood pressure for people with hypertension. The purpose of this study to seewhether there is influence of (DASHI) diet adherence to differences in systolic anddiastolic blood pressure changes in patients with hypertension 25-65 years old. The designof this study was a longitudinal studies conducted from May to September 2017 usingprimary data. There is no effect of dietary compliance (DASHI) on the difference ofsystolic and diastolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients, but based on the comparisonon each measurement result there is difference of systolic and diastolic blood pressurechanges based on DASHI diet compliance including first month compared to third month, and second month measurement compared with third month, with p-value <0.05.Mancova test results showed there was an effect of (DASHI) dietary compliance to thedifference in systolic blood preassure after controlled smoking habit covariate, and therewas an effect of (DASHI) dietary compliance to difference in diastolic blood pressureafter controlled medication compliance and smoking habit covariate.Key words:DASHI compliance, patients with hypertension, blood pressure.
Blood sugar levels are not normal become important health problem, not least in patients with hypertension leading to serious complications of the disease such as diabetes. This study aims to determine the factors associated with blood sugar levels in patients with hypertension. This research was conducted at the health center Bojonggede, Bogor, West Java using cross sectional study design and purposive sampling method with a total sample of 105 people consisting of men and women aged 30-65 years including age group adults and elderly. The results showed that 30.2% of respondents have high blood sugar levels. There is a significant relationship between age (OR = 3.5 95% CI 1.361 to 8.890), gender (OR = 5.1 95% CI 1.655 to 15.570), the glycemic index (OR = 2.587 95% CI 1.089 to 6.141), and waist circumference on the incidence of blood sugar levels. Lifestyle modification is recommended such as exercise frequently and food consumption suitable with the guidelines of balanced nutrition. In addition, the consumption of foods and beverages with low and medium GI, monitoring body weight and waist circumference, and blood sugar tests are routinely highly recommended to prevent an increase in blood sugar levels.

Hypertension and hypercholesterolemia are the causes of coronary heart disease (CHD) so that the presence of hypercholesterolemia in patients with hypertension will increase the risk of CHD. Central obesity describes the accumulation of fat in the stomach which can lead to abnormalities in the amount of lipids in the blood, when it occurs in patients with hypertension can lead to progression of the occurrence of high blood cholesterol and the risk of causing atherosclerosis and heart disease. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of waist circumference and other factors with the incidence of hypercholesterolemia in patients with hypertension. This research is a quantitative study through secondary data with Cross Sectional design. According to the results of multivariate tests with multiple logistic regression, there was a relationship between waist circumference, gender and age after being controlled by physical activity variables. Gender as a risk factor most associated with the incidence of hypercholesterolemia with a risk 8.5 times higher in women than men, then carried out waist circumference stratification test by sex in hypertensive patients with cases of central obesity found a significant relationship that central obesity patients women have a risk of experiencing hypercholesterolemia as much as 5.5 times more than central obesity in men with a value of p < 0.05. There is a significant relationship between waist circumference and the incidence of hypercholesterolemia in women who are obese obese at greater risk of hypercholesterolemia than men who are obese central.

Background : Indonesia is ranked 3rd in the world as a contributor to the new leprosy patients with the highest number of people with disabilities level-2 or 2.025 (10.11%). Bogor district has a high proportion of deformed leprosy even exceed the national rate is 15.18%. Some studies show a significant relationship between self-care disability in patients with leprosy. This study aims to determine the relationship of self-care with a disability in leprosy patients in Bogor Regency in 2012 after control by other factors.
Methode : Case-control study design. Population in this research is the type of MB leprosy patients aged ≥ 15 years who had undergone at least 8 months of treatment MDT and recorded in the register in 2012 health centers in 10 districts in Bogor Regency.
