Nurse is the most important human resource in the hospital because of their dominant ammount. Nurse has various jobs, causing they have relatively high workload, so that would improve the risk of fatigue. The aim of the study is to analyze the determinants of work fatigue among nurses in Cibinong Regional Public Hospital, Bogor District. The design of this study is semi-quantitative, (cross-sectional). The results showed that 91.1% of nurses have low to moderate type of work fatigue, which is the sleep quality and working period variables have a significant relationship with work fatigue (p-value < 0.05). The dominant factor affecting work fatigue is sleep quality, that the poor sleep quality respondents risk is 2,367 times higher to feels fatigue, compared with the good sleep quality, after controlled by working period and work shift variables. Advices that can be given are need for assesment of the placement of nursing personnel based on their competence and patient needs, increase time managemet for nurse and also the application of fatigue management program to prevent high work fatigue among nurses.

Work fatigue is a condition characterized by feelings of decreased work speed, central nervous system disorders due to long periods of activity. If work fatigue is experienced continuouslym it woll reduce work performance and productivity. Many factors can cause fatigue, therefore this study was conducted to analyze the risk factors for fatigue individual risk factors and work, in Nurses at the Hospital X in 2023. Research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design. Data was collected using secondary data at the Hospital X. This research collected 60 respondents divided into several units at Hospital X. The results of the analysis showed that 4 respondents (6.7%) experienced mild fatigue, 48 respondents (80.0%) experienced moderate fatigue, and 8 respondents experienced high fatigue (13.3%). The risk factor that is closely related to the occurrence of work fatigue at the Hospital X is Workload with p-value = 0.018 and Nursing Position with p-value = 0.040.

Occupational fatigue is a critical issue affecting worker productivity and safety, including in the surveying service industry. This study aimed to describe the prevalence of fatigue and analyze the relationship between work-related and non-work-related risk factors among inspectors at PT X in 2025. This research used a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach involving 74 inspectors selected by total sampling. Data were collected using the Subjective Self-Rating Test, PSQI, and NASA-TLX questionnaires then analyzed using the Chi-square test and odds ratio (OR). The results showed that all inspectors experienced fatigue, 79.7% reporting mild fatigue and 21.3% moderate fatigue. Significant risk factors associated included, poor sleep quality, which posed a 6 times higher risk than good sleep quality (OR = 6.26), and physical inactivity, which presented a 12 times higher risk than being physically active (OR = 12,34). In contrast, work duration (OR = 0.15) and travel time (OR = 0.15) did not align with general theories and differed from previous studies, highlighting the need for further research. The study recommends comprehensive fatigue management programs by considering various risk factors. A healthy lifestyle, adequate rest management, and improving sleep quality can reduce the risk of occupational fatigue.
