Tunjuk sebut merupakan teknik yang mengkombinasikan fungsi mata, gerakan tangan, mulut, otak, dan telinga untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan pada manusia. PT XYZ menerapkan tunjuk sebut secara resmi untuk mencegah kesalahan pada masinis sejak tahun 2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor individu, tempat kerja, pekerjaan dan organisasi terhadap performansi penerapan tunjuk sebut. Pengumpulan data diawali dengan proses wawancara terhadap tujuh informan untuk mendalami penerapan tunjuk sebut di perusahaan, mengkonfirmasi variabel yang disusun dari telaah literatur dan mengeksplorasi kondisi faktual di perusahaan. Selanjutnya data dikumpulkan dari 414 masinis melalui pengisian kuesioner. Distribusi performansi tunjuk sebut pada masinis menunjukkan bahwa 51,9% masinis menujukkan performansi tunjuk sebut baik, sedangkan 48,1% masinis menunjukkan performansi tunjuk sebut kurang. Hasil pengujian menggunakan chi square pada Confidence Interval (CI) 95% menunjukkan bahwa faktor individu yang berhubungan dengan performansi tunjuk sebut adalah usia, jabatan, pengalaman individu, kesadaran risiko, acceptance terhadap tunjuk sebut dan kesadaran diri. Sedangkan faktor tempat kerja yang berhubungan dengan performansi tunjuk sebut adalah otomasi kabin lokomotif, peralatan monitoring lokomotif, dan lingkungan kabin lokomotif. Faktor pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan performansi tunjuk sebut adalah jenis kereta api yang sering didinasi oleh masinis, tingkat monoton dan kejelasan instruksi kerja. Faktor organisasi juga berhubungan dengan performansi tunjuk sebut diantaranya organizational leadership and commitment, prosedur tunjuk sebut, insentif keselamatan, masukan keselamatan, informasi keselamatan dan budaya keselamatan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor individu, tempat kerja, pekerjaan dan organisasi berkaitan dengan kepatuhan dan konsistensi pelaksanaan tunjuk sebut di PT XYZ.
Pointing-and-calling is a technique that combines the functions of the eyes, hand movements, mouth, brain, and ears to prevent human error. PT XYZ has been officially implementing the pointing-and-calling to prevent train driver errors since 2012. This study aims to analyze the association of individual, workplace, job, and organizational factors with the performance of the pointing-and-calling implementation. Data collection began with an interview process with seven informants to explore the implementation of pointing-and-calling, confirm the variables compiled from the literature review, and explore the factual conditions in the company. Furthermore, data were collected from 414 train drivers through questionnaires. The distribution of pointing-and-calling performance among train drivers shows that 51,9% demonstrated good indicator performance, while 48,1% demonstrated poor indicator performance. The results of testing using chi-square at 95% Confidence Interval (CI) showed that individual factors associated with the performance of the pointing-and-calling implementation are age, position, individual experience, risk awareness, acceptance of designation, and self-awareness. While workplace factors associated with the performance of the pointing-and-calling implementation are locomotive cabin automation, locomotive monitoring equipment, and locomotive cabin environment. Job factors that are related to the performance of the pointing-and-calling implementation are the type of train that is often nominated by the train driver, the level of monotony, and the clarity of work instructions. Organizational factors also associated with the performance of the pointing-and-calling implementation include organizational leadership and commitment, pointing-and-calling procedures, safety incentives, safety feedback, safety information, and safety culture. The findings indicate that individual, workplace, job, and organizational factors are associated with the compliance and consistency of pointing-and-calling implementation.

Abstrak:
Perancah merupakan bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari suatu pekerjaan konstruksi, Pekerjaan perancah berkontribusi pada munculnya faktor risiko gangguan otot tulang rangka akibat kerja (gotrak) atau musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor risiko terjadinya gotrak pekerja perancah di PT X. Jenis penelitian adalah potong lintang dengan responden karyawan di PT X sebanyak 156 karyawan. Penilaian faktor risiko ergonomi di tempat kerja dilakukan dengan pendekatan penilaian tingkat risiko pekerjaan dan keluhan subjektif pekerja. Responden memberikan informasi karakteristik individu, risiko ergonomi menggunakan metode (Rapid Entire Body Assessment atau REBA) dengan hasil yang mencapai nilai tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Tingkat risiko ergonomi menunjukkan 66,23 % responden termasuk kategori risiko tinggi dan 33,77 % responden termasuk kategori risiko rendah. Analisis keluhan gotrak pada pekerja menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map menghasilkan 3 keluhan tertinggi yaitu leher bahu dan tangan/pergelangan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor risiko terjadinya Gotrak pekerja perancah di PT X pada gotrak 12 bulan yaitu usia ≥ 30 tahun OR 1,91(95% CI 1,37-3,25), masa kerja ≥ 10 tahun OR 2,42(95% CI 1,39-4,19), Jenis Pekerjaan perancah OR 8,77() (95% CI 3,93-19,55) dan Skor REBA tinggi OR 2,81 (95% CI 1,39-5,67). Sedangkan faktor risiko gotrak yang menyebabkan absen 12 bulan terakhir adalah usia ≥ 30 tahun OR 1.32 (95% CI 1.18-1.76), masa kerja ≥ 10 tahun OR 1.65 (95% CI 1.03-2.65), jenis pekerjaan perancah OR 10,98(95% CI 4,26-28,26), skor REBA tinggi 2,53(1,78-3,00), demands at work tinggi OR 1.65 (95% CI 1.02-2.51), work organization and job contents tinggi OR1.44 (95% CI 1.28-2.93), untuk faktor risiko 7 hari terakhir yaitu jenis pekerjaan perancah OR 2,79(95% CI 1,28-6,07), health and wellbeing rendah OR 1.43 (95% CI 1.09-1.84)

Kelelahan merupakan hal yang sering terjadi di berbagai industri, termasuk industri transportasi dalam hal ini khususnya pada masinis KRL. Aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh masinis KRL memiliki potensi menimbulkan terjadinya kelelahan kerja dikarenakan karakteristik pekerjaan dari masinis yang berisiko terpapar oleh faktor fisik (postur janggal), psikososial (usaha, peghargaan, overcommitment, pekerjaan monoton, dukungan social dari rekan kerja, atsan dan keluarga, stres kerja dan shift), dan faktor individu (umur, indeks massa tubuh, status merokok).Penelitian ini dilakukan pada masinis KRL UPT Crew Depok PT. KCI. Desain penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif observasional dangan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian sebelumnya terkait kejadian kelelahan kerja meneliti faktor risiko psikososial sedangkan masih sedikit penelitian yang meneliti faktor risiko fisik. Selain itu penelitian terkait kelelahan kerja pada umumnya menggunakan instrumen kuesioner sedangkan dalam penelitian ini selain menggunakan instrumen kuesioner juga melakukan pengukuran secara objektif melalui pengukran Salivary Alpha Amilase (SAA) menggunakan cocorometer sebagai salah satu indikator untuk mengukur tingkat stres dan menggunakan aplikasi sleep-2-peak untuk mengukur kelelahan kerja. Hal tersebut yang mendasari peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian terkait gambaran kelelahan kerja serta mengalisis hubungan faktor fisik, psikososial, dan faktor individu terhadap kelelahan kerja pada masinis KRL PT. KCI tahun 2018.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengankejadian stres pada Pekerja di PT. X. Menurut Robbins (2006) mengemukakan terdapattiga kategori potensi stressor yaitu berasal dari faktor lingkungan, faktor organisasi, faktorindividu. Didukung dengan teori yang dikembangkan oleh Health, Safety, and Executive(2007) diketahui bahwa terdapat enam aspek dalam faktor organisasi yang berhubungandengan stres kerja. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa faktor organisasi danfaktor individu merupakan faktor yang memegang peranan dalam mengakibatkan streskerja.Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatanmenggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional, Variabel independen ini meliputi faktororganisasi (tuntutan pekerjaan, kontrol terhadap pekerjaan, dukungan sosial, hubunganinterpersonal, peran dalam organisasi, perubahan pada organisasi) dan karakteristikindividu (umur, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, status pernikahan, masa kerja).Variable dependen yang diteliti adalah kejadian stres yang dialami pekerja di PT. X.Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 136 responden. Analisis bivariat dilakukan denganuji Chi Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui sebanyak 25 orang (18,4 %)mengalami kejadian stres berat, sebanyak 43 orang (31,6 %) mengalami kejadian stressedang, sebanyak 39 orang (28,7 %) mengalami kejadian stres sedang stres rendah, dansebanyak 29 responden (21,3 %) masuk dalam kategori tidak stres. Karakteristik individuyang terbukti berhubungan dengan kejadian stres kerja adalah tingkat pendidikan danstatus pernikahan. Sedangkan, seluruh faktor organisasi terbukti berhubungan dengankejadian stres kerja.

Stres kerja merupakan respons fisik dan emosional yang merugikan akibat ketidakseimbangan antara tuntutan pekerjaan yang dirasakan dengan sumber daya, kemampuan, serta kebutuhan individu dalam mengatasinya. Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu, stres kerja merupakan permasalahan global dengan prevalensi tinggi di berbagai sektor dan profesi. Risiko serupa juga dialami oleh pekerja kantoran yang menghadapi tekanan dari beban kerja kompleks, tuntutan tinggi, serta jam kerja fleksibel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor psikososial dan faktor individu terhadap kejadian stres kerja pada karyawan PT X, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur di DKI Jakarta. Faktor yang diteliti adalah faktor individu, faktor konteks kerja, dan faktor konten kerja. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Analisis data meliputi uji chi-square untuk hubungan bivariat dan regresi logistik untuk variabel dengan kategori >2 menggunakan SPSS 22.0 guna mengidentifikasi pengaruh faktor independen terhadap stres kerja. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi stres kerja sedang di PT X adalah sebesar 8,7%. Hubungan signifikan (p-value<0,05) ditemukan pada 8 faktor, yaitu jenis kelamin, status pernikahan saat ini, status kepegawaian, pengembangan karier, home-work interface, lingkungan dan peralatan kerja, beban/kecepatan kerja, serta jadwal kerja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penerapan manajemen stres kerja yang holistik, terutama pada faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja, untuk mencegah kejadian stres kerja yang lebih besar serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan pekerja.
Work related stress is a harmful physical and emotional response resulting from an imbalance between perceived job demands and available resources, individual capabilities, and coping needs. Previous research shows it’s a prevalent global issue across professions and sector, including office workers facing complex workloads, high demands, and flexible schedules. This cross-sectional study examined psychosocial (work context and content) and individual factos influencing work related stress among employees at PT X, located in DKI Jakarta, that is a manufacturing company, using questionnaire data analyzed with chi-square test and logistic regression (SPSS 22.0). Results indicated an 8,7% moderate stress prevalence, with significant associations (p<0,05) found for gender, marital status, employment type, career development, work-home interface, work environment, workload, and work schedules. These findings support the need for holistic stress management interventions targeting these factors to improve employee welbeing and productivity.

Salah satu transportasi umum pilihan masyarakat Jakarta adalah kereta Mass Rapid Train (MRT). Keselamatan kereta MRT merupakan isu yang penting untuk diperhatikan agar dapat menjaga keselamatan baik masinis maupun penumpang. Dalam pengoperasian kereta MRT, dilakukan oleh seorang masinis. Menurut data Komisi Nasional Keselamatan Transportasi (KNKT), di tahun 2016 sebanyak 45% kecelakaan disebabkan oleh masinis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fatigue serta faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian kelelahan pada masinis seperti faktor terkait pekerjaan dan faktor tidak terkait pekerjaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Januari-Juni 2023 di PT. XYZ. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) dalam mengukur kelelahan, dan Sound Level Meter dalam mengukur kebisingan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 67 masinis kereta MRT yang aktif mengoperasikan kereta. Hasil dari data kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan uji statistic chi-square. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 41,8% mengalami kelelahan. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa pada faktor risiko terkait pekerjaan, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara shift kerja dengan kelelahan pada masinis. Pada faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara commuting time, dan kualitas tidur terhadap kelelahan pada masinis.

One of the public transportation choices for the people of Jakarta is the Mass Rapid Train (MRT). MRT train safety is an important issue to pay attention to maintain the safety of both the driver and the passengers. In operating the MRT train, it is carried out by a train driver. According to data from the National Transportation Safety Commission (KNKT), in 2016 as many as 45% of accidents were caused by train drivers. This study aims to analyze fatigue and factors related to the occurrence of fatigue in train drivers such as work-related factors and non-work related factors. This research was conducted from January to June 2023 at PT XYZ. The tools used in this study were the Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) questionnaire to measure fatigue, and the Sound Level Meter to measure noise. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. The sample in this study was 67 MRT train drivers who actively operated trains. The results of the questionnaire data were analyzed using the chi-square statistical test. The results of this study showed that 41.8% experienced fatigue. From this study, it is known that on work-related risk factors, there is a significant relationship between work shifts and driver fatigue. In non-work related risk factors, there is a significant relationship between commuting time and sleep quality on driver fatigue.

Abstrak:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yangmenyebabkan keluhan penyakit kulit pada pekerja di bagian Sewing dan Cutting,Departemen Preparing/Upper Sole, perusahaan manufaktur sepatu di KabupatenSukabumi pada Bulan Mei 2016. Dari 1.350 responden, ditemukan 777 orangmenderita keluhan penyakit kulit pada pekerja sedangkan573 orang lainnya tidakmenderita keluhan ini. Menggunakan teknik systematic random sampling,diperoleh sample sebanyak 817 orang, dimana hasil penelitian menunjukkansebesar 58% diantaranya menderita keluhan penyakit kulit pada pekerja. Secarastatistik tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara paparan pelarut organik dengankeluhan penyakit kulit pada pekerja. Hasil penelitian lebih lanjut menunjukkanbahwa pekerja yang terpapar debu organik berisiko 2,5 kali untuk menderitakeluhan penyakit kulit pada pekerja.Pekerja dengan masa kerja ≤ 3 tahunmemiliki risiko 2,4 kali untuk terkena keluhan penyakit kulit pada pekerjadibandingkan dengan pekerja dengan masa kerja > 3 tahun.Pekerja dengankebiasaan tidak mencuci tangan memiliki resiko 2,6 kali untuk terkena keluhanpenyakit kulit pada pekerja dibandingkan dengan pekerja dengan kebiasaanmencuci tangan yang baik. Pengaruh pemakaian sarung tangan menjadi faktordominan dimana pekerja yang tidak menggunakan sarung tangan memiliki risiko4,7 kali terkena keluhan penyakit kulit dan pekerja dengan riwayat alergi memilikirisiko 6,7 kali berisiko menderita keluhan penyakit kulit pada pekerja. Upayapengendalian dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pengawasan dan edukasi, sertakontrol administratif dan penyediaan sarana dalam upaya promotif dan prefentifyang optimal, seperti penyediaan wastafel, pemakaian APD yang sesuai, skriningserta pengobatan.

Di era revolusi industri 4.0, manusia masih berperan penting dalam menghasilkan produksi di beberapa sektor. Namun manusia juga memiliki keterbatasan dari segi fisik, fisiologis maupun psikologis. Ketidakseimbangan tersebut dapat menimbulkan suatu masalah pada tubuh, yaitu gangguan otot dan tulang rangka (gotrak). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor individu, pekerjaan dan psikososial terhadap terjadinya gotrak pada pekerja di area pengepakan PT AS. Jenis penelitian adalah potong lintang dengan responden sebanyak 172 pekerja di area pengepakan. Pada penilaian risiko ergonomi, administrator/supervisor menggunakan ROSA, operator pengepakan menggunakan RULA, helper menggunakan OWAS. Hasil kuesioner didapatkan prevalensi tertinggi pada gotrak 7 hari yaitu leher, bahu dan punggung atas, sedangkan pada gotrak 12 bulan, prevalensi tertinggi yaitu leher dan bahu. Analisis penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara gotrak 7 hari dengan sikap kerja membungkuk 1-4 jam dengan nilai OR 2.07 (1.00-4.32), frekuensi angkut beban 21-30 kali/jam dengan nilai OR 8.33 (1.13-61.50) dan tingkat stres ringan dengan nilai OR 2.48 (1.10-5.59). Sedangkan pada gotrak 12 bulan, tuntutan kerja tinggi memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap gotrak pada pekerja area pengepakan PT AS dengan nilai OR 2.67 (1.19-5.99). Keluhan gotrak pada pekerja di area pengepakan PT AS cukup tinggi (>60%), untuk itu perlu dilakukan perbaikan segera

Safety Climate dipercaya sebagai predictor penting dalam menilai perilaku selamat maupun outcome keselamatan. Penelitian ini menganalisis profil Safety Climate di Area Operasi XXX di PT. XYZ pada tahun 2020 dan mengevaluasi korelasi antara Faktor Personal dan Faktor Pekerjaan terhadap Safety Climate.
